    @Rogers My cellphone is not working since morning 8 am, its 4 pm now. At least give us the basic network coverage if not the data services. How is this "intermittent"? Frustrating. Please help

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Provide updates more frequently. Even if you don’t have anything new to report. Two updates in the last 5 hours is terrible. Especially considering how critical this is

    @RogersHelps Please enough with the customer service platitudes. You need to get busy and update your customers about the nature of the outage, what you're doing about it, when we can reasonably expect service to be restored.
