@bell_support confirmed 3 times w/ move valet - tech comes ystday- no install. Told priority for today. Spoke 3 times w tech told call back in 5 mins - no call. 80+ yr olds - no phone! What if there is an emergency? Should I call @rogers Monday?

@RogersHelps we were forced to switch to IGNITE and now nothing works reliably - I work from home and my internet is turtle pace. And what does your support team say? This is the best you can get!! Great way to start the new year…. Not! Now I go to Starbucks to get work done!

@RogersHelps you guys really need to get your stuff together. These outages are far too frequent. I live in Toronto, Canada, GTA area and the internet has been out for 3hrs or so. Which means nothing works since all your equipment is wifi dependent. Are you finding a solution?
