If you're a @Rogers mobile customer and take the Barrie Line @GOtransit train, does your internet just not work majority of the time once you leave downtown core? Is @Bell better? I just might have to switch coz this is pathetic

@RogersHelps The explanation is a lie. My service continues to get worse. Drove the Trans Canada Highway from Falcon Lake to Winnipeg, lost service dozens of times. Yet you continue to charge more. How is this even remotely acceptable?

@Rogers @Rogers your customer service is poor. I have been calling for a few days, with the same response, that you are overwhelmed with calls….I went into the kiosk. They gave me a different number to call. They said the couldn’t help me. Very frustrating overwhelming.😮‍💨

Dealing with you is soo frustrating! Got new packages that are all mixed up creating errors in billing. Phone lines or chat takes hours! How is this considered customer service. Not all things can be self serve!!! Hire up! @Rogers

@hindsightjane @RogersHelps @Rogers I call 611 or 18887643771 that's the number I got off. The website, but every time you try calling now. They'll say that they're facing high call volumes right now. And then they'll just hang up the call. They say, call back at a later time. Very unprofessional, for a multi billion dollar company
