Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ConsumerSOS Seán O’Shea (@ConsumerSOS) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@dmac_79 @RogersHelps I have generally good fortune with customer service reps everywhere. Polite persistence is sometimes the reason. Or just luck.

  • SherriStocks Pepper Redcastle (@SherriStocks) reported from Whitby, Ontario

@TOareaFan @TELUS @Bell @Rogers Yah. Now instead of making a shit tonne of money, they’re only making a butt load of money!

  • _Carmi_ Ryan Carmichael ∆ (@_Carmi_) reported from Calgary, Alberta

How great is it we live in a world where @rogers exists... it’s not great... it sucks... Rogers sucks.... I still pay them every month... I suck... this is what sucking is... **** you Rogers, I love you

  • vbishop86 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲 🐧 (@vbishop86) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps We’ve has our internet drop three times this afternoon and I was hoping this could be looked into. We’re in Orléans and not sure if it’s a hardware issue or outage issue.

  • LiamStrongman Liam Strongman (@LiamStrongman) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@RogersHelps sent a DM about a current outage

  • ConsumerSOS Seán O’Shea (@ConsumerSOS) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@tweetsforteetz @dmac_79 @RogersHelps Sorry, but the account is in my wife’s different sir name. And I don’t typically pull up my job in my customer service intersections. I’ve done enough bad Rogers stories in my career. I also believe in crediting good/great service where I find it.

  • Mistovski Mišo (@Mistovski) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@EmceeDusty44 @geniebouchard @Rogers @BoFlows @hallsy09 Damn it, just saw that you beat me to it.

  • Lisa_Travel_Now Lisa Booth, Travel Beyond the Ordinary (@Lisa_Travel_Now) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers, sent a collection ltr via Canada Post for my parents overdue home phone. I NEVER rec'd an invoice! Apparently invoices were changed to online from paper & sent to an unmonitored Rogers email without the POAs concurrence!!!

  • mdunjic 𝕄𝕚𝕝𝕠𝕤 𝔻𝕦𝕟𝕛𝕚𝕔 (@mdunjic) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@RogersHelps Yes I did and it did not help while I was still at Union station

  • SeanMor27198990 Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

But the problem with 5GTechnology is that it comes at a huge price which means that @Bell and @Rogers Provider were definitely within their rights to restrict my 4G Internet Data so they don’t have to keep paying money 💰 for my Internet so I can get better service @RadioIP
