@RogersHelps @JohnMessina5 What kind of answer is that?? You think your customers are that naive? We are asking for an idea of when service may be restored? Are we looking at hours? Days? Weeks? You did not answer his question

@RogersHelps Would be nice if we could see some regular updates to the outages and how long we think things will be down. With many working from home now we need to make plans if this will be prolonged.

@Rogers Also, lets not negate the fact the thousands of customers had rogers service until well after midnight AFTER the storm rolled through at 4pm. So it was working after the storm and then out of no where its cut for thousands. #dobetter

Day 4 of no @rogers wifi at the house. You know it's going bad when I'm using my tv to actually watch cable instead of streams.

@RogersHelps Ignite Internet has been out for over 24 hours in L1M (Brooklin, ON) area. No updates or anything from Rogers about status of issue. Hard to work from home with no connection. Hotspot data almost used up already! Not impressed.

@RogersHelps I've called 5x in the past month regarding 3-5% packet loss all day long. I can't get any support by phone, because your support staffer has no grasp of what packet loss is. Apparently speaking to anyone above her is > 30 minute wait. What's actually going on here?

@Rogers @RogersHelps better be crediting these outage days; AND crediting the excess usage of mobile data these past few days as well; my mobile usage has skyrocketed b/c of this ignite outage 😡 😡
