@Rogers insane how much money you are asking from your customers who are late for 2 days on their bills. A fee of $9.59 for 2 days? Especially when this customer is late for the first time. Not for a week or a month. 2 days!!! WoW!! I will remember when is time to renew.

@RogersHelps My internet has been going off and on for the past hour. I have a couple of important virtual meetings later today, so I was wondering if you could look into the stability of our connection today?

@RogersHelps Switched to Rogers in Riverview NB 6 months ago due to Bell's high costs. Wishing I had stayed, as Rogers TV is down 2 - 3 times a week, and internet frequently. I realize I pay you less, but I still pay you for services that I would like reliably receive.

The @Rogers strategy seems to be introducing great deals and then slowly increasing the price until they're truly terrible deals. Roaming in the US is now $10/day with a 15-day cap. In 2020, it was either $6 or $7 / day with a cap of 10 days. Roaming has now doubled in price.

@RogersHelps I expressed how I disliked the customer service I was receiving and the response was that this wait time is normal…?! The tech hasn’t showed up and now I’m told an error was made and my appointment got canceled and the soonest appointment is Friday now 🤯…?!

@Rogers have had internet issues for longer than one week. No internet currently and technicians that come out are useless. How am I paying for a service that doesn't work? In L7A

@Rogers @CityNews Likes to use bully tactics by cutting services with no warning and then hold your services hostage by telling you that if you do not pay you will not get your service back and then after you pay they charge $35.00 to reactivate it, then 4 hours later email me

@RogersHelps I don’t think the subscription is active anymore. If I cancel through you can I get it back to try again?
