@RogersHelps can I get help? Recently switched to ignite through Pres. office. But I’m being charged for channels that are options in flex and as such, it won’t allow me to pick my channels to change from the default lineup you gave me.

My bill with Roger's was going up $50 during the pandemic when cable programming was at it's worst and many companies were giving their customers a break, i.e. my insurance company. I have quit cable TV and use internet only!

@Rogers I left Rogers cell service when Freedom Mobile came along. You are nothing but crooks who over charge and provide sh*t service. NEVER AGAIN will I subscribe to any Rogers services.
