@Rogers You have to have the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Go to the store to upgrade a line, they tell you to call. Call and they send a tech to your house for setup, the tech botches it. Call to correct the error, they tell you to go to the store. Repeat.

@Rogers we have 152 units in this building and we HAD a deal with you guys to be the provider, but ****, with how long the hold times are and the fact your customer service reps put us on hold and NEVER transfer us or come back when we ask got a manager, why are we with you?

Lol @Rogers is actually the worst company in the world. We cancelled some services with them in like July but they keep pretending that we didn't and keep trying to hustle us to pay them again. No idea how they're different then random scammers st this point...

One very unhappy @Rogers customer. I shouldn’t have to go through 5+ cable boxes in a year. This is ridiculous. If I could I’d change services/and or providers. 🙃
