Randy (@randyvancity) reported@Millergram33 @Rogers Customer service sucks They got some stupid AI bullshit and when you ask for a live agent it says calls are at a all time high and please call back later. Then hangs up on me. It’s been 2 months now I can never get through 611. I can only get through the chat through the app

Ryan Kelly (@nolookdroppass) reportedWhat is happening with @Rogers right now? Havent been able to get through to the help desk for 10 days and log-in authentication is on a loop. Insane.

🥢⟭⟬ Into the ☀️ (@HOT7forever) reportedI just noticed they increased all my phone lines by $5 so they could invest in providing better service. @Rogers charging ppl more when your service continues to get worse is just ridiculous.

T Baines (@TBaineMaine) reported@GinoHard_ @Rogers @FriedgeHNIC That’s what happens when you let bean-counters run the show - you get myopic strategic vision. Those 2 guys have personalities that are considered marketing assets that support sustained viewership. Holy **** you ******* are dumb at your Bloor St ivory tower.

Donna (@iCruiseify) reported@RogersHelps I have been trying to call Rogers most of the day. Every single time I get hung up on by a recording that says you’re just too damn busy to answer the phone right now so call back another time why so you can just hang up on me again!!!

BNKB (@banknotekb) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers I purchased the Africa Travel Pass and it doesn’t work. I was promised an update within 24 hours and received nothing. I then waited 2 more hours for a specialist, only for the chat to be ended without resolution. Can someone help before I escalate this to the CCTS/CRTC?

Oleksiy Kovyrin 🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@kovyrin) reported@RogersHelps, this may be one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I ordered a SECOND internet service for a new house. Rogers shipped me an XB8. It wouldn't connect. Technical support eventually figured out that Rogers provisioned the new modem against the WRONG address. Great. Simple backend mistake. Should be easy to fix, right? Nope. Yesterday: 45 minutes waiting for phone support before giving up. Today: hours dealing with support. Technical Support diagnoses the problem, then transfers me to Customer Care. Customer Care tells me they can't access the account and sends me BACK to the same phone number. I ask for the account number I'll need when I call. They give me an old account number and tell me it's associated with an address in Surrey, BC. Except MyRogers shows that exact account number as my CURRENT internet service in Waterloo. Eventually they find another account ending in the same four digits as the new service agreement — but can't even confirm the service address and tell me to call the “specialist team.” All I need is for Rogers to associate the modem THEY SHIPPED with the internet service THEY CREATED at the address ON THEIR OWN SERVICE AGREEMENT. I've spent hours trying to find a human being with permission to fix what appears to be a Rogers provisioning error. How is this a reasonable customer experience in 2026?

JMB (@jmb_photography) reportedHow does @Rogers thank a person for being a customer of 20+ years? They tell them that in order to upgrade their phone and add it to their contract, they have to pay double the amount for their plan. “Cheaper” plans don’t allow for phone upgrades. Do better, Rogers. Such a joke

Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@RogersHelps I have been on the phone on hold waiting for tech support for 1 hour, 54 minutes before I got a hold of anyone. Am I the only one that finds this outrageous?
