Justine Morgan (@JusstineM110) reported@RogersHelps I upgraded my phone with the save & return program. I need to send my old phone back so I am not charged for it. I have called more than once and one is supposed to be sent and nothing. I have tried calling and the line gets d/c or you're never open. HELP!

Charlotte Clarkson (@starbarry) reported@RogersHelps Login works on my computer just not on my phone or the app.
-
izzy (@purgaytory_) reported@RogersHelps thank you, I rebooted my phone twice and it eventually went away. I'm located in the Fraser Valley in BC, close-ish to the border, however this isn't a problem I've had before.

Chris (@darksage68) reported@RogersHelps Yes still without service. It says our accounts are suspended, but our bill is paid

SAMIR PANDYA (@ss_pandya) reportedThis is @Rogers service for you friends. Zero network since 3 hours, no response on calls, and chat queue number is 80! Kudos to all of us who pay three times the US prices in Canada for such a wonderful service! Way to go @Bell and @virginmobileusa !

FrostyMapleLeaf (@FrostyMapleLeaf) reported@l3v1at4an @Prxodiigy @Rogers He must be fired or I will not be a customer of Roger's anymore. He must be deported too.

Heather Woodyard 🇨🇦 (@puffingrrl_h) reported from Parham, OntarioWhy on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

Rick Blaine (@JayJjtml555) reported@RogersHelps ..so after 3 months calling and sending emails, ad messaging on here Rogers actually got someone to get it straightened out....So I get my phone today...go to their welcome email and hit the link provided to set up phone...One wd think Rogers would have a link that doesn't go to a webpage of theirs that say 'OOPS..wrong page]..this is a continuation of a very dark insane comedy of errors from these people..How many others got phones and hit the same link and Rogers doesn't fix it???

Zohreh (@Z_T_1348) reported@RogersHelps @KjennerBrian Never trust them. They lie and will never return your money. Their bills are so complicated that no one understands the charges. You end up calling them, wasting at least two hours, and getting nothing in return, just a complete waste of time.

SAMIR PANDYA (@ss_pandya) reported@RogersHelps Yes I did after almost 3 hours. They mentioned it was network related issue and it got fixed after 12 hours! Surprisingly my wife and neighbors who are all on Rogers have no issues at all! Its my business phone and I lost 12 hours of work without satisfactory explanation. Thanks
