    @RogersHelps As you can tell, I don't come on here very often. My phone was doing all sorts of things it shouldn't have been. The issues seem to have been resolved but with my luck as soon as my year warranty is up it will completely die. Not much to be done at this point

    @RogersHelps Tech support has been contacted and their reply was has nothing to do with the connections in the building it has to do with your network output And they hoped to get it fixed asap

    @RogersHelps BT1409749 is the ticket number and Yes I have been to the store 3 times .. and will visit them again today for trip #4. SIM swapping to a new device and have been dealing with this issue since July 7, 2026 and it is now July 16, 2026.

    @Rogers the closest tower is 10 mins away this area I’m in is a complete dead zone the service I get here is not only terrible but ruining my phones battery, I have a sick grandma I take care of and I can’t even call home on one bar OUTSIDE IN MISSISSAUGA ONTARIO

    @Rogers: It's bad enough that I had to wait over an hour on hold to speak to a rep, but when I finally got to the rep, their Indian accent was so thick they were hard to understand. Also, they didn't seem proficient with their job, often resulting in several minutes of dead air.
