@RogersHelps It’s on my Apple TV 4K. I’ve had folks from Rogers Help reply saying that they’re working in it but it’s been like this all season. The logging in every time issue or if I leave the app even for a minute is brutal.

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps The circular logic when it comes to customer service is that if I pay you to protect my device, whether you use a 3rd party or not, it is up to you to ensure that I actually have that protection. Don't pass me off to 4 agents and your 3rd party provider.

This phones screen has been busted so many times and is just spider webbed now. Ran it over with the lawn tractor yesterday. I refuse to buy a new one. I don't even get service here since the @Rogers outage.
