Spoke with 3 staff over a span of 3 hours (40 min wait btwn staff). They admitted to making a mistake but offered no solution. I asked to speak to a manager and they said he would never take my call. They don't care about their customers. Been with @Rogers for 20 yrs but no more

@RogersHelps what a joke. I’m on hold an hour now. Called to cancel services & they said I have to do it thru customer retention. Obviously they don’t need or want my $600 a month. As they still have me on hold. Always zero customer service with Rogers.

I can say that @RogersBiz is very successful in this task. I am still waiting for a reimbursement and was unable to resolve the issue and I was disconnected while waiting to speak with the credit operations today. I just would like to share this experience to warn you about +++

At the end of Nov I cancelled my @Rogers internet subscription which I had for the last 9 yrs. Couple of days later,a customer retention rep called me & told me they issued 1 month free service although I never ask for it.She told me I’ll receive a return label at the end of +++

@RogersHelps Yes it works on my phone and laptop, but the app on my tv does not work. I can login and browse shows, but when I try to play one, nothing happens and it just stays on the browsing page.

@Rogers believes seniors should instruct tech on how to set up their own Internet. Rogers tech manager says his boss won't take my call. Pay $50 to move modem or run 60 ft cable from the main floor to the upstairs. Not their problem if your Internet doesn't work, only the modem.

I want to share with you my experience with @Rogers which resulted in wasting lots of my time waiting on the line to speak with someone and delays in getting my money back to me. Think twice before getting a service from @Rogers.+++

Total waste of time over two weekend trying to get something extremely simple done with @Rogers. More than 3.5 hours spent on the phone and chat so far and nothing done yet. Total #rogers #customerexperience fail.
