@Rogers : Going door to door in a pandemic trying to sell your internet services is a SERIOUSLY bad move; especially when home owners tell you to leave and you continue your sales pitch. Rethink your approach!

  • cadijordan Cadi Jordan (@cadijordan) reported

@RogersHelps I can't even say how much I have spent trying to fix my account. Hours on chat / phone. Just now... the person on chat was doing just fine and then I get ... " Agent has ended the chat."

  • APSDE553 Annamaria Feltracco (@APSDE553) reported

@RogersHelps Not good enough! We all know that Covid carriers can be asymptomatic! Moreover -- what if I HAVE IT? Regardless, this is nuts. Door to door sales in a PANDEMIC?! AND when Ontario is in lockdown???? Very, very poor decision.

  • SirAdamMalik Adam Malik (@SirAdamMalik) reported

@RogersHelps I got through after 1 hour and 20 (!!!) minutes. I had to speak to someone on the phone. It's tough to justify being a customer if I'm waiting so long to get service. Who has this much time to waste?

  • scecutti Steve Cecutti (@scecutti) reported

@RogersHelps are there any currently known internet network issues in NW Brampton? Rebooted cable modem but it’s stalling

  • iipxoo Isabella (@iipxoo) reported

Hands down the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE @rogers you’re a scam.
