@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@Rogers @RogersHelps this is outrageous! No service for over 15 hours... I am on call tonight and hope the hospital can call me if there’s an emergency. Pager doesn’t work either. Please fix this and we all expect compensation

my entire house alarm just set off because Rogers is down and my remote on my phone wasn’t able to disable it since there is no service, @Rogers I’m sending you my Vivint bill for this 👍🏼
