@RogersHelps I’m 48 and have been with Rogers since my early 20’s. Just finished a 2 year loyalty plan. Want to keep same plan but told only option for same service is to pay much more. Going to lose me as a customer. 😕

  • axabdalla Ahmad Abdalla 🇨🇦 (@axabdalla) reported

@RogersHelps has been terrible throughout the pandemic. Early on they said they weren't sending ppl into buildings but I just lived with subpar internet for the last few months. But it's gotten intolerable again, 2.5 hours on the phone, Rogers still hasn't hired more CSR

@RogersHelps how come when I log into my account on the Rogers website, the only service I see is home monitoring? I have internet and cable

@RogersBiz and managed to tailor something - something that is value to the customer (who doesn't use all the bandwidth etc.) and something that keeps the business with Rogers. This year I've got a flat no. $82.55 - just risen 4% from $79 and was below $65 6 months earlier.

@Rogers good afternoon I just received my new iPhone 12 pro max last week.. I can never hear my incoming calls once I answer the phone. But if I call the person back it works fine. Any ideas? Thanks

  • thetrueBigBoss Greg/MG4R (@thetrueBigBoss) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers I'm tired of getting throttled and I'm not spending the next 2 months gathering information for you guys that you already have. I'm tired of being told nothing is showing up when there are clear cut throttles happening. Fix it.

Hey @Rogers I don’t usually do public complaints, but you’re really going to leave me without internet for the better part of A WEEK in the middle of lockdown while I’m working a NEW JOB, from home?!?!? I’ve been a customer for 13 years and pay $250+ /mo. Do better. @RogersHelps

  • TheBenStacey Ben Stacey (@TheBenStacey) reported

@RogersHelps Is contacting someone here for help faster than your website? OMG you are always experiencing larger than normal volumes. Urgent billing matter.

  • Napo_Rsx Napoleon (@Napo_Rsx) reported

@RogersHelps why are so many people in my neighborhood experiencing issues with your service? After talking to many of them, the same issues keep coming up. Internet drops, Wi-Fi is absolute garbage. Devices keep getting kicked off the WiFi. What’s going on?
