    @Rogers I’ve been a long standing customer and the lack of care or priority of this is troubling. I have never had an issue. And the lack of prompt service is disturbing. I have spent close to the length of a marvel movie trying to resolve this issue with no result.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers We are in Barrie and our internet, phone and TV has been out for at least 40 minutes but has been dropping periodically for about 3 weeks now. Please help as it is very frustrating to work from home without the reliable serive that #Rogers promotes.

    @RogersHelps Is the mobile phone service down in downtown Ottawa? I can't seem to dial out, but I am getting Internet on my phone okay.
