I was able to talk to a very nice CSR, who was able to take care of my moving services request. It seems the moving option is not a high priority

Been trying to speak to someone to move my internet. 3 days I been calling and haven’t been able to connect to anyone. After holding the line for 2+ hours it disconnects. Absolutely ridiculous. This is on and off problem that's been going on for over a year. My internet causes my phones and TV connections to go off and on repeatedly through buffering and pauses.
