    @geerlingguy It wasn't only @Rogers that was down. It was the 911 service of several Canadian cities (Ottawa, Toronto, Winnipeg, etc...), the @INTERAC debit card system, banks, hospitals, and city services.

    @AboutRogers You might want to let customers know that they may be in a new outage area if they haven’t had their services restored. I just waited for over an hour to chat with a rep to tell me that I’m (unfortunately) in a new outage area. Great… @RogersHelps

    @globeandmail Prorating a credit based on 1/30th of our bill ain't it @Rogers @RogersHelps - we count on your services. The damage from an outtage is more than the cost.

    Hey @RogersHelps I have been a customer for many decades. You always raise prices because you are upgrading the network. Did you really do that all these years? It seems my money has gone elsewhere!
