    @RogersHelps Your CTO should resign. Only heard from him at the very end of outage. Terrible leadership and customer service. If Heads roll it should be his head first on the list. Also who does an upgrade of that proportion without a test set-up and confirmation first before doing it live?

    Ayo @Rogers take a lesson from @TELUS when they had an outage a couple of years ago they gave their customers $10 off their bill

    @CarymaRules @Rogers How could anyone take a guy with Chiclets for teeth seriously? Doesn't he realize that, if @Rogers really did want to silence him, all they had to do was terminate his account? They wouldn't have had to disable service to all of its customers nationwide.
