    @RogersHelps Is there something wrong with email/yahoo? I can't access my email by webmail or iPhone but I can access it through Outlook (set up as imap). It's not my email...it's a server problem then. Any idea when this will be fixed? No email by cellphone is not convenient.

    @Rogers have been waiting on hold for level 2 support for 3+ hours now because my @rogers.com email all of a sudden stopped allowing me to access it. There has to be a better way.

    @RogersHelps Did the bot thing online, did the human agent online, told to call tech support so I did that. Talked to TS agent who said they couldn't help but the manager could. Put me on hold for a TS manager.. 4.5 hours ago.. still on hold for said manager.

    @RogersHelps I signed up to receive a notification when internet was restored, but it says it will only notify me during business hours. Why would an automated notification only happen during business hours? Will they stop trying to fix my internet at the end of the work day?

    @RogersHelps So far I’ve been on the phone with your support team for an hour and a half over you overbuilding me, now they’re claiming I didn’t pay a bill that I have a email receipt for, and bank statement. We’re moving to canceling now over $98 because of your inept

    @Rogers cannot access my email so I check re-set password and for the last two hours I’m getting something went wrong! Come on Rogers, get it together! This garbage happens every 6 months for no reason

    What is going on with @RogersHelps I’ve been on hold for over four hours waiting for tech to resolve my email issue. It’s bloody ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps @Nonnie44522641 I am locked out of my email as well. On hold for 1.5 hours to have tech support tell me they have to transfer me to a another support tran with at least a 3.5 hour wait. This is ridiculous. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps I have not had TV or Internet for close to 24 hours. Used your ask Anna, who indicated there was no outage, called support, told there in fact was an outage, now I have received a text saying the issue is resolved and the case is closed ….but it is not!
