@RogersHelps my wife can't call me and I can't call her. I get a message about the call can't be completed. What's the problem now?

  • rekounas
rekounas (@rekounas) reported from Kingston, New Brunswick

@Rogers please explain to me how I have roaming charges on days that you had your little incident and I had no way to contact anyone? Also, had roaming charges on phones that didn't have roaming data enabled. I would like to have that resolved!

@RogersHelps Is there a large outage in Quispamais NB and when expected back

  • tannercheeseman
Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Quispamsis, New Brunswick

@jothone96 @RogersHelps Don’t do it. Their TV service is actually better, their internet is I find to be about the same, and the price is right. But I apparently owe the $425 for service at a house that I’ve never been to. LOL

Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick

@cc_pover @Apple I wouldn’t trust companies like @Xplornet or @BellAlliant or @Rogers etc. because I don’t wanna have to pay the extra charges 💰 for my iPhone 📱 @Xplornet1 but I would wait until I get my own 5G Service and keep getting new updates for my iPhone 📱 and I keep using @Twitter

  • SeanMor27198990
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick

But the problem with 5GTechnology is that it comes at a huge price which means that @Bell and @Rogers Provider were definitely within their rights to restrict my 4G Internet Data so they don’t have to keep paying money 💰 for my Internet so I can get better service @RadioIP

@RogersHelps I have 2 serious charges on my bill I need to talk to a person about. Also tech outages in my area since Tuesday! Please call me directly as I refuse to attempt to call again. This is beyond unacceptable service levels.

Hey @Grok does @Rogers claim it's tech support is based in Canada ?

  • the_truth1234
    The Truth (@the_truth1234) reported

@MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell

  • CptNash2
    CptNash (@CptNash2) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because since 2008,many companies were offered outsourcing financial incentives and generous tax breaks. I personally was on a team that closed a contact centre in Canada to relocate to the Philippines. I can tell you that it has nothing to do with superior customer experiences.

  • alexkillby
    Alex Killby (@alexkillby) reported

Not sure what @Rogers Bank execs are thinking. November changes to their credit card products remove 99% of the incentive they have provided to date to stay with Rogers telecom services. I will certainly be switching credit card AND telecom services once these changes take effect and as service contracts expire. There are more affordable providers with better service and without the financial incentive provided by the credit card there are no more reasons to stick to their mix.

@Rogers @RogersHelps can you advise what’s ETA for Richmond Internet outage. Monday 8am … it’s now Tuesday

  • RealKingiman
    Iman (@RealKingiman) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers It’s the same reason fast food is all Indians miss. It’s because the customer base is terrible, the money vs with what you have to deal with isn’t worth it, no kid wants to do deal with that. The government brings in foreigners who are living in **** holes

  • Just_Mamma_Gee
    mamma tuch 🇨🇦🇮🇱❤️💙 (@Just_Mamma_Gee) reported

@Rogers would get a lot less hate if a) they got rid of that awful hold music b) they introduced a call back feature @RogersHelps #torturemusic

@JustMeJamie64 @HappyCanadian55 @Rogers And people are like "We should never let verizon into Canada! It'll kill Canadian jobs!"
