Also, had roaming charges on phones that didn't have roaming data enabled. I would like to have that resolved!

A new modem was sent. I called tech support, they said the new modem was not necessary and to send it back. Done.

I’ve checked on my offers page after clicking the “get offer online”. I can see what offers are there. If this offer was there, I wouldn’t have called or posted here.
