    Hey @RogersHelps my internet has been down for 3 days and still nothing. Been told every time I call that the problem will be fixed. I hope to god I didn’t leave @Bell for this to happen all the time

    @RogersHelps I had my partner try the reboot and it didn't help, he sent you guys a dm and someone is helping him try to figure it out now.

    @xtrade4 @RogersHelps Tv was out for 45 mins maybe?internet has been longer though, and no phone service as of right now

    As a loyal @Bell customer and a working health professional, it is a crying shame that service technicians cannot come to my suite to set up services within my own work schedule. Thankfully @Rogers is much more flexible in this regard, and I look forward to transferring services.

    @Bell_Support @BellMediaPR Bell Canada has the most inconsistent support ever. Every single time I talk to them I am told something different. @RogersHelps if you will cover my cancellation penalty (1 more year....counting the days) you can have me back.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Phone was rebooted. You have serious network issues in this area and I’m getting fed up with it. Furthermore to have a tech tell me moments ago that these numbers are normal is absolutely ridiculous. Interaction # I1516423117

    @Rogers Why does my Modem shut off randomly through my day. It starts right back up after and completely messes whatever I’m doing online up. I pay way way way too much money to put up with this. Then I call your support line and the voice opperator is so glitchy I can’t even understand

    @RogersHelps Nothing else seems to have the issue, no. For further clarification, when I click the last button instead of returning me to the homepage of YouTube, it's as if I pushed up on the arrow keys. I have to forcefully relaunch YouTube to get to the home menu.

    @Rogers I worked as a printer technician for HP for years. Based in B.C. Canada. If any customers asked, we had to give a very specific address in Seattle if a customer didnt believe we were American.(we weren't) This is all a PR stunt to get you to trust in an "All Canadian company".
