-
Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.
-

Because we are loyal @Rogers customers (and trust me, that loyalty has been tested in recent months) and presumably in another attempt to apologize for the massive Canada-wide outage a few months ago, we've been gifted three months of Apple TV+.
-
Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Quispamsis, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@jothone96 @RogersHelps Don’t do it. Their TV service is actually better, their internet is I find to be about the same, and the price is right. But I apparently owe the $425 for service at a house that I’ve never been to. LOL

@Rogers this sucks

Cale Ralston (@cale_ralston) reported
@Rogers Why are my incoming calls saying my number is out of service, then the second one going directly to voicemail before I have the chance tk answer it? I can't wait to cancel my plan and go live in the forest far away from you slumlords.
-
Marco (@MPM13C) reported
@Rogers And of COURSE, you're investing in the network. A crutch that will eventually be used in arguments when the government and CRTC review potential foreign business request to enter the Canadian market. Allowing monopolies before competition = consumer losses!
-
Luc Bellefeuille (@lbellefeuille13) reported from Ottawa, Ontario
@RogersHelps Is there service issues in Orleans Ontario?
-
Tanisha Geofroy (@Tanishageofroy) reported
Well ****, I guess I gotta cancel my @Shawhelp internet since I don't support @Rogers in the ******* slightest #obviousmonopoly. #Shaw #Rogers
-
AmyMagneto (@amymagneto) reported
@Rogers Rogers is buying Shaw because Shaw and Rogers compete for wireless customers in western Canada. The entire reason for the merger is to *eliminate competition* and decrease options for Canadians. Rogers has extremely poor ratings for service.
-
2 m Apart 🇨🇦 (@ChefDrjacob) reported
@RogersHelps is there a service issue in Alliston, ON for ignite tv ?
-
Patrick O'Donnell (@PunkBobNoPants) reported
@Rogers a big **** you to buying up competitors and leaving us with zero choices. I will never give you any money. You ******* suck and the crtc is a ******* joke.
-
Chris Jakubowski (@wirelesswebs) reported
@Rogers You guys really need to fire your PR. Increased competition and choice? You just have such a low opinion of people. Also, Rogers ******* sucks. Your customers service is rotten, and I will go to Telus in a second if this gets approved.
