  • tannercheeseman Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

  • tannercheeseman Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Quispamsis, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@jothone96 @RogersHelps Don’t do it. Their TV service is actually better, their internet is I find to be about the same, and the price is right. But I apparently owe the $425 for service at a house that I’ve never been to. LOL

  • SteveHarquail Steve Harquail (@SteveHarquail) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@RogersHelps Are there known issues currently in Saint John NB regarding all TV programs currently lagging and very choppy images

@RogersHelps My cellular services have been restored to 3G but no LTE. Rogers, when you have a chance, perhaps restore year 2022 service levels while you charge the highest wireless rates in the world? #rogers #3g #rogersouttage

  • IKHVN Nosferatu (@IKHVN) reported

@Rogers log into my trading account & sell shares before taking a loss 📵 etransfer between my 2 bank accounts for paying bills📵 make calls to any customer service as a back up📵 couldn't do my work from home job either📵 Compensate EACH of us for EACH of these losses...

  • top3officeboy 🧛‍♂️ (@top3officeboy) reported

@Rogers i need free service for life after yesterday buddy

  • IKHVN Nosferatu (@IKHVN) reported

...when customers fail to pay bills or fall behind due to personal circumstances @Rogers has no problems chasing them down, send them to collections, or suspend their service. What about your failures? Run a campaign to compensate each of us for each loss...

  • JazzDemetrioff JazzDemetri (@JazzDemetrioff) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Couldn’t pay my bills yesterday, make important phone calls or appts. Had the feeling of “if I leave the house and something bad happens, I wouldn’t be able to call emergency services, or call anyone for that matter!” Utter let down. I, like many other, are not pleased one bit.

  • Jay__Feth Jay Feth (@Jay__Feth) reported

@RogersHelps What about the millions of non-Rogers customers who can't get anything done because of point of sale issues, etc? The millions of vendors and small businesses incurring huge credit card service fees from @Visa and @Mastercard because their customers may not have cash?

  • AbedMoati Abed Moati (@AbedMoati) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers This is the second major outage in a year! We are not interest in $5 discount. Alot of small business lost their full daily revenue. You need share the problem, who caused it and what post-mortem measurements (i.e upgrade equipements or a team leader) to gain the TRUST back.

  • shpagga shpagga (@shpagga) reported

@RogersHelps Done with Rogers its crap

  • Liebes87 Alex Liebersbach (@Liebes87) reported

@MiriamDorightly @RogersHelps The entire internet isn't down. Just their cellular network. Their corporate offices run on landlines and WiFi networks not cellular networks.

  • sheer_john Dr Nefario (@sheer_john) reported

@rogers… This is the perfect example of why we need more competition in the telecommunications industry in Canada. Companies with government sanctioned monopolies are only in it for their profits and have no real incentive to provide excellence in Customer Service. #cdnpoli
