  • tannercheeseman Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Quispamsis, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@jothone96 @RogersHelps Don’t do it. Their TV service is actually better, their internet is I find to be about the same, and the price is right. But I apparently owe the $425 for service at a house that I’ve never been to. LOL

  • mikeharroun Mike Harroun (@mikeharroun) reported from Quispamsis, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@RogersHelps Is there a large outage in Quispamais NB and when expected back

  • thespiritof72 Stephen McGarrigle (@thespiritof72) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

Because we are loyal @Rogers customers (and trust me, that loyalty has been tested in recent months) and presumably in another attempt to apologize for the massive Canada-wide outage a few months ago, we've been gifted three months of Apple TV+.

  • houseman_katie Katie Houseman (@houseman_katie) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@RogersHelps Internet gone! Is there a known issue right now in the Saint John Area? Have tried rebooting the modem and getting no where.

  • SteveHarquail Steve Harquail (@SteveHarquail) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@RogersHelps Are there known issues currently in Saint John NB regarding all TV programs currently lagging and very choppy images

  • tannercheeseman Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

@RogersHelps as a wireless customer in Ottawa I can confirm it is NOT connected, but I expect as much from Rogers at this point

  • aielbti Ajay Bishnoi (@aielbti) reported

@RogersHelps I am changing my query now. When I port this number from Rogers to other service provider I would need a code or account number something. Could you help me getting that plz

  • ItsLeeWilliams Lee Williams (@ItsLeeWilliams) reported

@RogersHelps Internet Service was out on my cell as soon as the power went out yesterday at 3pm. Guessing ice storm took down your local towers? About 28 hours later it came back. You know…we’re going to have more and more freezing rain due to climate change. Rethink towers?

  • barb_avon Barbara Avon 📖 (@barb_avon) reported

@RogersHelps Is this affecting Ignite? We are entering our WiFi password, but it's not working. Thank you.

  • cjohnson202 Corey Johnson (@cjohnson202) reported

Nobody can have worse customer service than @RogersHelps @Rogers I am now sure of it. Promised offer, never applied, call back next day, refused offer, supervisor finally gives offer, yells at kids while on phone with me, hangs up, and now I’m calling back on another long hold

  • GloriaCormier Gloria Cormier, CPACC (@GloriaCormier) reported

@Rogers - any plans to credit Québec customers for data overage due to Videotron outage caused by Wednesdays ice storm?

  • SK8Wireless SK8 Wireless (@SK8Wireless) reported

@RogersHelps Power never went out here downtown near Bronson, yet internet has been down since midnight. Any estimate on when it will be backup. Will you be waving data overages since I need to hotspot my mobile phone?

  • not_feynman rob (@not_feynman) reported

    @RogersHelps Rogers sucks big 🍆

  • Arkadi_73 Arkadi Romijn (@Arkadi_73) reported

@Rogers 8 hours at work, 1 call came through. Power was out, and it was only bell customers that could make calls or browse internet. (No it wasn’t just me, yes Apple AND Android devices). If I drove a few blocks away, I had service, but not at work?

  • DamienDunne4 Damien Dunne (@DamienDunne4) reported

@RogersHelps In Ottawa with no power outage but no Rogers service all day. Terrible customer service as ETA provided “hopefully within 24 hrs”. Most surprising was that rebate for time without service only given if requested. Otherwise Rogers bills for time with no service.
