@jothone96 @RogersHelps Don’t do it. Their TV service is actually better, their internet is I find to be about the same, and the price is right. But I apparently owe the $425 for service at a house that I’ve never been to. LOL

Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

@Rogers ROGERS is about MONEY not PEOPLE. Canada suppose to have advanced internet service !. Rural areas close to Urban centers have installed fibra optics transmiters that simply are not activated because Rogers have establish those areas as low ROI . E.g. Rural Uxbridge, Ontario.

@RogersBiz @rogershelp We have a corporate acct and have been trying to to upgrade our phones. Once I got disconnected the second time I spent 3 hours and thought I finally updated my acct. I'm still waiting for my phones. Your customer service is lacking.

@RogersHelps Called an agent to activate international calling ad on, the agent did not activate it and now @Rogers have charged me $260 in long distance charges since December. Feel like an idiot sitting here making long distance calls thinking I have $0.2 per minute on long distance calls.
