    @Rogers Called about abetter rate (LONG time customer)1 Hour. Was promised somethingNext bill was MORE than before and less services?Called again-1 Hour. Told promised rate would be honoured. Rec’d confirmation email - STILL not correct. Now waiting 2 hours for callback! REALLY!

    @RogersHelps Just answer this: are your employees supposed to refuse to cancel service until we raise our voices? Cause that’s what it took. We made it clear we did not need services and your employee refused to listen until we wanted a supervisor. Only then did she finally transfer to cancel

    @RogersHelps I've been having issues with my cell phone service for about a month now. Can't hear person on other line often. No ring when I call people at times. Spoke with someone in store - not helpful at all.
