    @Rogers your phone-in customer support wait times remain OUTRAGEOUS. Even when I’m calling to order a new service. Your refusal to properly staff your call centres is infuriating.

    @Rogers it is mind boggling that a communications company is so lousy at communicating. It's jaw dropping that 13 days after initial call - still no resolution. Conclusion: Rogers is disdainful of their clients.

    @RogersHelps Well thats the experience I got. Really reall bad customer service. I have been rogers customer since last 10 years. Maybe time to move on. Anyhow I did send a DM. This is my 5th attempt of contact. lets see how this goes.

    All of the Canada games on @TSN_Sports on @Rogers have had a weird phenomenon - the audio on TSN1 (channel 494) is only PCM 2.0 while the audio on TSN3 (channel 496) is the normal Dolby Digital 5.1 - dunno if other programs have the same problem

    @cogeco i wish there were more providers in oakville like @Rogers because we only have cogeco and bell and cogeco only beats bell by a little bit, theyre both bad

    @Rogers problem began dec 23rd, no resolution, keep calling & get nowhere, blown off, run around. MESSAGE RECEIVED: YOU DO NOT GIVE A FIG ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS.
