@Joyhenderson78 @Rogers Even though a lot of tekksavvy calls end with "unfortunately we're waiting on Rogers" it's still totally worth it to avoid Rogers customer service

@RogersHelps #Leafs game blacked out again in Ottawa. Just got off the phone with NHL live support and they say I can be a few days to clear this up. Any way you can speed it up?

@JustFjordThings @Rogers I was very polite when I called customer service. I don't blame the frontline folks for the choices made by the brass. But, still, got 'disconnected' just before they were going to give me a number to call and complain at.

@RogersHelps I have no cable, it is why I signed up for NHL Live. Perhaps mistakenly. Is there a way for me to cancel my subscription and get a refund?

@Joyhenderson78 @Rogers Calling my ISP is a last resort. There is a few things you can on your own to eliminate the "it must be your computer". But look to see if your modem is the latest. None of my ethernet ports were working. They blamed everything but their service before replacing the modem.

@RogersHelps you guys are so UNRELIABLE, I always have these neighbourhood “network problems” every month and your technicians get sent here but it’s still no help. Repeating network problems every month, what is this? What about people who work from home?!

@Joyhenderson78 @Rogers @Rogers service is awful and their customer service blows. I keep a log of hours I've spent talking to Rogers Tech. The file's labelled "Time I will Never get Back." And, our internet service has been abysmal. Re-booting every day.

@RogersHelps can someone help me understand the NHL blackouts? This is the second Leafs home game I can’t watch due to a blackout, and I leave in the region. What gives? What did I pay $200 for?
