After 3 hours of time spent, #Rogers was able to give a 30 year customer only $10 a month off over 4 services. Looks like I'm going to have to find a new service provider. @RogersHelps, can't justify this BS anymore.

@RogersHelps I’m at my wits end. This internet service is the worst I’ve ever had. We have two kids doing remote learning and one adult working from home, and the constant service interruptions are embarrassing and I’ve had enough. I’m done. Say goodbye to $400+ per month.
