Wow. Make sure you check your device balance with @rogers because they sure don’t help. If you are paying extra months from @rogershelps don’t expect to get it back. We’ve been with them almost 20 years. Buh Bye.

I am ASTOUNDED how easy & effective #Rogers Ignite was to set up and connect. Now, they were 29 hrs late and tech did say our area in Ayr has “exceptionally low signal” but the setup of over 30 plugged in devices was so easy. #customerexperience @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps At this point my time is better spent researching other carriers. We just will do what we do every- keep resetting the gateway (multiple times a day) and wait for a better service carrier. I’ve spent hours trying to get a fix in place, it’s just not worth my time now #RogersFail

@Rogers Has the most unstable internet holy **** you can go days with unstable or no internet and you get no help. It takes them days to get techs out and people are trying to work from home like ?????
