@RogersHelps That's the thing. I've just about had it. I've gone through this process before, this would be #3. Now the extension works but nobody answers. You do know people actually work for a living too, we can't hang around for a phone call on your time. I think I'm going to @bell

@RogersHelps I just spend 22 minutes and 2 transfers across CSRs to receive a credit of $6 on my account for todays services and was informed it was “a gesture of good will”. To be clear…the good will gesture is me not switching to Bell after all the down time this past month.

@rogers must be in charge of the @TD_Canada app because I haven’t been able to access it for three days. It keeps saying “no internet connection” even though I can access my @scotiabank account no problem. Another “coding error”?

@RogersBiz Time to clip your globalist wings. I will be cancelling your service & hope other Canadians teach you a lesson like Americans did with Gillette.

how ridiculous that electricity to the downtown core of canada's most populous city can go down for 4+ hours and @TorontoHydro and @HydroOne don't even have an estimated restore time!? the infrastructure in our city (and country, as @RogersBiz proved on July 8), is ******.

@Rogers internet goes down about 4-5 times every day for me in south Oshawa. For seemingly no reason. Works great for 3-4 hours then just goes down for no reason. Starting to get fed up.
