We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesn’t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to go…

This is unacceptable and frankly rude of the rep to automatically assume that I required a Chinese speaking line— and to assume my ethnicity and background. Do better! @RogersHelps

After this weekend I’m so very proud to be a “**** @Rogers” household. In 2018 an employee was using consumer accts to funnel free phones out be to sold outside of Rogers. My acct had 18 phones funnelled through it. Had I not checked into an exorbitant bill, I’d never had known.

Super frustrated with @Rogers . My building got bulk upgrades to ignite. Despite promises of good ignite wifi guarantee. Don't expect them to come through on that. Their wifi 6 modem has the same issue their AC one had with concrete walls. Their mesh pods can't be hardwired 😢

@RogersHelps ignite TV constantly freezing ever since the outage. Unwatchable. Have tried restarting modem and boxes multiple times for what it's worth.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers They will wait to reach out once they are set-up with their new provider. I cancelled all my services recently because they are terrible with customer service. Now I get a call about 3x a week wanting to offer me the world. Ridiculous.

My bf, a few kms away, & at least one neighbour, are STILL without wifi. Since Friday. It’s Tuesday. How is @Rogers still in business? Why haven’t telecoms companies made agreements w/each other to ensure service during outages-it works for travel, why not at home?? It’s 2022.

@Rogers A Rogers technician came to house & said line on street is damaged & should have been repaired by your maintenance 24 hrs ago. The whole street is likely out. What is going on there in your phone centre? Why was this incorrectly handled? He said may take ANOTHER 24 hrs to fix! 😠

@brittlestar @Rogers When Mom passed away Rogers told me I had to return a device attached to her TV or else pay for it. They didn’t show up for the pick up. Called them, the Rogers person was mad on my behalf when she checked & said Mom owned the device, should never have been told to give it back.

@kd6cae @Rogers For all we know, it's because the US providers charge insanely high rates for the use of their network. There are US enabled plans, but they're limited and expensive. I'd be giving up an 80GB plan and still couldn't use my watch/iPad/surface because they're separate lines.
