  • claudioditzbjj claudio (@claudioditzbjj) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I think your internet is subpar. You charge way to much for numerous disconnections throughout the day. You suckered me into another year contract and charged me more for it. It’s no wonder I changed phone providers. Never again

  • samanthadjb Samantha B (@samanthadjb) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps But for a company who hasn’t identified any issues, there were four Rogers trucks outside my house while these downtimes were happening.

  • John_Size John Size (@John_Size) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Has @rogers been hacked? Internet is weird and warnings are popping up that look like scammers. All phones so it’s not a one machine problem.

  • _atchuthan Atchuthan L (@_atchuthan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Been on the line with them for 2 hours now, only to tell me something they could have in 10 minutes. Completely unacceptable! Clearly they don't value a customer's time at all! @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Longterm issue with a lot of excuses ... only solution that has been offered by @RogersHelps is to turn to HSPA only. $300/mo for what are essentially 4 wi-fi only devices when used in my area. Based on my travels, the whole HWY15 corridor seems to be impacted.

@MattKhamis @Rogers Credit to @Rogers help. They contacted me after that tweet. Kimberly asked me a few questions and created a service ticket. This morning I got a text message at 7:30am that the problem was solved. So far so good. Thank you!

  • KebabsRLyf Kyng (@KebabsRLyf) reported

So it isn't @madebygoogle fault that the mesh network doesn't work the way it should. @Bell confirms there's no bridge mode on the HH4000 and to achieve what I want I need to setup Advanced DMZ and PPPoE. Hard pass. Should have stayed with @Rogers it was literally plug n play.
