@RogersBiz @RogersHelps just reiterating the fact that your new online reservation system is an absolute farce. Not sure how you can take 6 days to ship a phone when I was 3rd in queue to get it and reserved early. Meanwhile all the local stores have the phone in stock. Awful.

Just experienced the WORST customer service in a very long time with @Rogers. I've been a loyal customer for years and years, and after this encounter, I'm seriously thinking of switching telephone providers and bringing my family with me.

@RogersHelps Save the patronizing bs. Happens too often. And because of the piss poor outside cable install by @Rogers @RogersHelps @Bell can't install without significant work. A 20+ year Customer /former employee and you've negated any goodwill.

@rogers is the least reliable network😐 Think it’s about time to switch with all these outages. This is absolutely ridiculous. We can’t even go one month without interruption. I live with one, if i’m lucky, two bars of service. I get switched to rogers extended constantly.
