    @RogersHelps The sound problem continues. I just called again. It's called a sound distortion. She heard it. A ticket has been made. I will call again tomorrow to complain to a supervisor about the original jerk who should have done something a few days ago.

    So @Rogers excellent connection is down again. So why are we paying premium prices in Canada for low quality connections? Recently I had a text message from Rogers stating that since they were unable to find the problem with my connection they therefore concluded that there is NP

    @RogersHelps @mtbelley It certainly isnt..no way this multi billion dollar company will be fair to its customers that they don't give a **** about until you are late with a bill or ten cents short on your payment.thats when they care.i can't wait to switch.

    Really, there is no problem just because you couldn't find it. @Rogers has some serious issues with the people who work there. I've been lied to by several employees and told that I'm not qualified to understand the situation. They treat the customer very poorly in my opinion.

    @RogersHelps Internet down for 2 days, project deadline approaching, so I was eager to know and after some investigation, found out Rogers ACCIDENTALLY CANCELLED AND PLACED PENALTY on my business account just because I asked how much is cancellation fee 2 days ago. WOOOW!!!

    @RogersHelps Support team not able to correct my bill from more than 3 months. Agents done have access too data and unable to get hold on supervisors. Super worst
