The Truth (@the_truth1234) reported@MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell

𝑀🎀 (@Mo_ashleigh) reportedWHY AM I UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN @Rogers WTF

TRiLL🇨🇦 (@mmaTR1LL) reported@Rogers very accutate statement. Ridiculous prices for a connection that has issues multiple times daily.

🍏🇮🇱🇨🇦 Georganne Was Right 🇺🇸🇮🇱🍎 (@georganneb) reportedOn hold for 35 minutes with @Rogers @RogersHelps "customer service". #wtaf

Sweet Tooth (@sweet_tooth19) reported@JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?

BBrewda (@BBrewda) reported@RogersHelps But why did you guys hang up on me? Like, why wasn't I still left in the queue? None of this makes sense and displays really poor respect to your clients. I would like someone to call ME when they have a chance to discuss my plans. Thanks. I can DM my phone number if needed.

Angie (@AngieM16) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus union isn't even allowed to say out loud the number of employees they still have in Canada, it's lower each contract negotiation even though number of errors by offshore reps is significantly higher
-
Wake Turbulence (@Airwave_1_) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They did, they used to be 100% Canadian support and marketed it that way. They just started offloading them in the last couple years. Sorry to say you missed the boat. It’s headed the other way now.

Joey Prefontaine (@northshorejoey) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers My recent call had this woman who didn't speak English, couldn't enunciate her words and mumbled. When you take Jobs away from Canadians in Canada and move your call center to countries that pay less to save money will never have customer service.

Michael Mohorovich (@mmohorovich) reported@Rogers might have the worst customer service on earth
