@Rogers and less mobile services while charging me more than I have been paying for the last 3 years. Not what I call a great way to treat a loyal customer. Time to shop around! Any other companies want my business?

@RogersHelps That's what you said. Every. Single. Time. I'm not going to let your poor service rob me from anymore income or from celebrating the life of my family members.

The fact @Rogers is forcing people to work during a lock down is embarrassing. You don't even need retail to make money you piece of **** company.

@Rogers What would be a really anamazing Christmas present would be someone from Rogers explaining how after being as customer for more than 20 years you just doubled my bill automatically, took away my free upgrade and now want to offer me less channels ....

Jennifer Cole-Ahmed (@jahmed1) reported
@RogersHelps If i cannot get my Internet services up and running tomorrow, Rogers will need to compensate me for my missed hours of pay and/or having to use my cellular data. Infrastructure still not in the ground...time to switch Telco. @RogersHelps you DON’T help! Just line your pockets$$$$

@fionapettit71 @Rogers Rodgers is a mobile network in Canada so it would be very hard to track down the exact location of the person using the phone that sent you that disturbing email, if it was sent from somebody’s home internet it would be easy enough.

@RogersHelps Is there any chance you guys will lower your prices soon? Or atleast try to fix the interruptions please?
