    @Rogers Your plans are too expensive and just keep going up , when my contract is done with you next year I’ll be looking for a better deal , I’ve been your customer for about 15 years now and I never get the same cheap deals that you give new customers ..

    @RogersHelps when they feel like it apparently. Doesn't matter that I have their cable line lying in my lawn because they couldn't be bothered to bury it and when the city came to take down a dead tree it took the cable line down with it. Where's the help now?

    Customer service is vital to your brand. How you handle concerns/complaints is everything. Worst personal CX from @Rogers has us paying to break our mobile contract. Takeaway: it’s not enough to have a great onboarding process. Your support matters too.
