    @Rogers Loving the new virtual assistant 30 mins on hold to get to the overseas customer service....and start all over waiting...wow

    @RogersHelps Sometimes I got the message: This service is currently not available. Please try again later. Sometimes, I just got a blank screen.

    @RogersHelps That reply does not resolve the issue. I have been online and called the appropriate numbers with no success. Your menus do need lead to this option. Please provide a phone number and the appropriate prompts to add my name to your internal do not call list.

    @Rogers prepaid box to send my S26 phone back so my bill will go down even more because I will not be paying for the it anymore. I did say no to the phone at the moment because it sounded to go to be true. I asked for an email to confirm everything and was told I would get itwithin72hrs

    @Rogers It took over an hour, primarily on hold, to finally get only one issue resolved, i.e. the correct address. When I demanded to know what type of compensation Rogers was willing to offer me, the customer service person proceeded to argue with me, even after I demanded to speak with a manager. I will be considering different options for my cell service and I recommend that others do the same as well. I never thought that I could get worse customer service than Bell, but Rogers has exceeded that.

    We all feel her pain! @Rogers never takes ownership for their poor service. We have had nothing but problems on our street. There were 3 repair technicians on our street today. Still issues!!

    @Rogers support is ******* atrocious

    @Rogers And now I'm being told to call a different phone number. Ridiculous the amount of time that I'm wasting on these issues. I always had to be called to be transferred to a different customer service number to fix the address issue that I've been trying to resolve for over a year. Guess what, I'm on hold, again.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers A terrible experience every time. You're right. Why doesn't Rogers stay in Canada and use Canadian labour? Because they are greedy and not loyal to their customers. Their loyalty is to the dollar, money is everything.
