    @RogersHelps Yes. It has been sporadic. It could be that four of us are on all at the same time - 2 work from home and two high school in two different boards. It is just because it has been happening all week just all of a sudden at, let's say, 2 pm. Today has been especially bad

    @Rogers I'm sorry to have started a service with you. Your business model is systematic fraud. I signed up because the deal was sweet and had zero setup fee. A month in need to call about a $120 setup fee. Nice work. Thanks for being so dishonest and fraudulent.

    The ***** all said she couldn't pull up my account with the confirmation number of what I just payed.....wtf ******** is the point of the confirmation number then???? @rogers needs to stop hire ******* hediot people!

    @RogersHelps So, I got first call few days back that we are from Millennium Solutions and offering you home internet as you are a loyal customer of Rogers! Initially they offered me 60$ off for 1 GB speed internet and now yesterday they offered me 70$ off and that you will be charged 29$

    Hey @RogersHelps I am trying to help my elderly Aunt out with a Rogers issue so I called, was on hold 18 minutes waiting for the next agent, only to hear the music stop...then I was hung up on. That is AWFUL customer service. How does someone help #seniors to get proper service?

    @RogersHelps - tv and internet out last night. 51 mins on call just to speak to support. Technician supposed to come in this morning between 8-10 and not so much as a call today. What excuse are you gonna make for that? My next call is going to your competitor.
