@RogersHelps You made the choice. 14 days to resolve this issue. I called multiple times to resolve and you were full of promises until someone decided I could no longer speak to your reps. You needed my husband’s input prior to telling me where the router was. Not state secrets, a router.

@RogersHelps The customer care team has been speaking to me for 1.5 weeks to resolve this. This afternoon, somewhere in India, someone decided that they could no longer speak to me. The disrespect is real.

@itsWozzz @Rogers @Sportsnet would never show something negative going on in one of their facilities.

@RogersHelps @Victorie0000 @RogersHelps the problem here outside of being universally common is that calling puts you in a ridiculous and endless queue with the worst music. When u do get through you get passed around and you get different answers 1/2

@RogersHelps I have done that twice. I have waited hours on the phone. You removed in store help. You removed Sunday calling (the biggest lol - it’s the only time people have time). There is literally no appeal of a bad “rogers helps”

@sockmoments @Rogers @JaysCare 3 years ago no one gave a ****. I could get to a game at 6:30 and still get it.

@RogersHelps Yes, I do. I will need to check when I'm home. I never had a problem with my old phone.

@Rogers @fordnation 1 click online cancellation should be a thing for ALL TELECO IN CANADA!!! SPENDING HOURS, getting transferred in circles is tired and old to cancel. BE BETTER! DO BETTER! Scummy business Practices.

@RogersHelps Troubleshooting won't help when my whole neighborhood is down.

@RogersHelps @Sportsnet the unhelpful tech support just yold me "if you want to watch the complete game, record it". THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING THE GAMES "ON DEMAND"? It is WILDLY false to advertise, and have people pay for, cable packages that include "on demand" replays of nhl games
