    @RogersHelps Hi there @RogersHelps and @rogers . We understand that there is an unplanned outage and you are working to fix it. I am sure that you have triaged and identified the issue. How about telling us what the problem is.... Fiber cut? Power outage? Equipment failure? Bad change window?

    I'm guessing now that @chatr is running off the Roger's network. Good thing I have a wifi access point at work. More reliable than @Rogers network atm. You have one job . Keep canadians connected.
