One of the reason I left @RogersHelps TV was the stupidity of the technical service and having to spend hours and hours of my time on hold waiting for equipment that is plug and play

@RogersHelps @SpencerMV_ Agreed with @SpencerMV_ , even i cant connect. All my 5 devices on rogers are having the same issue. On hold with Tech support for almost hour now to chat with someone about this. Happened second time in 4 days.
