@RogersHelps That link provided is useless 🙄You're the internet & you can't provide better more accurate info? Like who's area is still without service. If hydro can, so can you. Post the map of outage areas, please & I shouldn't have had to ask.

@RogersHelps Question: Since you can't keep the service standards we pay an arm and leg for, can we break our contract early without penalty? I want to switch to Bell.

So everyone must have heard by now that @Rogers is giving all their subscribers 2 days credit for the #outage? An outage they CLAIM was NOT a #CyberAttack but a “maintenance/upgrade” issue, something THEY caused - that could have COST lives DUE to 911 failure! #unacceptable

Hey @Bell is your network stable? After the mass outage at @Rogers I am getting very annoyed to not have a stable and reliable connection. I am not fond of internet that randomly cuts out for a few minutes and frequently needs a modem reboot to work at all.

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers Not a Rogers customer but 100km gas wasted to shop for groceries.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Whilst internet has been « restored », I still can’t access many websites, including my work email and website. I start work at 8 am tomorrow. Will the issue be fixed by then? And you are giving your customers about $4 for losing 3+ days of service and 2 days of work in my case?

@RogersHelps You idiots. "We now believe we’ve narrowed the cause to a network system failure following a maintenance update in our core network, which caused some of our routers to malfunction". Why don't you build a dev env for testing?? Then push to ****??

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers I think everyone has to stop whining about the outage but the pricing is another issue altogether.
