    @Rogers after daily phone calls since July 2,numerous tech visits the problem is still active. Internet cuts in and out yet your monthly bill manages to arrive. I'm at wits end ready to throw everything in the trash & call Bell.

    @JayJanower @Rogers And they'll add another $10-15 dollars to your monthly bill to help provide the "best customer service" The telecommunications monopoly is the worst part for this country.

    @RogersHelps Your customer care team are useless. I have wasted 5 hours talking to people in India. The connection is poor, calls drop, and escalation gives you another useless person who won't help. I need them to go through 2 years worth of bills on both accounts. Anna is useless too.

    @JayJanower @Rogers The thing I loved about Shaw was our customer service was always in Canada.

    Rogers has the worst customer service in canada, they charged me 1490$ for iphone air which I already returned four days before the deadline. Still they charged me after 1 month, i am completely exhausted calling them yesterday i called me 19 times nobody responded. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps This is a yearly issue, unacceptable. It should’ve been changed 5 hours ago. This is a Colossal screw up. I don’t know how you guys can let this go on for so long. Brutal.

    @RogersHelps Why can't your customer service staff provide that information. I specifically asked their manager for an alternative contact.
