    Spent 3 hours on the phone with @RogersHelps and no one could solve my week long TV issue. Once I got to the cancellation department my issue was resolved in 20 mins.

    @RogersHelps Rogers is very frustrating. They do not let their customers change their own network settings, I cannot change my own DNS address. I will be considering Bell once my contract is up.
