This is unacceptable . Rogers has been unfair in most of his billings and they charge customers left and right - with 0 visibility on how to raise a dispute.And on top of it, their specialists behave in this unruly manner, when customer complain about this unfair billings. Is Rogers out to loot their customer money ?

Used a different form of payment. Nearly 2 hours later Rogers finally texts me the code LOL! Talk about timely - NOT!
