Anyone else wasted more than 4 hours on hold with @Rogers and their pathetic new AI garbage? Something is wrong here.

Four times now on different days at different times, @Rogers has told me “we’re currently experiencing extremely high call volume and cannot help, please call again later” and disconnected me. Is this a joke??

@RogersHelps I have a possible fraud situation with your organization…but can’t get through to anyone to help, just get a message that you are too busy and to call back later? Trying to use your chat feature but have 100 people ahead of me. Need some help asap…..

@JayGenXer @Rogers Just go straight to the @CCTS_CPRST. Don't even waste time with Rogers' "customer service". You won't believe how fast they accommodate you after you file a complaint.

@Rogers Before: "Welcome to rogers..." Press 1121 "Would you like to use the card stored on file?" 1 "OK, I'll just need the cards security code" "***" "We are processing your payment... thank you for your payment" *hang up* Done in 30 seconds Your new AI system is trash

@princessrica84 @Sportsnet @Rogers Unfortunately, this market can't sustain sports radio. I don't think there is enough fan support. We have seen it fail 3 times already. Maybe someone will do something to fill the void.

@JayGenXer @BrendaShawPEng @Rogers They really suck even if online chat support has a 90 minute wait time.

@Bell_Aliant @Rogers As an unusual homebase customer, I happen to have Rogers TV and Internet and cellular service and I love their cellular service and their TV service is excellent I also happen to have Bell TV service, Internet service and landline service I do not think you will ever find that many customers who have those services from both companies so I can honestly give you a true opinion on them both The one thing about Rogers is that the majority of their employees are Canadian that means that they keep the Canadian dollars that are paid for their services in Canada. Keep Canadians employed and paying Canadian taxes. Bell, on the other hand has a majority of their employed staff outside of Country. They are sending Canadian dollars that are paid for a service in Canada to other nations and other citizens and other countries and other countries taxes that means those two dollars away from Canadians and away from the Canadian taxpayers when most honest Canadian people have to keep paying, however, the companies get around it Also, very unacceptable
