Just now I celebrate my first 48 hours with no internet connection thanks to @Rogers (and running) After living in three countries and have 6 ISP in the last 10 years, it is a record hard to reach. Congratulations, @rogers, just the worst can achieve this level of incompetence

As expected, the @Rogers technician have missed his appointment scheduled yesterday for today, because why not to keep the service down beyond the 50 hours? You’re really awesome @rogers… worst choice in the last year

@Rogers I stand corrected.... SEVEN times I have had to reboot. I'm having to reboot every 5 minutes or so now. If you keep this crap up, I will happily cancel my service including my cable tv.

@Rogers Why do you insist on doing work in my area that requires me to reboot 8 times now in the last hour in order to keep my service functional? I know it's you because this always happens at this hour and I lose sync! #CRTC

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps (should actually be does not help) tech-support told me my modem is apparently outdated and not functioning even though it’s only a couple of years old. They’ll send me a new one in a couple of days. I guess I should just take a couple days off from work?

@RogersHelps this is happening again daily. Tv and internet constantly interrupted in Pickering Ontario. We just had a service call last week and it's down and up again. Homeowner is 81 years old and depends on the Rogers phone working.
