After on hold for 2 hours and 11 minutes, they told me to hang up and try again!! How is it possible I could not have my call answered when calling at 9am???

Picked up right away. Of course they couldnโt handle my request so Iโm back in the cue. 28 minutes. So 2 hours so far to get a resolution.
