    Wow been a @Rogers customer for close to 15yrs and I have never gotten any kind of loyalty deal…until now! 😒one day off, IF I travel somewhere during that time.

    @SteveD29 @RogersHelps Keep fighting. They tried charging me for a service I never received and I kept calling and refusing. Eventually they gave up.

    @TruthFringe @Rogers Rogers is one of the absolute WORST companies in Canada! I ripped there garbage out of my house 15 years ago and will never use them ever again! Pure trash company!

    @Rogers have you noticed that the most number of posts directed to Rogers or Rogers helps are about poor Customer Service. Specifically about how long people sit on hold trying to speak to someone on the telephone. Have you not gotten the message?

    @RogersHelps What is going on with your customer service line?! Called yesterday and today and can’t even get in your queue! Your IVR just tells me your to busy to take the call and then hangs up. Seriously?! How are we supposed teach anyone?

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers i tried to cancel my rogers 3 years ago. they played tag with me for days on the phone. I'd wait 60-120 minuntes... spoeak to someone for 2 minutes and they would always say "this isn't my dept. let me transfer you". this went on for 4 days, over 24 hours total of wait time
