    @RogersHelps Thanks. I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes, and was then told that someone would be working on this issue OUTSIDE overnight, as a number of people in my postal code are in the same situation and the problrm is in my area. No signal yet. 😪

    @linwood_barclay @Rogers Not sure if you are referring to a landline or cell phone. Here in remote eastern Mississauga cell,service is fine. Have Bell for landline and internet.

    @Rogers When do we get our rebate for the day’s outages. I’m paying $700-$800 per MONTH to get internet service from you. (No there are no better options) and you were not there for a full day.

    @linwood_barclay @Rogers Weeks after the last major Rogers outage, our internet was still dropping all the time. Switched to Bell a few weeks ago, which isn't exactly light-years better.

    Hmmm... @RogersHelps has an interesting idea of what constitutes a credit for 5 days service to compensate for the outage. I see a credit for home internet but nothing for our two wireless lines.
