@Rogers @MsKimR @Rogers what about all the people you screwed out of work hours and the ones that were hurt or in trouble or worse and couldn't get thru to a 911 service you have a legal responsibility to keep up regardless ..

  • edupogo31 Eduardo Pogorelsky (@edupogo31) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers This is nothing for all the trouble I had to deal!

  • AmyW8702 Amy Wheeler (@AmyW8702) reported

@Jennife50400612 @vote4robgill @Rogers This! And I’m not even a Rogers customer. So at that point who do I contact for my issues? It’s a mess.

  • DezanSocial Jon Dezan (@DezanSocial) reported from Lakeshore, Ontario

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

  • tomstockyard Tom (@tomstockyard) reported

@EdMarkD @Rogers My Rogers internet is down again. Approximately 11:45 AM. Mississauga.

  • DavRoJo2013 Roger Davis (@DavRoJo2013) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Dear Tony Staffieri the outage was almost 48 hours - Not 24! No $s can compensate for the apparent incompetence that precipitated this #NationalOutage. As an almost 4 decades customer an apology falls short of ans appropriate remedy!

  • yk_imright YouKnowImRight (@yk_imright) reported

@RogersHelps Many other infrastructures and businesses were affected by a failed service, failed service that will cost people more than $3 of inconvenience. I'm sure your CFO understands since every dollar you save is more than a dollar we lost.

  • ShahryEth Shahry.Ξth (@ShahryEth) reported

@RogersHelps still absolutely no service on my cell phone. This is ridiculous. Please help me out

  • Bosun_ojute Bosun (@Bosun_ojute) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers The least they should do it’s A Month free. Apart from not being able to use the service, I lost income on this very day.

  • simonmpratt Simon Pratt (@simonmpratt) reported

@lloydrang Basically @Rogers need to recognize that they are a utility company offering an essential service and provide communications in the way a power company would during an outage.
