    @RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are โ€œletting maintenance knowโ€ because they can see on their end how bad things are.

    @RogersHelps weโ€™ve been without internet for a whole day. Iโ€™ve been trying to get in Touch with a customer representative but Iโ€™ve been out on hold for an entire hour. This is unacceptable. Since our townhouse is on a bulk service weโ€™ve been asked to contact 1-855-759-5856

    @RogersHelps Good morning, I am still trying to get through to arrange a move. I called right at 9am this morning. After on hold for 2 hours and 11 minutes, they told me to hang up and try again!! How is it possible I could not have my call answered when calling at 9am???

    @MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers So I got disconnected (seems convenient) and called back. To get through, I called the new product line. Picked up right away. Of course they couldnโ€™t handle my request so Iโ€™m back in the cue. 28 minutes. So 2 hours so far to get a resolution.
