    @RogersHelps called to disconnect cable as I'm moving. Rogers screwed it up. Nearly 3 hours of calls, multiple spurious emails etc in an attempt to resolve your errors. No credit for loss of service or time spent. Cutoff by agents. Horrible experience.

    Hey @Rogers any idea how much longer we will be without internet/cable/phone service in #FrederictonNB Been out since about 12:30pm AST. Even data is spotty at best on the cellular side.

    @RogersHelps It really isn’t a priority for Rogers. If it was, then these things wouldn’t repeatedly happen. Please see DM regarding complaints next steps. It’s a compliance and internal controls issue that goes beyond what CS agents can assist with

    I would take another @Rogers network-wide outage if they would just get rid of the Rogers wrapped in red event ads on @MapleLeafs games.
