@CanadasLeafs @Rogers i tried to cancel my rogers 3 years ago. they played tag with me for days on the phone. I'd wait 60-120 minuntes... spoeak to someone for 2 minutes and they would always say "this isn't my dept. let me transfer you". this went on for 4 days, over 24 hours total of wait time

@RogersHelps I've done everything, right now the service is absolutely terrible will most likely cancel my plan as I need to be able to call home and be able to be reachable incase of emergency
