@RogersHelps I have an esim & new S25. Your guides only serve Apple products. I set up my new phone on my own, however the eSim will not transfer. Closest Rogers store is a 2hr drive & sending physical sim, may take up to 11 days. Not great service any way you look at it

@Fidomobile hey Fido thought when there’s an outage my cell should work. Barely does with this @rogers outage today. One bar and I have tons of cellular data. 😡😡😡😡 funny it works here on x go figure!

@Rogers @RogersHelps dealing w/ AI today(Anna) it was wrong about damn near everything. waiting for customer service I was 100 in queue. Then dealing with the multiple reps, who didn't seem to give a damn. I've been a customer 20 years, considering @FreedomMobile in Jan '26

Why is the Rogers feed of the baseball game about two seconds behind the Bell feed. What’s going on @Rogers? I tweeted about it last game and I didn’t get a satisfactory answer. If I call tech-support, I’m on hold for an hour.

@lynn130415 no one @Fidomobile dosent let u cancel ur phone plan then @Rogers threatens u with credit score issues and then eventually ur phone is cut off. then they offer u deals for how much little they r willing to settle with u when u wanted to cancel the plan before accumulating charges

@diva_in_denial @Rogers @Bell I'm no friend of Bell and vice versa. One day I will explain. I won't defend Rogers or any others beyond what I already have. Generally, I think our cell rates are not THAT bad given Canada's vast geography and low density population. (Except the cities of course)

@Rogers almost impossible to get a Rogers support agent on the phone. 📱today is my 3th try, wasn’t successful in the first 2 tries even after being on hold for 15+ min, once a great phone company now it’s not so great anymore. Time to switch to Vell, @TELUS or @ATT
