Rogers Outage in Pontypool, Ontario

@RogersHelps @Rogers trying to cancel my recently deceased mothers cable, on hold for almost two hours now 🤯

@RogersHelps my service has been out since 7:00 am. What’s this outage about? When are you resolving it?

@RogersHelps I’ve sent a dm, modem is flashing orange, rebooted twice and nothing changed, so no internet, tv or home phone. We’re in Courtice, do you know of problems in our area?

@RogersHelps Internet has been down in Bowmanville for going on 4 hours now. No notifications, response from online portal assistance other than to be passed between departments. Any word on a fix? All the neighbours with Bell Fibe are ok....

@RogersHelps we are having the same problem as yesterday with our home phone through ignite. If someone phones it goes to voicemail and when I try to phone out I’m not getting a dial tone just a busy signal.

@Bell_Support cannot provide an estimated time for Internet service restoration in postal code K1A in Ottawa after 2 days of service outage. Our power is on here but no internet. I would be totally isolated if it wasn't for my @Rogers cell phone. #shame

@RogersHelps day 2 with no service. It’s impossible to get through with long wait times when I call. I need an update please.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Well, this morning, we at least seem to have some level of wireless service back. Looking forward to getting the rest of the services back soon.

@RogersHelps It’s been almost 2 days! When are you going to provide your customers a real update with an ETA on service resuming? Also, we all have the right to NOT be charged for this amount of downtime in our services.

@sergiocalderon @RogersHelps That outage has now entered third day. The compensation package had better reflect that. So much for living in the first world.
