@RogersHelps we are having the same problem as yesterday with our home phone through ignite. If someone phones it goes to voicemail and when I try to phone out I’m not getting a dial tone just a busy signal.

@RogersHelps Internet has been down in Bowmanville for going on 4 hours now. No notifications, response from online portal assistance other than to be passed between departments. Any word on a fix? All the neighbours with Bell Fibe are ok....

@RogersHelps Already spoke to the “Loyalty” department Bell is offering me a better deal 65/20gb and everything I have on my plan from Rogers. “Loyalty” department said this is a plan that they can’t match. So I have an appointment at 6 for a call back for bell to switch my service over.

@RogersHelps I had completed the upgrade yesterday online, and when I called customer service today after receiving the email I was told it was no problem, just go into store, they can see your profile, and pick them up. It sounded easy, but after trying two stores it was not :(
