@RogersHelps we are having the same problem as yesterday with our home phone through ignite. If someone phones it goes to voicemail and when I try to phone out I’m not getting a dial tone just a busy signal.

@RogersHelps Internet has been down in Bowmanville for going on 4 hours now. No notifications, response from online portal assistance other than to be passed between departments. Any word on a fix? All the neighbours with Bell Fibe are ok....

I never gave @Rogers permission to record my voice, but I was validated via their Voice ID when I called in. WTF is this invasion of privacy.

@Simon818 @Rogers I only have my phone. I switched to Bell as I wasn't able to find any smaller carriers that weren't affiliated with Rogers in some way that had more extensive data plans. I tend to use a lot. But I'm a hell of a lot happier here. Their phone service is much less painful.

@JesseF100 @Rogers I have a ton of devices with them--iPhone, Android, ipad, watch, etc. Switching would be a huge pain. And aside from the horrible website, i'm happy with them. But I would switch providers if I knew the web portal didn't suck. Which one are you using now?

God damned @Rogers. Nothing like waiting 2 hours to have the business Rep hang up on me after taking all my personal info. Now to reconnect they are says 3 hours. WTF!

@RogersHelps I called a week ago to remove a service from my cell phone account. Tried previously too but gave up after getting disconnected after long waits or just being on hold for a long time. I spoke to someone last week who said service was removed. It was not removed.
