    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    @RogersHelps Good morning. Is it just a coincidence that the day after one of my neighbours gets BELL internet installed and my internet becomes instantly bad? Because now my internet cant seem to keep its strength!! I am losing connections to online servers.

    @RogersHelps NO. IVE HAD “SENIOR WHATEVER” PPL COME AFTER SIX OTHER TECHS LAST YEAR AND I STILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE HORRIBLE INFRASTRUCTURE.

    @rttdoucet @RogersHelps I’m south but yeah exact same thing. Sometimes it’ll say it’s on and everything and some pages will load but it’s deathly slow if it works at all. So annoying.

    @RogersHelps Third day with no Ignite TV. On Friday, someone turned it off by mistake and no one at Customer Care can turn it back on. This is pathetic. #RogersHelps.
