@Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

@RogersHelps No problem but in the future it would be helpful if Rogers posted something when a fundamental service that people reply on has an outage.

@RogersHelps Payment arrangement..also your network is ridiculously slow. Every single day there are periods throughout where I can’t even send an email. What are we paying for exactly when you charge over $100/month for data that lags and constantly freezes?

Buckles and Bulls Brands Inc. (@BucklesandBulls) reported

@RogersHelps How about we just change providers and get rid of the problem entirely.

@RogersHelps We have bulk service in our condo yet almost every day we get calls from Roger’s to upgrade our service. How can I stop these calls, take our # off the roster.

@Lidsville @Rogers This sounds like when I was being called by Telus for months about their security service. I kept asking to be taken off the list, they kept calling. Telecoms are evil

@Rogers thanks for ending my chat before I even chatted with anyone. There’s 2 hours of waiting I’ll never get back.

I don't know why @rogers is so terrible here in northern Alberta. At least once a week, my internet and phone will both become effectively unusable in spite of having strong 5G signal on both devices. I can make this post but it'll take several minutes, and I can't even watch TV.

@Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.
