    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    @ShantP1 @Rogers It is a nation wide issue actually, that is in its 7th hour. Only in the last little while did their Help account even publicly make a statement on it.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I pay roughly $150 for FULL SERVICE a month. Full service has been down since approx 12:30am. It’s now 9am. Still no fix. I want a deduction on my next bill for the 9+ HOURS OF NO WORKING SERVICE
