DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported@RogersHelps I understand that and I did try all of this while I was travelling. What I’m asking is that it’s not fair for me to pay the kind of charges levied to me when the service was barely used due to these issues. I raised a ticket and no one seems to care about that.

MASAPRO 魔法 鮭 (@magic_salmon) reported@VirginPlus why is it that you can't / won't provide your internet service customers with a public ipv4 yet @Rogers offer this as standard???
-
Kats (@TheNutterDrawer) reported@RogersHelps No I’m not waiting on hold when I’ve waited for 2 hours and both people I spoke to had trouble even verifying the account. One told me they could only speak to the account holder, which I am. But they mispronounced my name and then thought I was a different person.

Zach (@zachnhso) reported.@Rogers never claim you’re the best ISP again that’s false advertising

Robert Park (@RobertPark71) reported@RogersHelps Maybe you should read the post before asking stupid questions. And I don’t want or need a reply. Tired or dealing with inept rogers
-
Karina (@Rinafong) reported@RogersHelps There was an outage in my area earlier but status says resolved. I tried rebooting but it’s still not back up

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

Arthur Zhou (@Arthur632563042) reported@RogersHelps I tried below steps but no luck: Reset Network Settings (iPhone + all devices) Reset hotspot/APN settings(change to mobile.apn) Toggled Maximize Compatibility ON/OFF Change manual IP, proxy, many other DNS Removed all VPN profiles All DNS can not work normally
