@Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

@RogersHelps One thing I wanted was to be treated with respect. I have a busy schedule & trusted @rogers with my pre-authorised payments. I also believe it's not right that I was charged since Oct for internet though they knew I had moved & didn't transfer the service.

@RogersHelps it’s 3am, you changed the ETR thrice, and have so many upset customers it’s terrible. My service came back <10 hours ago and you’re already killing my data because I NEED internet and it’s been a day without it. What gives man? 😩

@rogers #rogers #horriblecustomerservice Been cut off line while talking, and more... one person told me "we can't cancel without your permission" but I suppose they can keep taking money from my account without my permission even though they knew I had disconnected the modem..

@RogersHelps thanks. Over 3 hrs on the phone (incl. 1 ghosted callback) because even though we had it hooked up last week & already paid for an entire month, you decided to cancel our services for no reason. $10 credit helps our 4 day wait and our canceled first mothers day plans

@Rogers I called Roger's Aug 21st 2021 to let them know I'd moved out of my unit on Aug 7th & no longer need the wifi service. They suggested I put it on hold so that I can transfer the service to my new apartment. I did. I put on hold for 2 month.
