@Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you. @Rogers says “We now believe we've narrowed the cause to a network system failure following a maintenance update in our core network, which caused some of our routers to malfunction early Friday morning.”

@AboutRogers @Rogers Please explain why I had a high speed internet connection prior to the outage and now dial up service would be faster and more reliable than this?? Since restoration I can barely open an app, cannot connect to banking and streaming is impossible 🤬
