  • GaiaResearchMB Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported from Portage la Prairie, Manitoba

Cell coverage in rural Manitoba is horrible. The worst of any state or province I've travelled in. I depend on making phone calls for my business. Unfortunately, both @Bell_MTS and @Rogers both suck equally.

  • GaiaResearchMB Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported from Portage la Prairie, Manitoba

@CBCManitoba I wouldn't say intermittent. We have no service at all - all morning. @RogersHelps

  • JayDWalt Jay Walt (@JayDWalt) reported

@RogersHelps Too many outages. This is my notice. Unbundling and moving cell to another carrier. Should never have put all my eggs in the same unreliable basket. Besides two major outages, I can never stream music throughout the night. Connection always interrupts.

  • mgradiski Dr. Matthew Gradiski (@mgradiski) reported

F1 race was unwatchable on @Rogers online Ignite TV this morning. The bandwidth/resources they allocate to TSN5 is horrible, constant freezing. TSN1 for tennis had 0 problems.

  • roryinkamp rory lynch (@roryinkamp) reported

@birgitomo @Rogers Please explain how that would help?

  • bhaumik52 भौमिक पटेल (@bhaumik52) reported

@mayimsmom @vote4robgill @Rogers I am not blamming rogers rep and customer service employee. Its rogers management, who ahould have atleast done more communication. Those call center employees are the last ine to blame for.. they are not responsible for updates nor responsible for how the situation ws handled

  • A10443345 A (@A10443345) reported

@RogersHelps 2 days later and still have little to no connection, even when I do, it’s so slow it’s not usable. This is so ridiculous.

  • StdenisKatie Katherine stdenis (@StdenisKatie) reported

@RogersHelps @ShumitHaque And what did we learn? - data centres should have actual PEOPLE monitoring the network systems? - systems should have alarms when network/routers go offline? - instruct comms people not wait hours and hours to report outages?

  • JayDWalt Jay Walt (@JayDWalt) reported

@RogersHelps Too many outages. This is my notice. I bud sling and moving cell to another carrier. Should never have put all my eggs in the same unreliable basket.

  • ChrisHe24808549 Chris Henderson (@ChrisHe24808549) reported

@newfiebullet84 @RogersHelps Right , after all a couple of people dead, no ambulance service , thousands of small business lose revenue, financial institutions unable to communicate and your golf club can't answer the phones.

  • AccordXTC Wyatt Thompson (@AccordXTC) reported

@RogersHelps You claim to be positively credited for our services for the day. Why only a day and most of us it's been two or more days with services not working. Where's the commitment there of making it right for your customers??? #rogersoutrage

  • augment Chris Delaney (@augment) reported

@vote4robgill @daphatves @Rogers What do you want? It was down for 2 days, you don't have to pay for those days. Your home internet/ phone has no guaranteed up time. Same with the small biz lines. If you want a guaranteed service up time you can get it but there is a lot more to it than 50$ a month will get you.
