Cell coverage in rural Manitoba is horrible. The worst of any state or province I've travelled in. I depend on making phone calls for my business. Unfortunately, both @Bell_MTS and @Rogers both suck equally.

@Rogers @RogersHelps you may have the most incompetent staff ever! Your company is awful, top to bottom. I just made my 24th call to Rogers since November. No resolution. Horrible customer service. No attempt to even make anything up to me. Hate's a strong word but I hate Rogers!

Hey @Rogers! Nothing like having a technician working across the road that disconnects a paying customers service! Then @RogersHelps fails to help by saying a tech can't be there to look into the problem till Thursday evening! Time to hotspot a whole house on @Rogers dime! #fail

@hometownhockey_ @Rogers It is painful to watch now. Too regular of a segment. Too "Mr. Roger's Neighborhood". And Maclean is awful, we turn the channel if he is on the screen or heaven forbid, opens his mouth to talk.

@Rogers I'm so disappointed in your customer service. After over 40 minutes waiting, I get absolutely bo help. When I speak my frustration I get hung up on. I just want to cancel this horrendous service.
