Phive 'O' Phil (@The__Phil) reported@RogersHelps received a call from you who kept wanting to change plan even though I said no. I just wanted a quote for a new cell phone and wouldn’t provide it. Furthermore. The call was a very bad connection and person didn’t hang up but sounded like they muttered obscenities.

I don't think they have a vendetta, I'm not insane, everyone I pay them & have a agent telling me too "pay rogers before buying my family groceries". The outage was enough.
