    @Rogers Have waited on the phone for over 1 hour two days in a row. My new plan is missing a few features. Yesterday the support person had to transfer me to a manager to resolve. This resulted in another 1 hour and 6 minutes wait until I just gave up. This is ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps I need to convince someone who can actually help there's a back office problem. I offer up my credentials as a senior network infrastructure analyst as some sort of clout that I need some actual 2nd level support. I don't want to leave rogers but might have to :/

    For every 3-5 minutes of uptime there's a 3-7 disconnect. Fix your **** @rogers
