@FidoSolutions There has to be an outage. Tech support advised a factory reset which I did and now I can't even connect to go through the set up process. Our neighbours have @Rogers internet and it is also down. Would have been nice to know before trying a factory reset. 🙃 cc: @RogersHelps

Why does @Rogers want me to know that 100% of their support is Canadian based?

@dugilbo @RogersHelps Welcome to Monoplies. They do whatever they want man. Blame pandemic, charge more for less is the new normal. Bell does the same crap. Hope they get you up soon. Make sure they credit you for the downtime.

@Rogers … ummm can you please get my internet service up and running…. 11 days now!! I do understand that there are many many Ottawa residents that have been without power and trees down, etc and you folks have been busy. At least have someone look into it.

@AureliaCotta @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile Yup. That’s how service works these days. Badly. But eventually everyone comes to despise their ‘provider’. Cogeco & Bell. I hate them equally.

@RogersHelps .. are there signal issues in Toronto (M4S) right now? Picture pixelating on many channels

@RogersHelps @Rogers The worst experience ever with Rogers . After years of loyalty having multiple services my business was not appreciated. While they give discounts to new customers, there is no value to the existing clients when they ask for better package and pricing. Sad

For the first time I can remember the @rogers network is totally incapable of handling cellular data demand during a power outage in my neighbourhood. It’s like being on dialup.
