@AboutRogers @RogersHelps If at least you would spare us the embellishments... This outage is not intermittent, and to figure out the root cause some 15+ hours into the outage is hardly an accomplishment. Give your head a shake, @Rogers and call this the embarrassing failure that it is.

@CFIB @Rogers Lucky Mobile makes good backup because you still have 256kpbs "throttled" data after your cap, you're never completely offline if you have a data plan ($35/mo)

@RogersHelps We have no service in Hamilton either. I am suspecting they have been hacked and can't access their internal network. The hackers have encrypted the servers and all the data. I bet you we will hear that all our persinal information has been compromised.

@Rogers @RogersHelps You need to provide people with credits as this has had HUGE impacts on people's days. If the situation isn't fixed and people are compensated appropriately your going to have some big problems

All I can say, good thing @Rogers internet not down today! I feel for those without cell services... fortunately, I have that on another national carrier.
