mags (@magsdabomb) reported@Rogers what happened to your customer service? 20 year customer here and I cant reach anyone for help, you hang up saying youre busy and every chat disconnects. How am I supposed to get help? Ombudsman info please
-
Mk_leds (@mk_leds) reported@Rogers Why is your customer phone support basically non-existent now ?
-
Nunya 🇨🇦 (@CanadianNunya) reported25+ minutes on hold with @RogersHelps @Rogers After they NEVER cancelled a phone upgrade months ago when told to. ****** way to do business. 😡
-
Laela Mirelle (@djlaela) reported@RogersHelps Payment arrangement..also your network is ridiculously slow. Every single day there are periods throughout where I can’t even send an email. What are we paying for exactly when you charge over $100/month for data that lags and constantly freezes?

Julie (@JulieLynnBH) reportedSo @Rogers I followed this instruction & was looped through automated services that will not connect me to a person bc I'm not the customer. I'd like an actual call telling me when you'll remove the cable running across the front of my home. Unbelievable you didn't ask permission
-
Budman (@Uncle_Jed_1) reported@RogersHelps Well then direct my comments to the departments that will actually do something! You work there you should know who that would be! The secretary or answering machine or Bot @ 1-888-764-3771 is only the irritating middle-man (person) I doubt they have the ability to fix anything!
-
YukonSteph (@YukonSteph) reported@GunGnome @Rogers I have virtually no issues with starlink unless a bear knocks my dish over or a horse stomps my fibre optic cable really good or the only happened once time that i ran over fibre optic cable with a snowblower.
-
Anthony DSouza (@AnthonyZeus2012) reported@RogersHelps I was on hold for over 2hrs just to finally getting a message that I should call back. Really pathetic!! There used to be an option for a call back in the past that doesn’t exist. Customer service sucks. #frustrated

Danendra (@Neno101124) reported@Rogers Your service is like ****
-
Jeff (@SeNoR_Jeff13) reported@RogersHelps No problem but in the future it would be helpful if Rogers posted something when a fundamental service that people reply on has an outage.
