@RogersHelps Even though the internet is now up, speed is amazingly SLOW. Wonder if Rogers is going to provide internet speeds as per the package we are paying for. @RogersBiz @Rogers

  • qkPanda Ella Leung (@qkPanda) reported

@RogersHelps Hi admin where can I find an outage map for internet service? Tech support is not responding.

  • WCoaster77 WCoaster (@WCoaster77) reported

@LurphyOG @thevivafrei @Rogers Ask yourself, why do companies have **** risk management? Because there is no need to invest in such things when you perceive no risk. When you are the only game in town (or nearly so) who gives a damn. Customer Service: "We appreciate your business & go f*ck yourself". #Truth

  • pam_mcwatters Pam McWatters (@pam_mcwatters) reported

@Rogers service came back last night, now out again...freezes every 10 sec and can't change the channel! What the hell!! I thought you said it was fixed🙄

  • pbrennan1985 Patrick Brennan (@pbrennan1985) reported

Hey @rogers and @Fidomobile it’s Friday night and I’m still without internet. No estimated time of service resuming. How much profit did you make last year?

  • CanuckSportsNut Adrian Hiscox (@CanuckSportsNut) reported

@RogersHelps Are credits still being counted because my ignite tv service is still down

  • HeatherMc_Art Heather McAlendin-Kendall (@HeatherMc_Art) reported

@CP24 @Rogers Ignite still down. Glitchy. I know many in and around gta still not working 100% For those of us working from home/ small businesses, 2 days credit does not cut it.

  • KevinDamen3 Kevin Damen (@KevinDamen3) reported

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers If an outage is so expensive to your business, why do you not javelin a backup provider? SpaceX Starlink, check it out. Two providers for only double the cost. Never lose thousands again, because you were not prepared

  • pessimism101 Chris Hoey (@pessimism101) reported

@RogersHelps I don't understand how it can be so difficult for Ignite TV to be restored without never-ending glitches? And don't give me that "we have now restored services to the vast majority" crap.

  • mbarnicke Michael Barnicke (@mbarnicke) reported

When will TV services be back to normal @RogersHelps ? My PVR and live broadcast are awful still.
