@Rogers @Rogershelps - so…. a rep just knocked on my door saying that they newly ran fibre to the node in my area. That now they offer 1 gigabit down. This is a complete lie because I cancelled my 1 gig Rogers last September for 1.5 gigabit FTTH. There’s been no upgrades

@Rogers Still waiting on that credit from your outage that we were to get?

  • whereiwalkphoto Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported

@Rogers this is garbage!! a $20 credit for the day you guys were out and not just for a day ... that's an insult!! you've got tons of money to do better than that! hell, just being on the phone with you guys is never less than a two hour deal...that cost time / money! i'm disappointed!

  • CyclesLove common cycles. (@CyclesLove) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps Like how a service can downhill so quickly is actually insane. I've almost never had a problem with Rogers but I'm starting to be at my wits end here. The amount of passing back and forth that they do between companies is ridiculous. no one knows what they're doing over there

  • _pundmc Pundy's Disordered Emporium (@_pundmc) reported

@DonmyGoldensun @Rogers Gauranteed poor coverage nationwide!

  • laurie_chauvin Laurie Chauvin (@laurie_chauvin) reported

@RogersHelps help me understand why I am sent a flyer for service that is not available in my area. Why send a flyer to my address, this was not a general flyer it had my address on it - if you do not actually offer what you are advertising. #misleadingadvertising #Rogers

@RogersHelps Thats a lie. You definitely have reports of an outage because I have been calling you about it for a month.

  • Sonja_NH Sonja N (@Sonja_NH) reported

@RogersHelps Been there and done that. After my father paid his bill, it was cleared he was still blamed for it, and still had no service. So no thank you. He is tired of the run around. Check Reddit, or Google "Rogers Outage New Brunswick" you'll see how many people are updating it daily

  • SierraMikeEcho ScottoftheBruce (@SierraMikeEcho) reported

@RogersHelps The problem is this, your tech-support people say there’s no problem in the area yet I’ve gone out and mapped the exact area where there’s no connectivity and there’s definitely a problem. So when is someone gonna show some ***** and take responsibility?

  • SierraMikeEcho ScottoftheBruce (@SierraMikeEcho) reported

@RogersHelps Been over 2 months. nobody resolved anything yet, not to mention that you’ve had on going network issues in my area for over 10 years nobody’s resolve those yet either.
