@Rogers you guys need to fix your update system. Last night I got a text at 6:30PM telling, me the cable in my area was finally fixed (it wasnt) Now I got an email 22 hours after it actually was fixed telling me it isn't fixed yet.

@RogersHelps had to get a new ignite modem this week. All but one laptop is working on new setup. I used same Name and System password so it was detected by all. One older laptop that worked before isn’t now. Help!

My internet on my new phone doesn't work unless i have wifi. Nor can i receive or send phonecalls or text messages and i'm too tech-challenged to figure it out. Wait time onhold is 2 hours. @Rogers
