@RogersHelps you people have the worse service (internet) ever. Does it ever work. It’s been crap for 3 days now. Fix your quality. Why do we bother to pay for a derives that never works

  • j_seixeiro Jennifer (@j_seixeiro) reported

@quicksilv3r @RogersHelps Same thing happening to me and there is no public service announcement from the company taking any accountability for it or providing a resolution

  • nonaammees VideoGuy416 (@nonaammees) reported

@RogersHelps no access to our emails again? Why doesn’t Rogers send out a notice that the email system is not working. Why do I have to change my password now every week because your system sucks? And NO I am not entering the wrong password

  • EveUnleashed Lauren (@EveUnleashed) reported

I need to tell them that no, I don't want a different deal at a slightly lower price. I want to cancel. Cheaper @Rogers TV won't unsell my house and keep in Ontario, sorry. they transfer me to the special department. I have paid whatever cryptic price this step required

  • Doubtfire71 Karen Bell (@Doubtfire71) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers asking someone to hold for now an hour and only tell me to continue to hold to keep my place in line is horrible customer service. You have the ability to update your hold messaging to inform customers of outages and hold times, have call back options #fail

  • smokeyinvicta Smokeyinvicta (@smokeyinvicta) reported

@RogersHelps internet and TV are out. At night it appears that you also throttle the internet down bc its extremely slow on comparison tonthe daytime use. This is getting ridiculous. We pay enough for this service, it should at least be dependable.
