Day three of crap service from @Rogers I will let you guess how much effort they have made to solve the problem and/or ameliorate my frustration. (We know there will be zero compensation.) Hint: it rhymes with zero and starts with Z, & yet really feels like ***.

    @RogersHelps Then please fix

  • BourqueKearney
Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

@Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

  • BourqueKearney
Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

@Rogers your stupid crappy Internet service just went down again for the fifth time in the last several days. It’s going to be a real horse race to see who is worse between you or Bell. I guess it’s not really a fair competition since you’re both rotten.

I love how @rogers has no compunction about billing customers when their service is spotty, ******, or just inexplicably down. Oh, it’s a holiday? Irrelevant. Do your bloody job. Charge obscenely for crap service, the absolute minimum you could do is deliver what you promise.

@buperac @tobi @Rogers every damn thing in canada is a cartel. an insane asylum

  • Manavvv31
    Manavmeet Singh (@Manavvv31) reported

@tobi @Rogers This is a user-reported service disruption highlighting how carrier or network updates can sometimes unintentionally break common device features like hotspot tethering, which then directly impacts real-world usability @tobi

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

    Bill St. Arnaud (@BillStarnaud) reported

@RogersHelps For the first year RF signal from C8689 was rock solid - 4 bars on various phones, Nokia last mile, etc. Now RF signal fluctuates about every 10 minutes. I have clear LOS to tower about 1 km away. Neighbours reporting the same problem

Once again @Rogers @RogersHelps service appears to be down in my area

  • paulpmori

Recently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.

Isn’t Hotspot part of the service that @rogers provides?

  • CircularLogic89
    CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps Wireless plans and Wireless Home Phone plans are different services. They may both be 'mobile' services, but they are not the same nor interchangeable, hence the need to port the service over
