    @Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

    @RogersHelps She has no internet no phone an hour and a half away my wife sister who is on account is out of province, phone was to stay connected until 19th you cut her off on 16 she has no way of contacting you a person call my wife from her work to let her know n she cannot help working

    @Rogers Lol I call@bs everything will still be super slow and expensive I live in Canada northen arctic such as Nunavut where internet is super expensive and yet so slow and once’s ran out off gigs I still pay a lot just for one gig of data nothing is never going to change in the north

    @RogersHelps this is absolute garbage... Internet/cable has been up and down for 5 days. Can't get through on the phone because "wait times are longer than normal". Think twice before switching!!!!

    @RogersHelps all of the sudden, several apps on my galaxy s20 won't open. All scans say everything is good, and my phone software recently updated. I emptied my cache... 😭 Can you help?

    @Rogers We know what this partnership is about and that has nothing to do with remote communities. It is about making Canadians pay even more for internet which is the world’s most expensive already. And also it’s about more people having to put up with Rogers’ ****** customer service
