BJRP (@BaoDeQiang) reported from Norfolk County, OntarioI love how @rogers has no compunction about billing customers when their service is spotty, ******, or just inexplicably down. Oh, it’s a holiday? Irrelevant. Do your bloody job. Charge obscenely for crap service, the absolute minimum you could do is deliver what you promise.
-
BJRP (@BaoDeQiang) reported from Norfolk County, OntarioDay three of crap service from @Rogers I will let you guess how much effort they have made to solve the problem and/or ameliorate my frustration. (We know there will be zero compensation.) Hint: it rhymes with zero and starts with Z, & yet really feels like ***.

Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario@Rogers your stupid crappy Internet service just went down again for the fifth time in the last several days. It’s going to be a real horse race to see who is worse between you or Bell. I guess it’s not really a fair competition since you’re both rotten.
-
Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedHey @Rogers, since @koodo has decided to start outright gouging me after 18 years of loyalty, they are about to lose a customer. What kind of deal can I get if I move all SIX of my phone lines AND my tablet line over to you guys? I've had enough of being gouged.
-
comm eng (@CommEng) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?
-
Trawets Namknom (@TheBareAssLodge) reportedIm never watching the @bluejays on AppleTV, ever so screw you @rogers and @mlb
-
East meets West (@KeeperOfSheep) reported@RogersHelps If you can definitively state it is or isn't a scam, that is the problem.. your processes should give clients a clear way of determimimg why @Rogers is calling. Or a log on our online account that shows When, How, and Why a rep tried to contact the customer.
-
Hugo (@19BossMan84) reported@Rogers nothing like calling Roger’s and their automation system saying the are experiencing higher than normal volume calls and than hang up. Great customer service lol
-
Michael Gallo (@galloots1313) reported@RogersHelps My bill was triple the amount. When I have unlimited data. I try calling Roger’s billing help, and everyday I wait on the phone for 4-5 hours and nobody ever picks up. How do you seriously do this to customers?
