    @Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

    Waited 10 days!!! to get a sim card from @Rogers Very frustrated with the amount of time invested in requesting and following up about the sim. The invoice still came with errors. Really expected a faster and better service from such a big and prestigious company. Boooo

    @Rogers You lease your lines to SEVERAL COMPANIES. they can’t provide service as it’s on YOU. I’m with one of them. Doesn’t matter who we are with. They are your lines. And they are ******. What is going on with the timing on this fix? Or you don’t care about me because I’m with @startca

    Well, we tried calling Tech Support, tried online chat, and tried DM on Twitter... 3 strikes and we’re out! Guess I’ll be watching the Leafs/Jets game on my phone... @Rogers , not the best way to start a weekend...

    @RogersHelps After only 4 months with Rogers ignite, I want to throw it out the window. What happened to being the most reliable? Nothing but dropped wifi, cable replacements and headaches since we switched! Here's hoping your tech guys can fix it on Sunday...again! #rogersdown
