    @Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

    @RogersHelps She has no internet no phone an hour and a half away my wife sister who is on account is out of province, phone was to stay connected until 19th you cut her off on 16 she has no way of contacting you a person call my wife from her work to let her know n she cannot help working

    @Rogers on your website,“chat function is available 24/7”. Yet when you try and open up a chat, “Thanks for contacting us. Sorry, but you’ve reached us outside of our regular business hours. Please try again later.” AND you never mention what your regular business hours are!?

    @RogersHelps The issue hasn’t been resolved. We will be writing a letter describing the experience as a new customer wanting to buy 3 new services. I hope it finds its way to someone who can review this and prevent the next customer from this experience.

    @RogersHelps I've been experiencing speed issues, restarting my rogers modem has not corrected the issue. I have a 1Gbps download plan but am only downloading around 2Mbps on any of my devices, wired or wireless. Upload is normal at 50 Mbps for some reason.

    I’m in Vaughan, had a full busy day of work. Looked forward to some TV to wind down but low and behold, @RogersHelps my Rogers TV is not working. Again. Tell me again what I’m paying for…the 4th time this month.

    @RogersHelps Does this link even work? I get stuck in a “click here to see if there are outages in your area” and all it does it load the same page over and over. Also, it has a reply button - so I tried to say there is a problem - but it also does t work.

    @Rogers Your out of country phone number is not working nor is your online chat line. How can I get assistance to unlock a phone so we can use it in Europe?
