@RogersHelps She has no internet no phone an hour and a half away my wife sister who is on account is out of province, phone was to stay connected until 19th you cut her off on 16 she has no way of contacting you a person call my wife from her work to let her know n she cannot help working

@Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

@Rogers I’ve already confirmed my appointment to switch all my services and my family’s services to Bell Wednesday. Not because of your extended outage, but because of your lack of communication about the extended outage. Blatant disrespect for your customers.

@RogersHelps As strongly as I dislike Bell as a company, at least the service is super reliable. Every day I'm reminded of how happy I am that I switched from Rogers.

@Rogers Only took my SIM card out 4 times and tried to connect to mobile service I don’t know how many times ...so is there an update as too when we can make calls and texts since this is the only form of communication most have?

@RogersHelps Its getting to the point where you MUST inform us of the ETA of the outage. This is a breach of contract. I suggest you act responsibly and accordingly.
