@RogersHelps She has no internet no phone an hour and a half away my wife sister who is on account is out of province, phone was to stay connected until 19th you cut her off on 16 she has no way of contacting you a person call my wife from her work to let her know n she cannot help working

@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

@Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

@RogersBiz No internet in Markham since late Thursday!! Rogers went from no clue to it was down for areas, then to no ETA, when finally had ETA, it's useless anyways, 3 ETAs have passed so far and it's still not working!

@RogersHelps Not the reply I wanted, @RogersHelps , but the one I expected. Just tell me where I can return the phone in Winnipeg to get in writing I’ve returned it without damage. Or tell me what guarantees I have that if I send the phone away for this inspection that I won’t be charged.

Tell me @RogersHelps, do I need to make a harrassment complaint to get your collection agencies to stop calling me about YOU incorrectly billing me after an account was closed and the equipment returned in 2015? They have the audacity to offer me 2 pay BS bill to make calls stop

@Rogers spent 40 mins on a call to get support - 4 agents, got rerouted 3 times and disconnected twice. I had a move request for int/tv “installed” and still not working, since Saturday. I don’t have time to call back and wait another hour. You’re a COMMUNICATION co. Do better!

@RogersHelps have been on hold 40 minutes to activate new service. Three times our call was rerouted back to the beginning. Am in an endless Rogers loop. Last month I was on hold 2 hours. Do you actually understand what it is you do?

@RogersHelps just had the absolute worst phone call with your representatives. I am absolutely shocked at the customer service, I thought it was a joke! Nothing has been resolved and I’ve wasted my time. Very frustrated

@Rogers totally unacceptable. Your frequent outages are getting out of hand. This is the second outage in two weeks. Either refund or take responsibility to get things up and running. Be an actual competition to @Bell. @Bell, please get us a fibe connection in the area.

@schofie2012 @linwood_barclay @RogersHelps I’m so tired of talking to a message. I truly appreciate great customer service and always let “real warm blooded” people know. It’s a shame we always have to PRESS 1 for this, 2 for that. Such a waste of our precious time.
