BJRP (@BaoDeQiang) reported from Norfolk County, OntarioDay three of crap service from @Rogers I will let you guess how much effort they have made to solve the problem and/or ameliorate my frustration. (We know there will be zero compensation.) Hint: it rhymes with zero and starts with Z, & yet really feels like ***.

Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell
-
Jack Hibbs (@jjh04) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario@Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

BJRP (@BaoDeQiang) reported from Norfolk County, OntarioI love how @rogers has no compunction about billing customers when their service is spotty, ******, or just inexplicably down. Oh, it’s a holiday? Irrelevant. Do your bloody job. Charge obscenely for crap service, the absolute minimum you could do is deliver what you promise.

Lorraine (@lo_rainne) reported@RogersHelps Is there any update on when K2C is going to be repaired?? We had service up until power was restored yesterday. Anna isn't very helpful. People with Bell in my building have service, but no Rogers or Fido customers.
-
Tony R (@mvp2k996) reported@SNBets @Sportsnet @Rogers Instead of promoting dreaming about gambling to make money and killing my sports viewing experience with poor produce and lame host delivery betting segments How about promoting working and self-respect to make money?
-
Tracy Shoüldice 🇨🇦 ❤️ 🇺🇦 (@TracyShouldice) reported@Ppanetta1 @RogersHelps Our Ignite service was also down before the storm. This is why it would be helpful for Rogers to explain what's actually going on.
-
Captain Joystick (@JoystickCaptain) reportedHey @RogersHelps, I'm in London, southeast quarter and have been getting intermittent latency issues for the past few hours. I'll call it in tomorrow if the issue persists and prevents me from working, but thought you might want to notify the techs in case its a wider outage.

Lauren Sheil - Financial Advisor (@laurencsheil) reported@RogersHelps Thanks for the corporate double talk. I’m not interested in excuses. I want results. The only service that is down in this neighbourhood is yours. Let me know when you decide to do your job. K2G 6W1

kikicat (@shana30196376) reported@Rogers your customer support and service is shameful. It is more stressful than buying a house.
-
Alison Campbell (@Alimaccam) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Not going to get a straight answer to my direct questions. Just wanted some idea what might be involved on Rogers end once Hydro does what they need to do so I can plan. Days or weeks to resolution? Disappointed no customer service. Will remember when Bell brings Fibe to my area.
-
Michael Lifshitz (@IllumAbilities) reported@RogersHelps @bwgreen999 Small suggestion. Maybe considering your customers have already been put out not having their service, maybe instead of putting the burden on them to chase after compensation, give everyone a credit for the time without services?
-
Lauren Sheil - Financial Advisor (@laurencsheil) reportedDear @rogers. Your customer service sucks. We’ve been without service since Saturday. We can’t even call 911! it took you 4 days to even acknowledge a problem, and still no updates or expected eta for restoration. Neighborhoods on bell have been up since Sunday. #switching
