Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario@Rogers your stupid crappy Internet service just went down again for the fifth time in the last several days. It’s going to be a real horse race to see who is worse between you or Bell. I guess it’s not really a fair competition since you’re both rotten.
-
BJRP (@BaoDeQiang) reported from Norfolk County, OntarioI love how @rogers has no compunction about billing customers when their service is spotty, ******, or just inexplicably down. Oh, it’s a holiday? Irrelevant. Do your bloody job. Charge obscenely for crap service, the absolute minimum you could do is deliver what you promise.
-
BJRP (@BaoDeQiang) reported from Norfolk County, OntarioDay three of crap service from @Rogers I will let you guess how much effort they have made to solve the problem and/or ameliorate my frustration. (We know there will be zero compensation.) Hint: it rhymes with zero and starts with Z, & yet really feels like ***.

Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

Charlii (@Charlii_aBB) reported@RogersHelps Yes but would like confirmation that the SIM card issue is affecting many. Based on other reports I would say yes.
-
throw_away (@throw_away27) reported@Canucks @Rogers Rigged wtf
-
Kats (@TheNutterDrawer) reported@RogersHelps No I’m not waiting on hold when I’ve waited for 2 hours and both people I spoke to had trouble even verifying the account. One told me they could only speak to the account holder, which I am. But they mispronounced my name and then thought I was a different person.
-
Darryl Narain (@DarrylNarain) reportedBetween @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.
-
J (@Jball1717) reported@Rogers ported 2 numbers in on a promotion and it’s been a nightmare since. Cant speak to anyone. Live agents can’t help. People transfer , hang up. Still haven’t gotten my numbers back I was promised I could keep. Should have stayed with Chatr!
-
Alison (🇨🇦) 🍉 🌻 (@ggreeneyes1975) reported@RogersHelps I did that on my first call that took almost 3hrs. Then it was escalated on Sunday and there was a case number. All I know is right now, I am not paying my bill until this is resolved. BTW I am a 25yr customer.
-
KEELOW (@1Keelow) reported@RogersHelps @miller5252 How about 8 days ? Going on over 192 hours of no service. Let me know what bot answer you have for me
-
Kats (@TheNutterDrawer) reported@RogersHelps Also, two different people answered and BOTH said they were not the “right” internet dept to help em. So after spending over 2 hours on hold I have to wait to be transferred a THIRD TIME. I don’t have another hour to waste on this BS.
-
Bridgeland YYC (@BridgelandYYC) reported@RogersHelps The last mile is provided by Rogers, and upstream power levels are too high. Time to take responsibility, and stop passing the buck. What is the Rogers SLA? One 9? Outages are far too frequent, connection is down now for 40 min, no WFH. Time to repair the infrastructure?

Vernon RJ Schmid🇨🇦 (@Vernon_ESQ) reportedUmmm… @Rogers and @RogersHelps: If customer is on hold for more than TWO HOURS and THEN your system says "Too many on hold…" and ends call, the least you could do is set up a call-back service. [Expletive deleted.]!!!😡 #CustomerServiceIdiocy #RogersHangUps #RogersHangsUp
