    @RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Use of the term "intermittent" is not a good description of the service I had today. I had NO service ALL DAY.

    @RogersHelps can you please fix the throughput for the NFL Network on Ignite TV GO? It seems to be the only channel that needs to buffer every few minutes, making shows on that channel unwatchable

    @RogersHelps - having issues with cable. I see the channel information and the guide, but the screen is black. I have rebooted twice, changed the hdmi cable and nothing. Any help greatly appreciated (You changed the cable box recently, so hopefully I do not have to do that again)
