@RogersHelps @RogersHelps Ottawa ignite TV not functioning. All channels freezing or going black (both Canadian and US networks). Used the ignite app to reboot. Didn’t fix it. Unplugged everything and replugged. Still not working. Internet not affected. Please fix! #ottnews #mybarrhaven

@RogersHelps I want to cancel a tech appt l I never scheduled! The Rep couldn’t cancel it and after 20 minutes on hold waiting for her to return I hung up. Now I get an email saying you charge $39 for the call! I DONT WANT THE CALL! I NEVER ASKED for THE CALL! Cancel it!
