    @RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

    So @rogers just got my bill after the outage. No discount. Bill is higher. Even after the outage my internet was out on and off for 3 days. Care to explain.

    @RogersHelps I called because I had my case escalated and a supervisor Named “Justin” was supposed to call me back with resolution on Tuesday. Today is Thursday. I1860996066. Rep I spoke to was Tom. So was calling to find out what’s going on.

    Hey @RogersHelps, my elderly parents in Rexdale are 30+ hours now with no phone, internet or cable. No one seems to be able to tell them when service will resume. How will you compensate them this time?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Just received my July bill. Thought you were proactively crediting Cx accounts? Not only was the amount that you promised extremely low, but now I have to spend my own time contacting Cx Care? Horrible service all around. Cc: @Bell I'm w/ you for internet
