    @RogersHelps @rogers Cable isn't working AGAIN! A tech came by 2 weeks ago and supposedly fixed it, but still a bit wonky. Now it's a blank screen again. 📺 Why is this happening every weekend in the new year? I see so many other customers with various issues too!😡😭#RogersCable

    @RogersHelps can you please fix the throughput for the NFL Network on Ignite TV GO? It seems to be the only channel that needs to buffer every few minutes, making shows on that channel unwatchable

    @RogersHelps I have called and made several requests to have the service fixed. I am in Oshawa and when it gets cold outside below zero it immediately causes my services to drop, im on ignite. Everything drops frequently and comes back on sometimes it’s a few seconds, other time
