    @RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

    @Rogers Rogers you need to be more proactive with your updates. This is way to long of an outage. A canada wide outage deserves a better explanation of the issue other than "we're working on it" im in BC #rogersoutage
