    @RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

    @RogersHelps It has started buffering once again. This app is an absolute hot garbage. You need to ask Netflix or Amazon how they make their streaming effortless.

    @RogersHelps i never got the box nor would i even want one to begin with. The only thing i wanted was internet and the only thing i got was internet. Where did this magical box come from? i talked to your live support and they dont help. Now im on the phone waiting and its been 47 minutes.
