@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@Rogers called tech service to detail intermittent TV. Gave number for call back as was 1.5 h wait and then was told remain on hold. Seems automated service support is intermittent as well.

At $3500 a year for 2 phones line and 1 internet line and possibly the worst customer service on the planet, @Rogers needs to step up generously yo make this latest fiasco right.

@RogersHelps Your ignite TV service in Whitby is still glitchy. Channels are slow to start, screen freezes and audio cuts out. Same thing if I try to watch ignite thru the internet on my iPad.
