    @RogersHelps been trying to reach your tech support in regards to a move of services. Been on hold for over 30 mins and one agent after picking up the call didn’t respond back. Simply hung up to be put in queue again. What kind of service is this!

    Hey @Rogers Please consider providing your customer service representatives with training. I shouldn’t have to call continuously for 3 weeks to finally talk to someone that can do their job. Let alone CRY to have someone finally listen to me, which is embarrassing to admit

    @RogersHelps When will service be resolved in Ottawa. Good thing I have Bell cellular. We pay dearly for service, yet outages happen all the time.
