@RogersHelps have you guys ever actually solved a problem without making customers furious ? Our entire community has been experiencing intermittent outrages for years and each time you try to say it's our devices. Entire community means area issue.

@RogersHelps y'all wanna fix our internet or nah because @cjriot and I had this problem for a month, we were told that someone was coming to fix this issue yesterday and no one showed up... If this is the promise you keep to customers, I'm disgusted.
