@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps What is the status for Orleans, Ontario (Voyageur Drive)? Still down after 36 hours. Your call centre and online chat line are nice enough to not respond and hang up. Unacceptable.

@rogers @CTVCalgary Cell service is still intermittent, I have had my friends call me on rogers and telus and only one call today came into rogers and 9 now in the other provider. MSGs UC2, H2H and Busy, sometimes answering service. texting works. 47.5 hours of failures now

@RogersHelps When you say “yesterday’s” service interruptions, does that mean you’re not even bothering to fix the services that people aren’t receiving today?? Because for me, this is very much still a problem TODAY.
