From @RogersHelps in case anyone else in Richmond Hill is stuck with no internet: There's currently a service interruption in your area. We are working on a fix but there is no estimated time of resolution at this time.

Dear @RogersHelps here's an idea. You know all about your customers. Instead of forcing us (your paying users) to figure out when there is an outage - how about setting up an auto-system that informs us of problems/service interruptions to our services. We shouldn't have to...

@Rogers We have been long time customers since 2004. We moved to our new home in December 2020 and have been waiting for #newFiberOptics to be blown to our place. Technicians have come a number of times to make “quick fixes” but nope it doesn’t help. Now we have (1/3)
