@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@Rogers When I reached out to support to explain the situation I was essentially told 'too bad'. You've been my cell provider for 17 years and you wouldn't help me out given the circumstances? It's cold. Soon as my phone is paid off I'm switching to Shaw, nuts to this.

How can there be ANOTHER @Rogers outage in Toronto? Pushing ten hours now. Phoned and rep told me “we don’t know what caused it and we don’t have an ETA of when it’ll be fixed”. Appreciate her honesty but not really acceptable so soon after the last one @RogersHelps
