@RogersHelps "Intermittent service interruption" is dishonest. It's continuous. Is there any truth to the claims that a security exploit has caused this outage?

Sure hope I didn't get the call for my vaccination today because thanks to @Rogers I've not had any cell service all day. It would be great if Canadian consumers had more than 3 telecom companies to choose from. #rogersoutage #rogersdown #BreakUpTheMonopoly

@RogersHelps Crazy 17 hours later - no explanation nor any eta on resolution. Even a broad range would help me know when to pivot to another solution - we are remote so rely entirely on Rogers wireless services, we run a business out of our home. 4 students, 2 execs wfh - all down!

@PaulChato @RogersHelps Also, as we get more and more digital problems like these will increase in frequency. Imagine a cyber attack that takes out every single cell provider or the entire internet grid in Canada at once? That sort of thing is a possibility and its important to have a backup plan.
