    @Rogers Every member of our household relies on your services and you are unreliable. people’s livelihoods suffer because of this but no real change is happening. Let your bosses know that this **** is getting out of hand and you’re very close to losing MANY MORE well paying customers.

    Is @Rogers shut down today or something? Why am I on hold for hours and STILL WAITING? The automated helper on the website keeps telling me I need to speak to an agent, where can I find one because I'm now billing for my time on hold. This is RIDICULOUS.

    @Rogers @JaayPersaud Everyone here is complaining because they are not having problems with the services, the sky high prices, the lack of customer support. To try and get customer service you have to get up at 6am and book the day off work because you will be transferred at least 4 times.

    @Rogers The current CEO was CFO earlier. He proceeded to stab the then CEO in the back (figuratively) when a family member offered him the CEO role for doing so. And, then the outage. How can we ever trust Rogers at all. Please stay away from any of their promotions
