    .@RogersHelps. I have had the most infuriating time trying to reach you to open a new business internet acct. Last week spent 48 minutes being bounced around to 6-7 different reps and nobody could help me. Best I could get was a price and a suggestion to go on the website. (1/)

    @RogersHelps I've been trying to solve a billing problem for more than a month now. Spent countless hours in 4 different calls, being transferred randomly in every call and not having my problem solved. What else can I do? I'm new to Rogers and couldn't be more frustrated!

    @Rogers so im moved to a new place on the 29th of august. I called rogers a month earlier to let them know about the move because i work from home and i cant afford any down time. Anyway, the agent didnt book me a technician to set the internet up and i didnt know i needed one
