Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • paul_marinis Paul Marinis (@paul_marinis) reported

Hey @RogersHelps, when is the issue with tv and audio cutting out going to be fixed for Ignite? Ignite has been unwatchable since the service came back up.

  • vivekrawat2000 Vivek Rawat (@vivekrawat2000) reported

@RogersHelps is been 3 days. 12+ hours of waiting on call and live chat. Still no resolution. Is this the kind of service you stand for?

  • chrisstoneburg Chris Stoneburg (@chrisstoneburg) reported from Leamington, Ontario

Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

  • Kushal_Geesawor Kushal Geesawor (@Kushal_Geesawor) reported

Just switched to @Bell. Friday was awful with @Rogers and my LTE access still doesn't work...

  • NirvanaBliss Josh (@NirvanaBliss) reported

@RogersHelps Will I be reimbursed for the day's work I lost? I work from home and lost a day's pay. Your auto credit will be a fraction of the damage caused, especially considering how much you already gouge customers.

  • TheGospelOfChad Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps You just sent me a message about a service interruption in my area. Again? So is this going to be a weekly thing from now on? Way to incentivize me into switching to Bell.

  • Ms_Schif Ingrid Schifer (@Ms_Schif) reported

I hope @rogers will hold themselves accountable for any tragedies that could have been avoided had their outage not impacted 911.

  • JaysgoBlue99 Ace Manoah♠️ (@JaysgoBlue99) reported

@KathieC094 @RogersHelps I don’t want to jinx it quite yet but so far what I’m watching off my PVR right now hasn’t had any issues and everything seems completely back to normal 🤞🏻

  • tonezofhome newmusicfridad (@tonezofhome) reported

In the last 24 hours since getting home doing reg *** **** like playing video games, watching TV, streaming tiktok been losing internet both data and on my ignite. @Rogers wants to email us from the cfo saying it is fixed. But is it tho?

  • pnomolos Phil Schalm (@pnomolos) reported

Based on recent personal interactions with @TELUSsupport and @Bell_Support and the @Rogers “incident” I feel like the only thing necessary for a startup teleco to succeed in Canada is funding and to not be grossly incompetent - they could be OK even with average incompetence!
