Karl (@KennedyKreep) reported@RogersHelps So let me get this straight? You’re telling me to pay the exorbitant fees until a better fee comes along? If it ever does?? yet if I cancel, come back say a year later I can save big-time money? What kind of retention is that?

Raed Hamdan (@raedmm82) reported@RogersHelps Option 1: Rogers corrects the billing error and charges me only the amount that was stated in the original offer and agreement. Option 2: Rogers refunds the incorrect charges, including the connection fee. I will then cancel the service and switch to a different service provider.

Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reportedAt, that's it. Have been online either through dial-up @1200 bps through 100 Mbps, giving up on a home connection. @Rogers won't replace the line they say needs replacing and they run so much interference, Teksavvy doesn't even work. Off to cancel @rogers cell.
