@RogersHelps Hi, the picture was going the same as Todd's screenshot was as I was watching the Montreal game last night, hopefully it will be resolved by the Saturday night hockey game. I went on X to see if anyone else was having the same issues.

@FidoSolutions When I spoke to you rep on the phone he did not care about the price raise and when I said I was going to cancel he did not try to keep me. A company that has no respect for loyalty and paying every month on time does not deserve my business. @FreedomMobile offered me a great deal when I was leaving them years back, but I still said no cause the data was trash in some areas. @Rogers raised the price randomly on me several times, left them cause why pay $55 a month for something when you can get the same thing for $25 a month.

@RogersHelps It’s almost impossible to get through to wireless tech support. Twitter is much more responsive. I guess I will have to switch to Starlink - too bad. Rogers was great for a while

@Rogers even if I have an active Asia roaming pass still not able to make and receive calls. Not even customer care. Also no data . Your chat support is pathetic.

@Rogers cannot be serious... how can the automated call system end the call because you're experiencing a high call volume and instruct me to call back later???????? Y'all need to hit me back asap, what type of service is this? If this isn't dealt with my EOD I'm out

@RogersHelps It’s fine to empower your customers, but it’s extremely poor Customer Service when they cannot reach anyone on the phone without being on hold for an hour. There is no excuse for that. We are paying very high prices for the services you provide in Canada.

@RogersHelps been on hold to reach technical support for over two hours. What's going on?! It's been several months like this. How is one supposed to get help?!!

@dhewlett @Rogers @RogersHelps is the official support account. Customer service can be a nightmare. CCTS complaint is always another option.

@RogersHelps after your Cyberpolygon exercise participation service outage in 2022 (we know the truth), it is best for Canadians to have internet & phone through different carriers.
