    @RogersHelps So service is out again after a 24 hour outage yesterday. Time to switch to Bell as this service is way too unrealiable.

    What is happening to @Rogers been on hold now for 1hr 29mins for technical support to respond to my home internet down. Same thing happened yday and after 1hr 43mins the line suddenly went dead. @Rogers
