@RogersHelps I understand things happen but the way this was handled was pathetic. How does such a large organization not know the basics of good customer service? I suppose it's the result of a oligopoly here in Canada. Customer service just not a priority.

@RogersHelps Still Down at Newmarket. Have to use my hotspot so my computer can go online, thank god my phone service is not with rogers. Do not put all your eggs in one basket.

@THEREELBROW @RogersHelps We need a "get out of jail free" card from Rogers. It was and still is a nightmare of an issue.They were probably playing monopoly when it was down all day yesterday.21 hours before getting internet back.That is WAY too long especially for those with emergencies or health issues
