    @RogersHelps If their is a service outage, why don't you send out a notification? Alternatively, Rogers can also post an outage notification on their website. Either way, this saves clients from contact Rogers which can be time consuming.

    @Rogers …. Another evening of services down….looking at the tracker this is happening every 3 weeks. Not Canada’s most reliable service … and no compensation to customers.

    @RogersHelps its not once its not twice..it has happened many times..representatives you employ..dont even care to note down details of calls..that have been wasting our time for 1.30hrs..i have all the eveidence..but just because your agent doesnt put notes..its damn waste of time..

    @Rogers @PatForanCTVNews DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ROGERS INTERNET!! So I am a long time Rogers wireless customer (15+ years). I just added home internet and ignite TV to my services. I'm supposed to be charged $95 a month and I'm also supposed to get a one time credit of $100.

    Anyone on @Rogers device care? Cancel it. After a cracked screen and case, when the battery began to fail I called them for the promised replacement. But they will only repair, if I pay another $129. For ~$100 in parts. After paying $16/mo since 2019. FU @RogersHelps #whatascam
