    @RogersHelps I am out of the country right now and had to ask someone to tether to find out what is going on since even support lines are dropping their calls. No issues when looking for your money, what will we get to make up for this insanely inconvenient disruption in service we pay for.

    @RogersHelps You do understand that if someone had a 911 emergency they would be definitely dead by now right? How many hours is acceptable for a failure like this? How is it possible a fail like this can exist in 2021? Where are the redundant systems??

    @Rogers I am in North York - Bathurst and Patricia Ave and I still do not have phone service!!!!!!! Time now is 11:32 a.m. @RogersHelps I know ur working on it but I want a refund for the day or however long it takes you to get the service back on line. This is ridiculous!
