    @GunterNine @RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST Then use the billions of dollars to upgrade in my case they say my neighborhood node is congested but are doing little to fix it. What do they care as long as the money rolls in. It's criminal they charge full price when they know there is an issue

    @Rogers how many times should I call your customer service. Internet has not been working since yesterday. Your tech closes the ticket without even calling me while I keep being charged & lose my work on the other hand. What kind of unethical practice is this? #UNETHICAL #Rogers

    @RogersHelps Tech went to the wrong adrs and now they won't send one here. I'm on phone /w tech who is again "testing" things to find issue. So far he can't see one & reassures me it's not an issue of belief...Guess we'll see what he concludes. No tech unless they find an issue apparently. 🙃

    @RogersHelps Yes I have, there are many complaints about an outage in this area on other social media. I'm currently using my data on my cell to keep informed of the issue....
