So this is very shocking and surprising of the turnaround time for the new phone I was quoted was 1 to 2 weeks. Shocked it arrived TODAY!!!!! WOW @Rogers and @RogersHelps have REALLY cleaned up there customer service act.

Much irony that the only app on my phone — on a @Rogers plan — which consistently experiences “errors” (i.e. doesn’t work) is the MyRogers app. Have had to login via desktop for a month or two now…
