@RogersHelps internet is down for the second time this month. What a going on? Why am I paying so much for unreliable services?

@RogersHelps It's the same R&D that develops those. If I know that some car is poorly designed and implemented, why would I buy another model from the same company? Especially now that I know it returns even more garbage in search results with entries from YouTube, etc.

Anyone ever get hit with a ridiculous overage charge without any notification that they were getting close to their limit? I was charged 352$ with 128GB of overages. Going to cancel every service I have with them.Who do you use in Ontario? @RogersHelps Bye!

At this time I have no service. I am disconnected from my previous provider and not connected with @Rogers either. I came home after an hour and called my previous providers customer service. The agent told me to get my services with @Rogers activated to port my number back.

@thekayls @RogersHelps Just brutal. I'm sorry it's such a pain in the ***. You're right though, doesn't matter who you go with, doesn't seem like anyone ever really WANTS to help.

@Rogers any plans to update the Sweets Corner tower? Rural service was great and in the past month unuseable in the evenings.... I left explorenet for the same issue.

@RogersHelps I hope you're planning on giving credits to the people affected by this outage issue. We lost everything last night. Came back for a bit. Today we have internet but no tv! For hours now. Do better!

@RogersHelps From what I was told, our tv is working again. Shout out to the techs for that! :) Now, as for our billing. I get that things happen but we pay Rogers for a service & when we don't get that service (eg TV), we should be credited. Even if it's just 1 days worth of downtime.
