@Rogers 2 hours 20 minutes on hold. If you didn't have the fastest internet service in my area I would sooooo be done with you forever. You are really lucky you have a monopoly. The country-wide outage you had this year is proof of the fact that you are mismanaged.

@Rogers After waiting 60 minutes for a representative to politely ask to change my internet service plan, and was accidentally hung up on, I have now been on hold for over 2 hours on your phone line, I had to plug in the charger because its playing your elevator music this whole time..

@Rogers Charging me almost 40$ a month extra is enough of an insult but what bothered me the most is your customer service, as I spent more than 60 minutes awaiting a polite request online to simply change my service plan to the 2.5 Gbps version which I could provide screenshots of /4

@Rogers @Rogers its been more than 4 hours now could you just have someone that you pay 10 cents an hour to because you're a piece of **** company, answer my phone call and change the check mark on my account service from 500mpbs to 2.5gbps? Sincerely, long time customer with **** to do.
