@Rogers Now I know they have better plans on the top shelf. I've been their customer for decades and "pay more" is the best they can do. So I guess I'm asking any mutuals in toronto, whats your plan? who are you with? Bell? Telus? Fido? Koodo? etc?

  • DChavez008 Xioma (@DChavez008) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers fix your ****. I have no cable and internet!!

  • joshsflickr Joshua D (@joshsflickr) reported

@RogersHelps Update. When actually cancelling the rep offered $1 less than Bell for still worse service (500mbps vs bell's gigabit). Too little too late. If you have the worse product don't mess with your customers.

  • YT_Blinjaz bruh (@YT_Blinjaz) reported

@RogersHelps literally no point in trying, ive contacted support 5 times for this and they say theyll send someone and only 1 time did someone come but the technicians have no idea what theyre doing and cant solve anything

  • maggiecassella maggie cassella (@maggiecassella) reported

@RogersHelps I’ve already done that and you all admitted the outage then left it to me to sit on a hold for credit. Who has that kind of time?

  • parmindergill Parminder Gill (@parmindergill) reported

@RogersHelps I finally got a hold of a customer service agent and he just transferred my call without getting my permission frome. I was on hold for 2+ hours and I suspect it will be another hour before I can talk to someone. Your customer service is some of the worst ever!

  • Verlaxify Verlaxify (@Verlaxify) reported

@DevDesigns_ @Rogers Internet companies anymore really don't care about anyone as long as they get their money at the end of the day. Trust me I had perfect internet about 3 months ago until it started going to **** and I have to upgrade to another plan because of it.

  • sgoring32 🇨🇦Sheila🇨🇦 (@sgoring32) reported

@rogers on hold for 1 hour 37 min to get the errors corrected on my account that your representative made.

  • DallasStarFan72 Dallas Fan 72 (@DallasStarFan72) reported

@Sportsnet @Rogers Your sportsnet now service absolutely sucks! You have ruined a great service that NHL Live was since you taken it over. Not being able to select the broadcast of the team you want to watch is complete B.S. You should be showing the home teams broadcasters.

  • maggiecassella maggie cassella (@maggiecassella) reported

@Rogers still hasn’t credited me for a month of horrible phone service due to a damaged cel tower on my area. Once again we have to waste time doing work for issues they caused. @CRTCeng why do you let the oligopolies continue to fleece us?
