    @Rogers crazy that when I call the help line to speak with a real person the message you get is too busy and then your help line hangs up on me. INSANE behavior for a help line & a company whose motto is “with you all the way”. I guess not eh?

    I've just been told by @Rogers that their customer care people can't assist me after I was transferred to them by their Tech Support people who I reported a problem to. Customer service does not exist for Rogers' customers. This is disgraceful.

    Just had time to digest the HNIC cancellation news. Seriously, **** @Rogers and their corporate greed. They effectively just cancelled a Canadian cultural tradition without even a goodbye.
