    @RogersHelps we upgraded from regular to ignite internet and our service got worse LMAO How am I supposed to get work done or hang out with friends if I’m lagging and disconnecting every 2 seconds :) Anytime I try talking to a rep they say it’s “fine” but it’s def not fine!!!

    Kudos to @Rogers for their “Pro on the go” option! Had some awesome service yesterday with my phone delivery. Set everything up to make sure everything worked. Way better then going to a busy n loud mall. #iphone #rogers

    @RogersHelps Was told wrong information by one customer service member, then another customer service member sent a cheque to the wrong address. All in all will be waiting about three months for a refund. Very disappointed and don’t know who to speak with.

    @RogersHelps can you please let us know when service (internet) is up and running in Brampton and surrounding areas by tweeting? It’s exhausting waiting. It’s been out since 8 am today and I have missed at a least half day of work.

    I can't believe how horrible a company @Shawhelp has become since @Rogers took over. They have totally destroyed their business relationship with me. I guess loyalty means mouthing to these companies. Hopefully @TELUS can do better.
