@RogersHelps At this point its actually sad its taken this long to get service up with reports from outages since last night. 13 years out the door now. Will be looking for a new provider after work

@CoreyDixon33 @RogersHelps They never give compensation, even if you call ask them once service is restored. “We apologize for the inconvenience” is all they ever say but have no issue sending a text “remember to give us your money” 1 week before payment is even due.

@RogersHelps Will the outage be fixed today? If there’s a possibility this might continue past today, please communicate this instead of your scripted apologies so we can make other arrangements. I work with mentally disabled people who rely on scheduled calls. This is not good for them.

@RogersHelps The amount of money robers rob from people this is unacceptable...one of the highest payed service in the world but the service is garbage... and telus and bell aint any better they are crooks as well.

@rogers it sucks having no cell service for 15 plus hours. well if you need a way to call or txt, you can use a txt app as long as you are on wifi. it allows you to create a phone number to call and txt in times like this. again its used ON WIFI
