@Rogers I later had @TELUS come install a service and they were able to repurpose existing outlets to avoid drilling holes in the side of my house. It would have been appreciated if Rogers had contemplated that idea first.

@Rogers ridiculous internet "service" when it doesn't even work half of the time. I called in and was advised I'd have to pay $600 in cancelation fees and the best they can do is provide $3 credit for service outage #unacceptable

@tearexmama @RogersHelps That is weird. I would check with them because it sounds like an issue on their end.

@Rogers Is there a cell phone outage in Alberta? I can't call out. I just keep getting "we cannot complete your call as dialled" for any number, including voicemail.

@RogersHelps Im not going to bother anymore... tried so many times. Told you to call me and asked to get it it fixed. Over two years now. If you wanted to have good reviews and recommendations for your service, you would have made an effort to correct it by now. IT JUST NEEDS A UNIT REPLACED!

@Rogers Imagine $900 repeatedly dumped into the classroom 'phone box' every day. Or you having to go down to the school, to get it back.

@Rogers @RogersHelps how come every time you send me an email about how you’re making improvements and going to be better, my internet goes down within a day or so. The irony is palatable. #EtobicokeDownAgain

@RogersHelps my husband was charged 22.40 in long distance charges. 3 phone calls and almost 2 hours of my life and still on his account. Patience is wearing thin. 72 hours, 72 hours…yet never gets taken off.

@CapitalJen77 @BellMediaPR @Rogers While I think this was a poor decision, I have to say that executives do have business "interfering" in how their products and services are delivered... It's what they are paid to do.
