@RogersHelps Are you aware that the TV service still sucks?

  • LindaSommervill Linda Davidson (@LindaSommervill) reported

@Vampayakarin @RogersHelps I’m still dealing with wifi/internet/cellular issues. My husband and I just upgraded to iPhone 13’s last weekend so now we are stuck with Rogers for another 2 years or else buy out our new phones. Not happy Rogers. Not happy at all.

  • surelysee SurelySee (@surelysee) reported

@RogersHelps Still no ignite service here. Pushing on 48 hours !! #rogersoutage #rogersdown

  • all4it Hi Flyer (@all4it) reported

Is anyone else having issues with @RogersHelps, I continue to have ignite tv issues and no body at #rogers willing to help

  • notsmoothsteve Not Influencer Steve (@notsmoothsteve) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Given that my Internet connection is STILL down, 38+ hours into your outage, your message seems overly positive. Maybe wait until you've actually fixed everything before declaring victory? #fail #rogersoutage

  • whitemand Debadebadoo (@whitemand) reported

@RogersHelps Cell and Internet are back ok BUT Ignite TV is unwatchable cuts out every 20 secs in Mississauga #Rogers #rogersoutage #outage

  • ravenlit Kristoffer Law (@ravenlit) reported

So, what's @Rogers plan to recompense those who are NOT @Rogers customers, but who were also drastically impacted by yesterday's avoidable outage? Do we need to file a class action lawsuit? Maybe that's the only way to effect REAL change. #rogersoutage #rogersoutrage

  • Nacho__Bizniz Nacho_Bizniz (@Nacho__Bizniz) reported

@Davinci3144 @cbcnewsbc @Rogers Apology be damned. Ask for a refund for any time without service and an address to send claims for parking tickets, overdue charges on household bills, etc.

  • WCoaster77 WCoaster (@WCoaster77) reported

@LurphyOG @thevivafrei @Rogers The impact of the outage is due to consolidation of providers. More providers, more dilution of users, less impact of disruptions. Honestly, this isn't worth wasting time discussing. System design 101, Evolutionary Biology 101, Supply Chain Logistics 101. #Basic Are you trolling?

  • LarryHoffberg Larry Hoffberg 🇺🇦 (@LarryHoffberg) reported

@Rogers we’re in L6T in Brampton. Service returned around midnight; however around 5p we lost Ignite TV. Phones, Internet seem OK, just the Ignite is currently down.
