WTG @Rogers we've had your forced upon us Ignite system not even 2 weeks and not only do we not have wifi now, we can't even watch our regular tv because of your area wide outage. #RogersIgnite

  • EscapeIsAtHand1 MyName IsPrivate (@EscapeIsAtHand1) reported

Hey @BellAliant thanks for not bothering to show up for my installation appointment today. And thanks for not bothering to call. Terrible #CustomerService. There’s always @rogers I guess.

  • PasCPhoto Pascale Chenier (@PasCPhoto) reported

@RogersHelps Internet in M5A 2N8 area down since 7pm. Confirmed outage range with multiple neighbors in area. We've called but your response is individual service calls. It's a generalized problem, modems are not connecting to network. Like the 18h outage on March 17. FIX IT!!

  • TrevorSScott Trevor Scott (@TrevorSScott) reported from Lorne Park, Ontario

@RogersHelps your customer support is horrible. Spent parts of 2 days on hold & bouncing between depts & received zero answer, promised someone would call back - no one did Called today & was told I could get equipment myself only to be told I can’t because I am a customer

  • PasCPhoto Pascale Chenier (@PasCPhoto) reported

@RogersHelps Everyone has reached out. The 2 on Rogers have service calls booked, just like the other 3 on Rogers. Entering our 5th hour without internet. Same exact thing happened on March 17th, which was just 3 weeks ago. We want and deserve answers!

  • RickFils Rick Filsinger (@RickFils) reported

@RogersHelps there is a service interruption in Waterloo, westvale area. Internet is down.

  • Tjierra #PrayforthePlanet (@Tjierra) reported

@aboyko62 @RogersHelps We haven't even had it 2 weeks and already. The whole area is down. At least before you used to be able to watch your tv if the internet was down, now you don't have anything. Useless system

  • Sekhonjatt1412 Supreet Singh Sekhon (@Sekhonjatt1412) reported

@RogersHelps 2 days and still unable to fix an issue. You really need to invest in good technical support. How much more time do you need? #Rogers #rogersdown #rogersinternet

  • fiberops_ mjk (@fiberops_) reported

@RogersHelps congrats on having the worst internet in Canada. Connectivity issues all afternoon. Yes I have rebooted the modem. I am sure you haven't received "reports" as it seems Rogers doesn't monitor its service quality. Don't say sorry as you aren't fixing it.

@RogersHelps Is an account reset the same as sending a signal boost to all boxes?
