    @Rogers I returned all my equipment after shutting down my home monitoring service. Still getting charged $445.21 for unreturned equipment. Any idea when you are reverting those charges. Account number is 761045731. Case number C169000706 already created.

    @RogersHelps Would like to lodge a complaint .. being serviced from Newmarket ON ... please when you are updating cable boxes, can you run the updates in the wee hours, not right at midnight ... that's 7 minutes missed viewing .. happens regularly, why not at 3am?

    .@RogersHelps after two months of trying to cancel a fraudulent account for a 98 YO SENIOR - which you acknowledge is not hers - you are sending notices to pay. Not waiting ANOTHER hour on hold. Cancel it immediately. Next call is to a lawyer. Sending you the bill.
