@RogersHelps I just wanted to know why it looks like that. Do you have a problem on your end?

  • Lamchop99 Lisa Murphy still #KimBitLisa (@Lamchop99) reported

@RogersHelps hello…I thought I wouldn’t have to ask for help…but switched to Ignite…there seems to be a lag between audio and video !!!!!

  • _zombieoverlord Zombie Overlord (@_zombieoverlord) reported

I love that @RogersHelps just randomly sends you a threatening email saying something is wrong with one of your devices & that they will terminate your service if you don't fix it, YET THEY CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT IT IS!! So how do I know if it's fixed since all my scans are clean!

  • BigGaySaul1 Flanagan's Dogma (@BigGaySaul1) reported

Just learned that if I go over my data on my cell there are no overage charges, the data is just slightly slower. Had this been explained to me over a year ago I would've canceled my terrible home internet. $1200+ down the drain. Thanks, @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps kindly train agents how to help customers instead messing with their accounts. Thus is now 2nd time in last 1 year. @Rogers

@_zombieoverlord @RogersHelps I mean I never have issues with them but I had plenty with bell and Rogers in my time

  • BigGaySaul1 Flanagan's Dogma (@BigGaySaul1) reported

@RogersHelps How about my money back for the internet. The signal isn't even good. The slow overage data on my phone is far superior to what I've been dealing with. Oh, and it's Rogers internet too. You guys basically double-dipped on me for over 12 months.

  • ambitiousthelab AE (@ambitiousthelab) reported

@Rogers ordered Rogers internet. Was told only soft inquiry no hard credit check. Well got a hard credit check and a drop in my score. VERY Shady. I’d like to cancel my order ASAP.

@RogersHelps Remarkably complex and complicated customer service. It’s really hard to feel respected as a customer.

@Rogers @CityNews Likes to use bully tactics by cutting services with no warning and then hold your services hostage by telling you that if you do not pay you will not get your service back and then after you pay they charge $35.00 to reactivate it, then 4 hours later email me
