I can sustain a solid download but your upload is abysmal? It was PERFECTLY fine for two hours this morning and now we're back to inconsistent + drops. @RogersHelps sent out a tech and it made the problems worse, and now they're waiting me out by saying its a router problem.

Look I’m not one to complain, but I am extremely upset with @Rogers service right now. I have wasted hours of my time today with support waiting and being hung up on for issues that they caused and I have been without internet for hours because of it. This is insane!

@RogersHelps I committed to a 1 year contract at a set price in July 2020.. Since then my bill has never reflected the price I agreed to in the terms. I have tried to rectify this with customer service, but no has solved my issue. I continue to be over charged. #terribleservice

@Rogers I haven't watched TV for a bit and imagine my amazement when I turned on Breakfast Television in Van and I saw these 3 really obnoxious hosts. From Toronto. And then find out that @BTVancouver was asked. WTF? Well you're going to lose a lot of viewers.
