Would be good to get some help from #Rogers. @Rogers Can't reach anyone, wait and wait to chat, then they close the chat. Product promised for delivery last week, no sign of it.

@RogersBiz I have tried doing everything to get my issue resolved and this is the only they came up. Can you even understand the pain of a person who is put on hold for an hour by your customer service?

Well after 38 years it's time to bail on my @Rogers services. Completely over priced, poor customer service and quality of internet is awful. Did I mention I have been on hold forever to cancel these said services? 😐 #done

@NunoMAguiar @gmbutts @Rogers No, that's not what I said. I agree with you that we pay far too much for telecom. What I had an issue with was inviting US companies into CAN. I would prefer to deal with the issue via bills in parliament.

Though I haven't used @TELUS since the early ClearNET days, as a @Rogers customer, I feel your pain, folks. Don't forget to call in tomorrow to haggle for a retention reward (don't take their unsolicited offer).

@RogersHelps having issues with my set too box using Ignite TV. I have two TVs. One tends to experience intermittent issues with Netflix only. I get “ you are entering a third party app” then it reverts back to cable tv. It isn’t a Netflix issue because on TV works. Can you help
