Stores don't help, I connect support chat, but they don't take any action, I can't reach them by phone. What a terrible service this is

Kett (@Kett4short) reported@dogfishent @RogersHelps Bell is the worst for creeping rate hikes. Wasted 1 1/2 hours on a loyalty & retention call. Tactic is to stall with ridiculous hold times only to then dangle a $15 discount for which they need approval & put you on hold again. They never came back & now I am leaving after 20 yrs

I got a bill already lol for a service I havnt even used yet. Apparently it’s Roger’s practice to bill from order date.
