    @Rogers Great and now I will have absolutely no service in my house now due to that. The faster the internet speeds the less the tower coverage and it lessons the range of the tower. Not Awesome news at all😭😭😭😭

    @RogersHelps I just waited on hold for 1hr40 min for the resolution dept??? And guess what…the call dropped. How ironic because I am cancelling my contract for NON-SERVICE

    @ThePuRRRBlog @RogersHelps Our service is generally unstable as well but today was ridiculous. It seems to be working for the last hour which is a vast improvement from this morning

    @RogersHelps . Today is Wednesday and it is day 3 in a row of crummy unreliable internet service at Avenue and Lawrence in North Toronto. Why can your system not handle cold Canadian winters? Please don’t tell me to reboot again. I know the drill. Just fix it!!!

    OMG. After being ON HOLD for an HOUR w/ Rogers, dude said he couldn’t help me but would transfer me to the correct dept that could…only to be told they’re closed & hung up on me!! I’m trying to deal with an error THEY made. Just been a nightmare since I switched. @RogersHelps
