@Rogers Great and now I will have absolutely no service in my house now due to that. The faster the internet speeds the less the tower coverage and it lessons the range of the tower. Not Awesome news at all😭😭😭😭

@RogersHelps Had an installation booked for today. Installer called to cancel & told us to reschedule, then proceeded to hang up on my husband after asking to speak to a boss. We are now ‘tentatively’ booked for next Friday. My husband works from home, so who’s paying his salary?

@Rogers tech isolated my home sporadic internet connectivity loss to “noise issue” at the main @Rogers box on the street - would be reported to maintenance but it’s not considered a priority - really? Teaching from home, a reliable network connection is imperative! Pathetic!
