    @Rogers Great and now I will have absolutely no service in my house now due to that. The faster the internet speeds the less the tower coverage and it lessons the range of the tower. Not Awesome news at all😭😭😭😭

    @RogersHelps I get technical issues can happen but you clearly need more agents to support customers as well as looking at the IVR to determine why it keeps dropping calls. A technical issue can happen, but multiple times is not ok.

    I don’t think @rogers has customer service anymore. Waited 45 minutes on a call that disconnected. Waiting online - 2 hours at this point.
