@RogersHelps I want to be refunded for not just service down but also the huge negative impact its causing me financially and mentally. Couldnt get in touch with my elderly parents, had to drive to KW and stay with them.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers How stupid are you? The fact that you can’t even dial 911 for an emergency is not acceptable. The fact that it crippled interac and online banking transactions for small businesses is not acceptable. Give your head a shake

@MrAlexBethke @Rogers Oh, there is a push for CRTC inquiry on the 911 issue, as they would have broken a condition of license (or whatever it’s called for telecom). That part is likely a breach of the Telcom Act.

@_danielnieto @ruffoloj @Rogers Ditto. I was 'up' yesterday. It was effing expensive because my data isn't cheap on the backup, but I was up. But CRA was saying 2-factor not working and no interact meant my redundant system didn't keep me fully 'up.' The gov't has some 'splainin' to do.
