They only know what's going on when they need their money. They are becoming so expensive anyways and I think about time to switch. Its a shame that a company as big as @Rogers can't provide details on an outage. All I get is issue in the area!!

On airplanes passengers are told to put their phones in airplane mode because it will interfere with the pilot's equipment. This is never stated on land (in cars, buildings, etc) on boats, in trains, etc. No interference, only in the sky? Why? @AirCanada @RogersHelps
