Heather Woodyard 🇨🇦 (@puffingrrl_h) reported from Parham, OntarioWhy on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

robcampbellyyc (@robcampbellyyc) reported@RogersHelps The problem is, this is not a isolated incident, this happens constantly, and my Internet is giving me 20% of what it’s supposed to be in the way of speed. I had a technician at my home this morning who could not fix anything. But am I getting a discount on my service?

Catie (@Kevinhind6) reported@SnappingNeuron @alancross @Rogers For sure Third world customer service Their world transportation Third world health care wait time First world taxes
-
Gail Reeves Reid (@gareeves) reported@RogersHelps Is there a way I can get a callback? Waiting 20 minutes without speaking with someone is unacceptable especially when calling after hours? This is very poor customer service. If I go to a store they direct me back to technical support so it’s a never ending cycle. Rogers FAIL

Fuad A. (@BusinessMayne) reported@RogersHelps I spent 3 hours on the phone with Rogers tech-support only for nothing to be solved. They told me I have to wait until Monday for a work order to expire off my account. Ridiculous!

UntamedVoice (@UntamedVoice) reported@RogersHelps I spent 4+ hours on phone with multiple agents and customer service. There are no eligibility requirements. I’ve checked on my offers page after clicking the “get offer online”. I can see what offers are there. If this offer was there, I wouldn’t have called or posted here.

Lynne Pelser (@LynnePelser) reported@alancross @Rogers I think their consistently long waits and poor customer service, are intentional. That way, customers simply don’t call. @Rogers is a communication company. If they wanted to provide better service, they would.
