    Has anyone else had problems with their @RogersHelps cable today? I noticed it this morning when I went to watch @breakfasttv CITY-TV wasn't coming in at all. Got home from work, and it still isn't coming in as well as other stations - YTV, A&E, Much, and others.

    @RogersHelps Wow! All of the sudden my bill is $256 with charges I was never told about! BYOD for example? My bill should be not even half of what it is listed! Not agreed to any of that when I was offered diff plans. Was told only a slight increase if at all! #Rogers

    @TakeoffFox @RogersHelps Middle of the ocean and you are using satellite service from the cruise ship to get those texts and yes they are very steep charges as I have made the same mistake in the past. Hoping Rogers will cut you some slack.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have tried 3 times calling for assistance and each has been over an hour wait. How can a customer het help? Starting to wonder if I should have stayed with @RogersBiz

    @RogersHelps I switched to the 1.5 GB internet package and my modem started rebooting every 10 minutes. When I called TS they said there’s a known issue for users on this plan and ETR is 3-4 days.Can your CS reps avoid switching ppl if there’s a known issue with a days long wait?

    @Rogers You know what’s the MOST annoying advert on TV right now? “The Rogers wrapped and red event”. It’s not “catchy, it’s just plain annoying. And it’s on at least twice in every ad break. I won’t ever be a Rogers customer, just because of that 😡#rogers #advertisement

    @Rogers horrible customer service. 2-3 hours each day for 4 days straight was lied to multiple times told things were in stock when it was a 4 week wait. total bullshit i should take my business to
