@RogersHelps The basic idea of a mobile phone, that it doesn’t lose connection in emergencies. I would rather get a GSM or UMTS service rather than loosing everything. Or even partnership with other networks to get a minimum calling services in case of loosing yours! LTE is not enough!

@andywalker @Rogers Is it strange that the cell network was out too? Usually it’s one or the other.

@RogersHelps @Rogers We have no internet in Oshawa even though our modem shows we now should and we can’t call or live chat as you get booted saying it’s too busy. You should be providing an outage map with expected service return times

@RogersHelps Great! Looking forward to the $10 compensation for crippling my business yesterday. I've been a Rogers customer since they were Rogers AT&T more than a couple of decades ago. Maybe time for a change

@RogersHelps I’m now able to go online but there are certain websites (e.g. twitter, prime video, lowes canada, etc…) that I still can’t connect to. Am I alone in this or is everyone also experiencing this problem? Please look into this Rogers. PS: I’m sending this tweet using mobile data.

@shurmanator @RogersHelps I'm so glad I only have one service with them right now. I used to have everything bundled together... it would have been a very bad day yesterday for business!
