Every time I make a new residential agreement for @RogersHelps, they over charge me. I have to talk to customer service every couple of months to have them fix it and give me my money back. Over the last 3 months, they over charged me for a total of $80. WTF?

@Rogers I've signed up for the service for about a week and used it 3 or 4 times now and it has happened everytime. At first I chalked it up to server issues, they happen at times, but it did not rectify itself. I don't want to have to enter two sets of credentials every 15 minutes.

@Rogers what is wrong with your company and the poor customer service? I have a senior here who had her TV, phone and Internet not working since Dec 3rd. We got the TV wkg again but we've been on the phone for a total of 6 hours over 3 days trying to get her phone back.

Not impressed @RogersHelps we need our Internet to watch tv. Please get it up and running sooner then later. I don’t want to use my data when I can use wifi instead. The tower you installed should have fixed this issue. I hope I get some money back for services I’m not getting

@Rogers why do I have to wait 1 hour 42 minutes to get something resolved. Still waiting. Second night in a row that I'm hold for rogers. Last night the tech hung up on me. Got new service and there's a problem. But they can't figure it out... this stinks

@RogersHelps This problem is not yet resolved. I closed the account and was charged consecutively for late payment charges. Even called customer centre and they said it will be reversed and cheque sent out. No action! You should be able to access my account and contact via email or phone!

@Rogers Well I wish you were dedicated to infrastructure. I live 3 doors down a private road. Your service goes right by our road and I offered to pay to have the cable come down to my house and you decided no. Weird but true
