    Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

    Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps canceling someone subscription with out them knowing is the worst move ever. You take the payment everytime yet no one asked to cancel anything at all. Disgusting at all.

    @RogersHelps canceling my service since you cannot provide service or customer support. Been down all day and you don't seem to care. Internet is down every other week.

    @RogersHelps Service down since 3:45PM in Etobicoke. Need an ETA as I work from home and have strict deadlines to meet. Whoever was helping me in the DM's abandoned the conversation after the first message over half an hour ago.

    @RogersHelps so account doesn't actually help or let people know when there is an outage & how long it might take?! Been out for hours, missed an important run thru for event tomorrow, doubt we will be refunded for time lost, using up my phone data, luckily cell isn't w Rogers
