@RogersHelps I get it things happen but this was not acceptable! No clear updates were provided until the situation was “partially” resolved. You guys are so quick to demand payment and issue late payment fees yet we pay for services to be disrupted constantly! What does this credit look like

@birgitomo @Rogers I am furious that the companies we already have do not appear to have backup plans. More companies does not guarantee we will not have this problem again in the future... it would give us more choice, yes, but unless the companies have a backup plan, this will happen again.
