I’ve been with @Rogers for 15 yrs, now they tell I don’t have long distance calling and have never had a plan for it. That’s BS. Someone recommend a new provider.

@RogersHelps Worst company ever to deal with. They drop old tech without notice. Pay $150 To install new tech and pay more monthly or leave. Great customer service especially after this weeks performance.

@RogersHelps We have already been through this....... I get told it's on my end, you wash your hands of it and my internet is still terrible. I have had someone at my house, everything fine. Unless magic happens, it's time to part ways after 25 years.
