    @Rogers Just don't make a late payment. They cut my services off when I paid on the due date at a Rogers store with my debit card, and it took the bank 3 days to clear it. First "late" payment and I couldn't make a phone call except to 911 and Rogers. Haven't been back and never will be

    1st rep gave personal cell number and said don't call Rogers if it's not fixed. She tried calling and the number wasn't in service. I suspect it's a contactor that billed you for doing nothing. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers @YMCAGTA Canceled Roger's 5 years ago. Was a loyal cable, home phone and mobile customer for over 30 years Rogers is really horrible. Basically, like banks, an oligopy (protected by our government) and cares about their customers about as much as our govt cares about its citizens.

    @RogersHelps Hey, thanks so much for replying - @AppleSupport got in ahead of you and suggested a few things, and it looks like pulling SIM for a minute then putting it back in has worked. If the problem comes back, I’ll reach out for help.
