@RogersHelps I expect to see a credit applied on my next bill for this outage. As others mentioned, it's not intermittent and affects our livelihoods. Make it right, Rogers.

@RogersHelps @Rogers So are we getting some kind of compensation for this? Why is this taking so long to fix? Why are we paying for cell service that doesn’t work?

@RogersHelps It’s been almost 9 hours. Do you have news for myself or anyone else as to what happened and when to expect service back?

@Rogers locked out of all my text-based 2 factor authentication accounts on the day I took off to do my taxes. Really happy as a Rogers customer right now.

@RogersHelps I can’t even successfully port my number to a different carrier because of your “intermittent outage” because I can’t get texts from Rogers

@RogersHelps Now it is more than 6hrs into this outage with no mobile connection and also there is no timelin being provided. Does not feel rogers/fido is serious about their customers.

@bpryde @RogersHelps That's great to hear.... I on the other hand have lost count on how times I've been let down by rogers. The problem is they are just as bad as everyone else... but not informing your customers as to what's happening and how long it will be is very frustrating

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo So useless. You keep disconnecting with me when I try to contact an agent. You do provide a timeline or any details about this issue. You also put a message in the chat operator where it says that if I don't reply back to a bot, it will disconnect me from being to connect... WTF

@RogersHelps @Rogers How about providing an explanation as to what the problem actually is. I can appreciate that there are service outages but for an entire business day?? That is completely unacceptable and I will most certainly not be renewing my contract with Rogers!
