    Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

    @RogersHelps Under Cellular Network there is nothing to choose from or select. I have an android and mine says Rogers 5G Roaming

    @Rogers I'm extremely disappointed. I tried calling 1-888-764-3771 to cancel, but I've been on hold for over an hour with no response. Is this the level of customer service customers should expect?I want to cancel all of the services immediately. Please contact me here

    @RogersHelps At the time of changing our package, the rep said we could have it but the pod would be $10 a month. She talked me out of it. Ive just changed my mind and would like to go with the Gen 4. Im just waiting for the tech on the chat. Thanks for your help.

    @AlleyDalley @Rogers We don't have Telus home services available here, but it sounds like everything is choosing the best of the worst. Telus service went severely downhill when they sent customer service offshore and I understand others have done the same. Pricing is not intended to be competitive.
