Of course when I go to sign up for the vaccine @ShopprsDrugMart needs to verify my cell number and @Rogers is down.....frickin' Mondays I tell ya....

Wonder wat compensation @Rogers wil do 4 us now.Last wk. I had 2 fight just 2 reverse a 1 day late charge worth $2. Paid it on time but it was processed a day late. They wer willing to lose a customer paying monthly over $2. Only until I went on Twitter that they reversed it 🤦🏻

I pay @Rogers $120+/month. In my particular teaching role, I need access to phone calls, text & data to communicate with my students & their families when WiFi is not available. I am beyond frustrated with their service. The nationwide outage is the icing on the cake.

@Dudgee @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Big time. Backups all down as well. Why a backup is on the same firmware as the main is beyond me. Also "a roll back isn't possible" for some reason. Poor planning but that's par for the course
