@RogersHelps Still no internet in Stouffville. “Vast majority” seems to be a lie as many are still without service.

@smboos @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m just speaking as someone who works for a telecom company. If they will give more that’s great. Usually if someone calls in because they’ve lost a days service we credit them for that day. If you ask to speak to the loyalty dept they will credit more.

@RogersHelps Love just isn't there anymore. Haven't forgot last outage and less than $3.00 credit.

@mrjonmacdougall @Rudolph85203035 @Rogers Huh? Why would you be a proud and loyal customer to any member of the Canadian telecom oligopoly? All you are to then is a cash cow.

@RogersHelps @Justin64190239 What percentage? What regions are restored? What’s the issue? Why were the measures you took after your last recent MAJOR OUTAGE insufficient to safeguard our services? Lack of transparency, empty apologies and a menial credit to half of the people affected is not going to fix it

@RogersHelps @Justin64190239 Ok but what about the fact that I had service for a few hours but now it’s completely gone again??? Wtf is happening
-
Ma’iingan Odeh (@Lazyassedmenac3) reported
@smboos @RogersHelps @Rogers Sometimes to keep the peace I will credit someone a day’s service and then give them a monthly credit of $10-$15 depending on how they treat me on the phone. But as far as company policy goes, if you’ve lost a day you’ll get credited a day.

@RogersHelps You guys think it's better to keep people in the dark, not even telling people the problem just that an outage is happening. Toronto police had to tell the public that they can't even call 911. NOT EVEN YOU GUYS TOLD THAT STILL. You obviously don't care about your customers.
