Katie Rajhans (@katierajhans) reported@Rogers It took 90 minutes to get a guy to submit a ticket because you charged me $48 for roaming when I never left the country. 90 MINUTES. And it’s not even resolved. Do better. That was ridiculous. And the guy was useless.

Jonathan Mason (@masonstcc) reportedMy @Shawhelp @RogersHelps cable boxes are not working. I don't think the internet is consistent either. Ever since the forced 'upgrade' from Shaw to Rogers hardware. I need a service tech on site to fix this problem. Loyal customer for over 20 years.

Cross Fire (@BellaKissBanuta) reported@RogersHelps The quality of your services is decreasing from bad to worst. Kudos for achieving this milestone. I feel uncomfortable to look into a map or link to find out if there is an outage in my area. In 2026, with AI at your fingertips, there must be a smart solution to fix this.

Pietro Cammalleri (@PCAMMALL) reported@RogersHelps May I communicate with one of your agents via DM to ask whether there is an Internet outage in my neighbourhood? Rogers [1 (888) 764-3771] is experiencing a high number of phone calls — I wasn’t even permitted to hold. TIA.

Elizabeth Bryant (@wheelgirl77) reported@RogersHelps Service came back roughly 5:30 AM. Another four hour outage. Starting to feel intentional as if you’re throttling us on purpose trying to limit our usage for deliberate periods of time.
-
D (@thenameisdlo) reported.@Rogers it takes your online agents to look up when my contract ends and if there is a fee that is associated to temporarily suspending my serivces? The CS has definitely gone down hill....my god.
-
🇨🇦Sharon Ledwell#ElbowsUp (@bluetsauvage) reported@RogersHelps Hubby and I are on the same plan, same wi-fi, different iPhone models. His wi-fi assisted calling works, but mine recently stopped functioning. I got dropped from on-line help yesterday (after 2 hrs waiting, I was 4th in the queue). Been on hold for 1:15min.

🇨🇦 Cindy W. 🇨🇦 (@canadacindy) reported@RogersHelps It is a construction caused outage around 8 am. The call was placed by the paving company.

Trizent (@Wizalters) reported@RogersHelps currently 84 minutes into a call with internet down in my area not just my residence. Wants to charge me a fee to have a tech come out? Huh? It's at least the block (others on block no internet). St Albert, AB. No insight, no solutions, just eat up my time.
