    @RogersHelps I am aware. But if I cannot recall, I feel like additional options should’ve been presented to me. And they weren’t. And in this time of virtual meetings I would expect you guys to be more flexible to allow for me to try and resolve my issue

But I was Roger customer for long time but really bad experience in pandemic time, just ask them to move service but answer is BUY NEW SERVICE OUR TECHNICIANS THEN AVAILABLE BUT IF YOU USE OLD SERVICE WE CAN'T HELP YOU.
