    . @RogersHelps there is something that Rogers executives need to realize. Old people use cable because it works. Your service is ****. If it doesn't work, no one is going to pay a fortune for this ****. Fix that service. Fix it.

    @The_IT_Nerd @Rogers That really, really sucks! Not that this is a solution for everyone and not that this ought to be necessary but the bright side is that with things like libraries and coffee shops open again it isn’t necessarily a total day ruiner (vs during the height of lockdowns)

    Much irony that the only app on my phone — on a @Rogers plan — which consistently experiences “errors” (i.e. doesn’t work) is the MyRogers app. Have had to login via desktop for a month or two now…

    @RogersHelps A week In this situation 0.1- 0.4 Mbps .. internet speed Never in the 25 years with Rogers had this occurance ..!People are guessing about the cause of this - & not a single explaination fom a high ranking responsibe Rogers employee in any news ..Strange ..!

    @RogersHelps L9W still having outages off and on since yesterday. No firm fix time, other than working on it. Making it hard to work from home. Please help!
