@Rogers you have wait times of upwards of 3 hours. I waited 2 hours to talk to someone who transferred me to a different department which took another 2.5 hours, only for that person to hang up on me. WTF? Why should I stay with you?

It is so bad when companies (who I already use) like @RogersHelps put out offers for Black Friday but do not have the staff to answer requests via phone or website. "whoops, sorry you missed out"
