Lulu (@lulu5109) reported@RogersHelps Iโve been transferred between 3 Rogers agents for hours with no resolution. My internet drops multiple times daily, I have to manually reboot the modem 4+ times/day because it wonโt reconnect on its own, and itโs affecting my work from home.

Iโve never had this issue before using Rogerโs services so it is very frustrating that my service is spotty in my own home. Unfortunately not everyone I text or call uses wifi for their messaging.
