kylia carew (@CarewKylia) reported from Rapid City, Manitoba@Rogers Great and now I will have absolutely no service in my house now due to that. The faster the internet speeds the less the tower coverage and it lessons the range of the tower. Not Awesome news at all๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ

Michelle Jones (@MJones520) reported@RogersHelps That reply does not resolve the issue. I have been online and called the appropriate numbers with no success. Your menus do need lead to this option. Please provide a phone number and the appropriate prompts to add my name to your internal do not call list.

R K Balsara (@RKBalsara) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Some of the best technical support folks in the world today are from India. Check out Zoho support or Microsoft 365 support. Try Bell or Rogers, they are a nightmare.
-
CptNash (@CptNash2) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because since 2008,many companies were offered outsourcing financial incentives and generous tax breaks. I personally was on a team that closed a contact centre in Canada to relocate to the Philippines. I can tell you that it has nothing to do with superior customer experiences.
-
K D (@_kd2357) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is the worst, their call center is in which I would assume Mexico and they just keep bouncing you around to different departments because no one wants to help you.

Deb Moynahan (@vanuckfan56) reportedItโs now beyond enough @Rogers โฆ since Monday 8am no internet and initially 3-5 hr outage. Itโs Tuesday ๐คฌ

Kallista ~ life long learner, (@Kallista_Writes) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers you can vote with your $. I'm no longer with Roger's. I'm with a local company for my internet. I can drive a mile and walk into the office, and sitdown with staff to discuss my account. There's never been a line up. Phone service is pretty quick too.
-
Patrick Kernaghan(He/Him) (@Brevity_ii) reported@OILanatude @Rogers Cancel them. There are WAY better and cheaper mobile options out there. Rogers has the WORST customer service in Canada.

๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐จ๐ฆ Georganne Was Right ๐บ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ (@georganneb) reported@RogersHelps Incognito worked ... not sure what the issue is ... never had this happen before. By the way I had already cleared my cookies and cache and still had the same error on a regular browser screen.

Ds (@Sky__16__) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers 5-hour outage. $250+ lost income. $2 credit. Then Rogers tells me I should pay another $15/month for backup internet. Imagine causing the problem, offering less than 1% of the losses as compensation, and then pitching a subscription as the fix.
