@Rogers Great and now I will have absolutely no service in my house now due to that. The faster the internet speeds the less the tower coverage and it lessons the range of the tower. Not Awesome news at all😭😭😭😭

@Rogers getting fed up with the service going down EVERY DAY for the last month multiple times a day!! Happening to my neighbors too. Starting to think maybe I should start a petition to get everyone to switch to bell. Beyond frustrated with this b.s.

We have seen a huge demise in our service since end of March (neighbours since January), with the last week causing outages every 5-20mins. They say their hands are tied and have no approximate resolution date STILL. @rogershelps @rogers

@RogersHelps @camsteed You were just given feedback directly at your poor job answering. Do you really need another department to review this and tell you “yeah you should probably read the customer complaint before copy/pasting”?

@newstik @RogersHelps Call collect. Discussing account issues is not secure via email so many such businesses don't offer customer services through that venue

I’ve used your services for over 7 yrs yet my needs as a customer do not feel prioritized at all. As a loyal customer I’m very disappointed. @RogersHelps @TekSavvyCSR

@Rogers Yeah.....on my fourth ticket in 2 years.... Still the same. It's absurd we have to tether our phones to a work phone on Bell. And tech support keeps telling us to get rural internet-which doesn’t exist here.

@RogersHelps Rogers Bank is sending the emails with the 2FA code required for login with a bad SPF record. As a result, the emails get such in grey listing, which means they don't arrive or only arrived are the code's expiry. IT dpt needs to fix the SPF record so I can log in.

@RogersHelps The service was out twice yesterday, has been out over 4 hours today. You purchased cable cable and because we are a very rural area you seem to think you can just ignore us. You got the business and income but the service has gone to ****.

@RogersHelps I can't log in to the smart home app to view my cameras. Are you having any issues?

@RogersHelps My issue is the lack of any sort of ETA, I haven’t been given a concrete answer, just a run of the mil generic response of “we’re working on it”, but surely, someone somewhere has to know what is affected, how long to repair, and a timeframe of full restoration. Bad communication
