@Rogers Great and now I will have absolutely no service in my house now due to that. The faster the internet speeds the less the tower coverage and it lessons the range of the tower. Not Awesome news at all😭😭😭😭

@Rogers my house phone has been down for 3 whole days, along with the internet and TV not working properly. I pay way too much for it to be down for 3 days. Even had a tech come out and he didn't fix a damn thing. #fixit over it.

@RogersHelps I’m fed up, I don’t know what to do anymore. I have a reoccurring issue and your techs just run us around and around with the same stuff every time we call. It’s NOT on my end. It’s yours. Stop blaming the customer, I am not stupid, my partner is in IT. #fixyourshit

@RogersHelps Your customer service is appalling! I really want to know why my internet/cable phone/bill went through the roof. Especially since I negotiated with one of your agents for a better deal. But it’s a 2 hour wait to get through to you.

@RogersHelps Hi, this was in store as I was desperate to get a phone to my hospitalized dad asap. The store insisted I must now call in to be helped, phone support say I must go to the store. I'm sure you can understand it's upsetting to deal with the back and forth.

@shadowcatgirl76 @RogersHelps Same issue near Orillia. Crazy high ping for a minute or so (1500ms+) then service drops off for a couple minutes, rinse and repeat.

@MollyMiksa @Rogers CSRs I've spoken to are very polite, nice people. But the system is ridiculous. Customers should be able to order the products (cable, internet, phone, etc.) online, like almost all other retailers. Contacting a CSR should be the last thing a customer needs to do, not the 1st.

@Rogers @RogersHelps you guys totes messed up my phone upgrade situation...luckily I caught this. I had upgraded my parents phone plans but the two iphone 12 orders won't put through......I guess this is how you treat your customers that's been with you for over 18 years...🤬😠😤
