    @Rogers Great and now I will have absolutely no service in my house now due to that. The faster the internet speeds the less the tower coverage and it lessons the range of the tower. Not Awesome news at all😭😭😭😭

    @Rogers We buy phones that support 5G but if 5G is not available, what's the purpose? Almost 2 months I bought the 12 pro, have not seen 5G anytime. When will it be available in Mtl est? A city like Montreal , has barely any 5G, which we paid full price for phone.

    So December 18 comes and I get a call. Tech says he’s sending me pictures to make sure I have certain cables and boxes. Told him it’s new and I don’t and that was told to @Rogers when I set up the service. So he then tells me to call dispatch.

    Hi @Equifax @RogersHelps, can you please help me understand why there is an incorrect collection agency claim under my credit report even though I've never been Rogers Customer before? This has happened to me twice already and I need help to remove it asap for mortgage approval!

    @RogersHelps hi! A technician was supposed to come to my place from 10-12 and didn’t show up. I’ve been trying to contact Rogers for almost an hour now and they keep transferring me from one agent to another and no one gives me any solution! I can’t wait all day for a technician!
