    So I log in to chat with @rogers support about a change in my bill. I'm on hold for 35 minutes. The rep says hi and then the chat is disconnected. I log in again and I get "sorry you've reached us out of our business hours". Great service @rogers BYE

    @Rogers I know now why you’re not BBB accredited. On hold for 3 hours trying to move my 90 year old Mom’s service to her new LTC home. So far transferred 3 times to incorrect line. You are not the only game in town!!

    @RogersHelps Why am I still getting so many spam cell phone calls? Wasn't there a deadline of Nov 30 to put a stop to them? I got 4 yesterday from either spoofed numbers or long strings of numbers after the letter "V". Is Rogers having trouble implementing the controls?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers just sent a dm too you too upgrade a device I have, get a up to date modem & and promos a 20+yr customer should be getting. I have a test at 3, I'm going for surgery & need this asap. Just did the "live chat" but it took FOREVER waiting. If no @Bell can 1/2

    @RogersHelps I was on a call & told i was being transferred to Retentions. There was 10 mins of hold music that cut out, I heard a voice whispering to themselves for a minute, they didnt hear me and now i'm sitting in dead silence for the last 8mins. Am I still on hold or not?
