Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

UPDATE: @RogersHelps has put out a statement re: @Fidomobile and @Rogers national outages and says that the root cause of the outage involves a recent Ericsson software update that affected a piece of equipment in the central part of the wireless network.

@RogersHelps i pay my bills on time, i expect service to be given for the bill i pay. if you cant deliver your service interrupedly, then issue a refund for the day where you have the entire service day. i have wasted my entire day without the ability to talk or communicate with anyone.

@melishee @Rogers Their latest update says it was a “software update” that went wrong (my words).. I had a flood and my insurance adjuster was to contact me today! Can’t call out, can receive calls.. we are in an emergency pandemic! #Rogers better make this right! Bad enough they have a monopoly👎🏽

I have 2 @RogersHelps phones (1 personal, 1 work) and none of them have service lol and I just switched my personal one over to Rogers last week! Maybe this is the universes way of telling me to disconnect.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Complete garbage service that we Canadians overpay for. Stop the monopoly
