    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    Rogers internet outage in the Baseline and Merivale area of Ottawa. Last Rogers outage was 36 days ago as a result of a major storm. There doesn’t seem to be a storm this time. Please fix this ASAP as I cannot work without an internet connection. @Rogers @RogersHelps

    @Rogers Worst experience with Rogers wireless in years. Outstanding billing issue for close to two months, after 6 calls and over 8 hours spent on calls. Cases closed without resolution. Waited for a Retention Manager for close to 2 hours, got Matt who could not care less.

    @EistQuant @Rogers @RogersHelps Same in Centrepointe. And Anna may be the world’s best virtual assistant but during an outage I find Anna to be irritating.

    @mackmroz @RogersHelps Had the same thing happen to me a few months ago. The irony is thick. I think rural MB service has gotten worse in the last few years. Always hear that this is the first they heard of it. 🙄🙄🙄

    @RogersHelps (2/2) but 5 minutes after getting off the phone with them the problem is much worse. Have not been able to watch tv for about 4 hours now today. Really frustrating as we were told this would be better than the Rogers boxes we had. Not impressed.
