Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@Rogers cancelled my plan on July 19. Lost all voicemails including sentimental ones from my grandma I can never get back. Spoke to multiple agents who apologized and said my plan would be reinstated. Now I’m told I have to pay for a feature I had for YEARS. You guys don’t care I’m hurt!

@Rogers I’ve been a customer for 5+ years always pay my bill EARLY & in excess. Upgraded my phone for a “$50 fee” despite the fact that I set up the phone myself. Zero help from customer service/OP no willingness to offer a refund for arbitrary fee :(

@Rogers I’ve put in 6+ hrs wait time on 4 calls since August to update my address since I moved and fix an access issue to the Ignite Wifi app. Still not resolved and it’s beyond frustrating. I can’t believe I’m paying for this lack of service.

@Rogers I’ve been a customer for 10+ years with a grandfather plan. My plan was cancelled in July without my consent I was told my plan would be restored it never was every time I call it’s a different story. Today I was told I have to pay for a feature I had for free.

@RogersHelps on the line with Rogers for business trying to get a new phone. This has taken hrs. and a month. need to send the broken phone I got back. i am going forth and being on hold. not getting the right person. Third hold at present.

I have multiple friend from college that have worked for them & left because their Tech VP & all the way down through management are to stupid to understand the industry. They spend millions less than they should
