    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    This is unacceptable service from @Rogers I shouldn't have to call multiple times to get someone in, or get equipment for internet. If there is a longer lead time for professional install. Allow users to book online in advance. Especially if you are offering a free install online

    Once the equipment didnt show up on time I called @Rogers AGAIN and they then said it might be another 10 days before the equipment could show up and there's nothing that they can do. I was told it would take 1-2 days, my email said 2-3 days. At this rate I may cancel my service

    Wow. Another @Rogers outage in our area. That’s literally four this month. Whatever they are “fixing” isn’t staying fixed. Or maybe their repair crew is paid per call. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps @AGVanek Ajax has been without service for hours. Any indication of when it’s back up would be welcomed.

    @Rogers isn’t the best, of course, but at least there are conversational agents in Canada who can generally help with issues beyond explaining how call waiting works. @bell scripted and untrained agents at the overseas BPO offer little assistance to customers.

    This is absolute horseshit! On the back of a countrywide outage and @RogersHelps decides it’s just fine to actively disconnect networks during normal working hours when half the country is working from home! All I get is “hopefully the work will be completed soon” 🤬

    Hey @RogersHelps why can’t I get a human on the phone to discuss my account? Really not great customer service if the issue isn’t generic and doesn’t have a numbered menu to use. Online is possibly worse. You all have a way to talk to a human???
