@Rogers My wish is that someone at Rogers will take time to view your organization from a customer viewpoint. I am hours on the phone now (and yesterday) and being passed from dept to dept. Your agents need training.

@Rogers just spent 1 hour and 24 minutes on the phone with your agents - going from dept to dept and just when the agent finally relented to cancel, the line dropped. And yes, I am on the Rogers network in downtown Toronto. Why isn't the agent calling me back?

@Rogers ya that isn't really a response. I've had 31 calls in the last 9 hours. I have it silenced but it still ties up the line and fills my notifications. I have never had more than 3 in a day. This is nuts... ROGERS needs to do something. I shouldn't have to pay a 3rd party.

@Rogers needs to do something about number spoofing. They really need to have some sort of spoof screening service. 22 calls in one day from 9 different numbers is a little insane.

Go with bell or any other company! Rogers can’t even give like $20 a month off for a long time 1991 customer. Go with any company but please don’t go with @rogers

@Rogers wow, all day outage, and you cancel my internet a week too soon. Not impressed. Glad I have @BellMobility to keep online. It's messed my day up! 20 wait on phone. Bye

I'm NEVER one to complain publicly, but if you're Canadian and a @rogers customer, ditch those scumbags. They'll still charge you for your phone even after you finish paying it off (24 month contract). "We can't change your plan unless you call in". Lmaooo.

@jenkalant @FuzzyWuzzyTO Exactly - and they are those billing the estate after the accounts are closed with policies like extra month notice etc. They are not aware that when they do this they lose the living person for life as a customer. (take note @rogers)
