Worst service from @RogersHelps they do not help and neither does their Likewize insurance. How do I pay for a service and insurance yet I have two to THREE business days and the weekend to see if I can get my phone unblocked while I’m travelling. I will be switching my service

@RogersHelps Ignite Tech calls & says he cant fix the issue & to call and book another appt with @Rogers Customer care. Customer care says I need to speak to Rogers Ignite to book another appt, they transfer me to Customer Care who transferred me to Ignite Tech who transferred me to Migration

@AMGraphix No idea when my contract would have expired; I did all renewals through Rogers Helps. Anyway I'm talking to them now via @RogersHelps to sort it out. Still begs the question: what service provider are people using?
