@4Scarrs_Gaming @wreckitralph @RogersHelps Hands down Jon the worst company to deal with. Different answers everytime zero consistancy, yet here I am paying in full each month

It was going so well with @Rogers until today - wifi has been awful all afternoon. Disconnected from an important work call...what the heck’s going on?!

@RogersHelps that seems like an ironic name for a company that uses 2 hours of a customers time in order to Chat with a “customer service rep” who accomplishes nothing. Horrible, horrible service.

I’ve been kicked off my google classroom no less than 4 x this morn. I live in an urban area with supposedly great internet signal/service. @rogers , this isn’t what I would consider great 😳 #itwasduringtesting #ifeelawfulforruralkids #onlinelearning

@RogersHelps I’m trying to wfh and my internet has been down for more than half of the workday. You are leaving me with no choice but to leave my home to get work done during a global pandemic. This is not the first time. Get your techs on this outage!!!

@Rogers no help or discount during a pandemic when even the hydro companies can help out even a little, Rogers can’t do anything except overcharge people for there services, there needs to be more protections for consumers with the price big companies charge for things like tv
