Another funny thing I found out about @Rogers is they have (very expensive) data plans that don’t charge you for going over your data limit. The speed just slows down. In the app they let you put a stop on your data once you reach your limit. once I downgraded my plan

@RogersHelps Great. The ignite wifi box itself gets way hotter than any other device around it. Apparently according to your "help site", cement, glass, electronic devices, and power cables can all interfere. Should I hang the thing from the ceiling in the middle of the living room?

@Rogers You have not improved the signal at Long Point, Ontario. I was on the beach there, at least 50 km from the US and my phone connected to an American network when it couldn’t get a Rogers signal.

So, instead of just letting me cancel my services, @Rogers decided to charge me for the month AFTER I cancelled, didn't send me a bill, but sent me to collections?? How ******** is this business? This is robbery! Get at me @Rogers because no one is giving me answers when I call!
