@GraysonPeddie Well I get worse than that with @Rogers Cable Internet, I have had a ticket open with them since October 19, 2020 they have acknowledged its a "backend" issue and that's about it they have provided me zero updates since then

...@RogersHelps then the tech said the only thing that would help resolve the intermittent connectio/wifi issue is to upgrade my package/modem. Upsell, are you kidding me?! Why would I pay more when my current service has never reached even 1/3 of advertised speed?
