@Rogers At what point do I request a discount for lack of internet service? If I need to recycle my router 2 to 3 times a day, is that normal? Service techs have been to my house so many times, I feel the problem can't be fixed other then changing providers. Happy to discuss.

@Rogers and I don't think asking for a little customer service is anything out of the norm. It's just crazy to me that this is how you deal with multi-million dollar accounts. I mean, how are you guys still around if you treat everyone like ****?

@Rogers there's supposed to be something done to reward good and loyal customers. But your reps treat us worse and worse each time we call when we have a problem CAUSED by YOUR technicians. So, give us a reason to stay, because so far you've only given us reasons to leave.

I am now stuck with two phones, two phone bills, and an endless number of service reps in person and on the phone who refuse to assist. @RogersHelps Why bother even having storefronts if none of the reps are able to do anything in person?

The supervisor just put me on hold to “calm down” when I asked what the follow up would be. He said there is no follow. He apologized. That was the follow up!!! @Rogers ….this cannot be your policy. I’m in shock…

@Rogers and it's EVERY DAMN TIME we ask for a manager your reps say "**** YOU!", refuse to give us their names and then leave us on hold for HOURS. So, I ask you, is THIS what your customer service is supposed to be now? If it is I'll just take you out of the building. We're done

@rogers is the wifi currently down in Brantford, Ontario? Since about 1am this morning I have been unable to use my services. It says I am connected to the router- but no internet connection is coming through. Just looking for some clarification as I am forced to use Data.. Thx!
