    @Simon818 @Rogers Ugh. I broke away from Rogers a few months ago. I've had a strong dislike for them for as long as I could remember. The outage in July was the last straw and I told the family, I'm out. I don't care how cheap the plan we share is. I'm not doing it anymore.

    @RogersHelps Pathetic service from the customer care representative for solving my issue regarding the plan change. Mr. Harpal denied by saying "I am not Rogers preferred care specialist". Your query just delivered to me. Chat was connected after a 1 hr of waiting time.

    @MarkBourrie It comes in waves, duct cleaning for a few days, then credit card problems, then CRA, then today back to Rogers (who I talked to ages ago and was told they don’t make cold calls). @RogersBiz is this still true?

    Wanted to port over to #Rogers and get a new device but they had link someone else's account to mine with dues. Spent 3 hours on the call with support with 2 hours 30 minutes on hold. In the end I got hanged up on with no resolution. Great customer service, Thanks #RogersHelps
