@RogersHelps Damn you got me breaking out the ole Internet Explorer 😱 But yes I have tried multiple platforms and 3 different devices, nothing works. Your website broken or something?

  • NikkiiMetal Nᴵᴷᴷᴵ Mᴱᵀᴬᴸ (@NikkiiMetal) reported

@Rogers and when I mention how y'all gave me tons of stress and anxiety over this, all you can do is apologize? What ever happened to the days when y'all did this for the customer? I didn't realize blaming the customer and charging them money they don't owe was how things went...

  • lschiefner Land of Lee (@lschiefner) reported

@Rogers hey Rogers. How about stopping the phone spam calls that hack into the network. Got 3 calls in one day. Enough is enough.

  • NeetuVirk Neetu Virk (@NeetuVirk) reported

During WFH in 2020, they changed my residential plan to business. Now at my new home, they slyly offered me Ignite w/o clarifying that I will have to pay cancellation charges for the remainder of contract. Pay cancellation even though I’m still @Rogers internet customer.

  • ChelseyBun91 ChelseyBun (@ChelseyBun91) reported

@Rogers since Monday I've had issues with my internet cutting out. Its fine all day then seems to start around 9pm until at least 2am. Is anyone else having this issue? My TV tries to load and pages can't load on my phone, then it works.. then it stops again..all night.

  • br0kensunday BrokenSunday (@br0kensunday) reported

@Rogers You have an outage in Cambridge, ON with your Vmedia service provider for the last hour. They say they have no updates from you. Please fix your lines.

  • wasanthapw Wasantha Wijesundera (@wasanthapw) reported

@RogersHelps I can't believe I have to pay extra to watch @bbcworldservice and end up watching My Pillow guy's stupid ad! @Rogers why don't you rename this channel (117 in Toronto) as 'Lots of commercials & some BBC news in between'?

  • NeetuVirk Neetu Virk (@NeetuVirk) reported

Fool me once @Rogers. Cancelling new residential now. I hope the cancellation charges are worth losing a customer for life (and potentially every home internet person I know). Also cancelling @Rogers internet at my office next week. Absolutely disgusted by the trick billing.

  • NeetuVirk Neetu Virk (@NeetuVirk) reported

@Rogers are crooks. Instead of moving my service to new address, they offered me faster Ignite. And now, they want me to pay cancellation charges on the old service. Disgusting business practice of not informing customers of what they are getting into. Shame on you @rogers

  • lipstickntravel D. (@lipstickntravel) reported

Please advise on why my Internet is down… the ignite modem is flashing the orange light. @RogersHelps
