  @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

  You know who sucks? Frickin @Rogers. I canceled my mom's cable because she passed away. Was told there was no balance owing and that I should ignore all future bills. Now their Collections department is hounding me saying the first person spoke in error. Stellar work, folks.

  @RogersHelps going on close to 48 hours of no service with zero accountability and no expected resolution time. Area of outage is Yonge and York Mills. Two days of being unable to work because of zero internet.

  @Rogers My Vodafone TURKEY bills - paid every month from my address in ANTALYA, TURKEY. Phone number: +90 544 ******* - the SAME number I called @Rogers from to CANCEL in July 2025. I was living in Turkey. My Vancouver apartment was EMPTY.
