    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I have called companies that have 10 fold the customer base you have and never have I heard "we have too many calls, call back another time". There is no another time. You've made my decision that much more clear

    @RogersHelps Thanks for replying. The issue isn't that cancellations have to be done by phone—it's that I've been on hold for well over an hour trying to reach someone. Sales answered immediately, but customer service hasn't.

    @RogersHelps is the only way to cancel Rogers is to call and speak to a little be agent? I have been on hold for 40 minutes.

    @RogersHelps I was lucky enough that my data turned back on a min after then hung up on me. But the support team did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

    @RogersHelps The technical support that I spoke with provided no support whatsoever. I performed a factory reset on my own to no avail. I was hoping support would be able to remote into the router and perform a more detailed diagnostic analysis.

    @RogersHelps It mostly happens at home, and in and around the area I live. I’ve never had this issue before using Roger’s services so it is very frustrating that my service is spotty in my own home. Unfortunately not everyone I text or call uses wifi for their messaging.
