    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @RogersHelps I am having issues watching the Edmonton oilers play. I live in Downtown Ottawa and the following game are being blacked out Edmonton V Toronto, Edmonton V Ottawa, Edmonton V Montreal. It was my understaning that only Ottawa games would be blacked out 1/2

    @Rogers said they fixed issue. Well its still happening. This will be the 7th or 8th time this month I've had to call technical support and start the story from scratch. They still won't send a technician. Please fix your **** Rogers. FFS! At this point we expect refund or credit

    @JeanneB19096625 @Rogers What general area are you located? My modem drops of off multiple times a month and does not auto reset. Have to reboot modem. Very annoying. Their service is crap. We are in Ottawa east.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I need one of you too go too dm's so I can report a payment. I REFUSE too use the app cuz it doesn't work & I am NOT calling in. I have the picture of the payment & the confirmation number. Please don't make this a long drawn out process...I have things to do

    Dear @RogersHelps - internet down again in the Eglinton/Mt Pleasant area. Twice in 3 working days with outages: tough to get anything done when one can’t connect to a VPN.
