@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps Might be a good idea to tell head office to hire enough customer service reps that your customers can actually get service. 2 and a half hours with no answer is really appalling.

@rogers #rogers sure you know but Rogers just as bad as telus. Almost an hour waiting to get helped. It’s crazy that whole industry treats customers like $&@&$ and we have no real alternative.

@Rogers I am now on week 2 of trying to do something as simple as cancel a home phone service. Hours on wait to talk to someone only to have call disconnected and waiting for the chat based service rep to work to no avail. Can someone cancel my phone? It's a simple request!!!!!
