    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @CyaraBird Gotta love the monopoly that @Bell_Support and @Rogers have in this country! Charge an arm and a leg and we still cant get good service anywhere in this country

    @RogersHelps @LeoRautins @blackbeltreview I called into Rogers Support today. They have told me that this is a known issue. I have a ticket for it. The issue has been open for a month. I am very upset as well.
