@Rogers I've called @Rogers multiple times and it's the same answer, "a note has been put in for the dispatcher and someone may come earlier if they are available". So is it totally normal to make your customers wait DAYS before their internet service is restored?! seems a tad bit insane

Typical @Rogers having the most unreliable internet and doing absolutely nothing about it. As a student I need good internet and you are not providing it. Also your customer service team won’t help. Wtf is with that. @RogersHelps

Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers your level 1 support is utterly useless, I know they have scripts to follow, but going around in circles and having to repeat what I say is getting tiring. Random intermittent connection drops are getting tiring. Disable OFDMA its breaking your network!
