    @RogersHelps I am unable to get support for the Sportsnet now app. I’ve been trying to watch hockey for the past 3 days but the app on fire stick indicates I don’t have a subscription. I purchased Sportsnet Now premium! I’d like my money back!

    @RogersHelps I've been trying for days to login to my ignite WiFi hub app, but it says I don't have Ignite. I really do have it, though it took a long time and two long support sessions to get it up. What do I do now?
