    @Rogers you guys are the actual worst!!!!!! Everyone should avoid ignite at all costs. We have had nothing but problems for 6 months. And every time we call “they are working on it”. We have had a service ticket open since august, but “there’s nothing we can do right now”.

    @RogersHelps I didn’t get call back so i had called today & finally the guy put me through the right person. Darlene was able to understand & helped us get the plan promised. From all my calls till date,Darlene was very concerning. @Rogers pls make sure you assure such service. Thanks.

    @RogersHelps Is up to it’s old tricks again, hiring lazy ******** and those who can’t speak english, to work in client service. Yet again, Rogers is demonstrating that the only people that matter to them are their stockholders.
