@RogersBiz Did Rogers Small Business change it’s mission statement to “We’re not happy until you’re not happy”? Hour of my life wasted with customer service. Couldn’t even get to speak with a manager!! These are the kinds of experiences that make small businesses change carriers!

@635bur @RogersHelps @lula76 They will throw a few bucks credit on your accout that doesn’t compensate for travel into the office, lost productivity, or other impacts. This is why we need more diverse service options and the CRTC to work for Canadians instead of be in the pocket of bell/Rogers.

With the amount of money paid monthly for phone service from Rogers, it's unacceptable that I cannot get an ounce of service in #ottawa 2 days after the storm, while other service providers using the same towers have no issues. Make it make sense @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps so any update at all about when internet service in the South Keys Ottawa area will be restored? Our condo high rise was only out of power for a few minutes but the internet has never come back online. Bell was in the building already to restore but not Rogers.
