  • Ghannie Ghannie (@Ghannie) reported

@BrewScout @RogersHelps Never mind. I just clued in on the fact that my Ignite screensaver time reads 3:24p so I’m going to assume that. Awesome. 🙄 Happy I was in office today jeez

  • CarrCarrtist Chris Carr (@CarrCarrtist) reported

@Rogers day 5 no internet. Beamsville/Lincoln. I've started to read again. My brain is healing itself. Like dolphins returning to the Hudson River. It's terrible. Plug my back in. PLUG ME BACK IN!!!

  • PoweredbyPoodle CJ Frederick 🇺🇦 (@PoweredbyPoodle) reported

@Rogers says they will credit customers with 5 days of service for the recent massive #InternetOutage. Is this enough?

  • pgib Patrick Gibson (@pgib) reported

    > Rogers to credit customers 5 days of service for outage How out of touch is @Rogers to think ~$10-12 makes up for days of no service? #rogersoutage If Telus is smart and not colluding with Rogers (cough), they’ll be running some promotions to steal customers.

  • jameserwilk James Wilk (@jameserwilk) reported

13 Million @Rogers customers 15 Billion in profit. They can give us all $75 or about one month service and still walk away from their disaster with 14 billion. @CP24 @CityNewsTO

  • JingleCity1 Chip (@JingleCity1) reported

@CBCNews I know this includer mobile service and internet. Hopefully this includes their cable TV service as many of the channels I watch were not available. @Rogers

  • Mikebelliott Michael Elliott (@Mikebelliott) reported

It’d be really cool if the @Rogers wifi that we pay for could be stable for more than 15 minutes. I get the outage probably messed some things up, but why do we lose service 4 times an hour?

  • pacejakobsen Joan Pace Jakobsen (@pacejakobsen) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Rogers My mobile service is intermittent and my callers are going directly to voicemail. Rebooted phone multiple times. #RogersOutage2022

  • ddRez5 Dee's Kitchen Sink (@ddRez5) reported

@7Flash7 @RogersHelps @Rogers Us too, as well as landline and internet issues. Been writing in "DM" for a few days now and no replies. Thinking of cancelling all. They don't care to retain any clients let alone long term clients. Smh

  • ashi_bee1 Ashi (@ashi_bee1) reported

@CanadaOllie @CTVToronto @Rogers It isn't a matter of just their phone and internet users, is it though? They shut down all of us from our banks and shopping..not having internet costed me more than a few bucks and I'm not your customer
