I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. Bounced between customer service and tech support until internet reconnects. The full bill arrives on time, with no interruptions.

Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

What Iโm asking is that itโs not fair for me to pay the kind of charges levied to me when the service was barely used due to these issues. I raised a ticket and no one seems to care about that.
