    @Rogers ignite TV is an absolute subpar service. Resolution consistently drops, signal drops, screen cuts to black. If you have the option of "upgrading to ignite" don't do it. The voice recognition in the remote is hit and miss too #rogers #ignite #CustomerService

    @RogersHelps It is direct on the tv. I discovered every channel is doing it. I requested my set top box be reset. I’ll see if that fixes the issue
