My oldest was in the middle of his online midterm and we had to shut everything else off songs could finish with some connectivity! Worst decision we ever did was change to Ignite with Rogers!!!!

I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. Monday I got notice that the issue I had reported was closed as resolved, 2 days after it was closed & not resolved. Today (Wednesday) I got notice that it apparently has been fixed because techs couldn't find the cause. Not impressed.
