Tried rebooting multiple times, still nothing, yet the system says everything is fine, connected and there are no outages in my area. I'm losing the equivalent of three work days because of this. I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. Rogers is the most painful company to deal with.

A tech came Friday & said no service at our street box & that maintenance crew was coming by end of day Friday. No one showed. It’s Sunday and now @Rogers @rogershelp said they have no record of an order being putting in!?

They are now cutting channels, such as HGTV without notice and indirectly forcing me to get back to the previous plan. I am cancelling this SHIT as soon as I have another internet provider installed.
