    Just got an email from the CEO of @Rogers saying their whole system was down on Friday due to a technical glitch & he's going to credit me for Friday. That works out to about $13.50. I wasn't able to email or call any customers for 26 hrs. Maybe a class action is needed instead.

    @RogersHelps Spotty Tv and no internet. Tried rebooting multiple times, still nothing, yet the system says everything is fine, connected and there are no outages in my area. I'm losing the equivalent of three work days because of this. Please help.

    @JacquiDelaney @Rogers Rogers will credit me for one day's lost service but how about the thousands in lost business even though they admitted it was their fault? I never thought I would switch to Bell but I'm likely going to make the switch as time consuming that will be.

    @RogersHelps weโ€™ve had no internet since Weds at 10am. A tech came Friday & said no service at our street box & that maintenance crew was coming by end of day Friday. No one showed. Itโ€™s Sunday and now @Rogers @rogershelp said they have no record of an order being putting in!?

    @Rogers Rogers should be more concerned about living up to your commercials your internet tv and cell are no where near the most reliable I don't know how many times I've had call about my signal and your customer service is crap they do not make things clear about packages

    Finally did. After going at @RogersHelps the past couple years for terrible RocketHub service and costs, we finally pulled the plug on our home internet. Just couldnโ€™t justify $200+/month for slow, spotty service.

    Got email from @Rogers CEO w many promises BUT service is unacceptable. Constant interruptions 2-3x/day at any & all hours of the day. Bounced between customer service and tech support until internet reconnects. The full bill arrives on time, with no interruptions.

    @RogersHelps Please explain to me why every 3 - 4 months, I check my mail on my phone before I go to sleep, just to find when I awake, that for some reason my @rogers account needs my password to sign in, & then says the password is wrong!? I am again locked out of my Rogers acct

    It's now been over an hour on music hold with @Rogers @RogersHelps. Aren't oligopolies great. No need for customer service. No wonder so many people are cutting the chord and leaving cable TV. Something for me to consider and they think my time is worth ZERO.

    Has anyone else under @Rogers or Shaw wifi been having trouble with their internet connection the last several days?? I've tried all the troubleshooting they mentioned and none of it has helped with the internet connection going in and out!! Fix your internet connection @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Hopefully by the same time I should be rid of shaw. With the speed that they gave me at 3495 that was slow the one that gave me at 1495 was even slower. For 9 years I had exactly the same speed from tell us through a phone line that was five times faster than the garbage

    @RogersHelps Well thank you for your comments but no, I'm not talking to Rogers anymore. Including here. It is proven beyond all belief that the two companies between them have never listened to me and I paid. And paid and paid and paid. Not one cent and now moment more. Goodbye
