@Rogers crazy that when I call the help line to speak with a real person the message you get is too busy and then your help line hangs up on me. INSANE behavior for a help line & a company whose motto is “with you all the way”. I guess not eh?

@RogersHelps My dad who is with Bell, got free 50 gb data for their outage. What exactly is Rogers doing for their customers given your (much longer I might add) outage?

@RogersHelps @towerguymatt Why? YOU should know when YOUR service is down. It should NOT be on the customer to notify YOU about YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! The level of laziness within this industry is embarrassing to the human race.

@RogersHelps I don’t know. I saw there were service interruptions in my area yesterday. How do I get compensation for lost services when I needed it the most?

Internet issues during a World Cup match again, @Rogers! Ridiculous!

@RogersHelps your cellular network is down in Gunter Ontario. You make it IMPOSSIBLE to report it. Everyone I’ve asked on the lake has the same problem. Your network tracking page says there are no issues.

@RogersHelps That’s fair and I did call but I was on hold. For the cost of service + my needs it’s not performing. I never had any issues with cable until the galaxy boxes were introduced and now this happens. Maybe wifi signal for cable isn’t the way to go

Hey @Rogers, it's hard to say goodbye. Literally. I cancelled my internet service with you, and was told to bring my old modem to a Rogers store to return. Then I was told by the Rogers store to call you and get a shipping label. Then I called..
