Dog Mom 🇨🇦☘️ (@buzz_because) reported@RogersHelps Nope. On hold for over 1 ½ hrs and I had to hang up because the battery on my phone was dying. Not ready to try it again. I just wanna know why my emails are so late incoming. I get emails that were sent to me at nine in the morning & I get them at 9 o’clock at night. NOT OK

Tahseen Rahman (@Tahseen_Rahman) reported@tobi @Rogers A silent carrier update breaking hotspot with zero release notes, discovered while stuck in traffic — that's a genuinely terrible way to find out. Carrier software QA is some of the worst in the industry precisely because customers have nowhere else to go.

Mamma Bear🇨🇦 (@islgalwrites) reported@ChemicalHolly @Rogers In my experience dealing with Shaw was far superior than Telus. Now having to deal with Rogers for an issue it was hell. Gaslighting, trouble understanding and speaking English. Escalation leading nowhere. This take over did them no favours in my opinion.

sparkytor (@sparkytor) reported@RogersHelps Ontario. We are still on hold. Our remote broke and just need to order a new one. This is ridiculous. I spent 15 minutes in line at corporate store for them to tell me I have to call. We are almost at an hour wait on the phone. Horrible service.
