@RogersHelps how can someone inquire about billing issues if it’s been 3 days and I can’t reach anyone. You just wanna take more money every month? #rogers

Hi @Grok, Did a Rogers technician, Keith White, die after falling from a ladder while replacing an aerial cable at a customer's home. Did a federal safety officer later find that @Rogers had failed to implement and monitor its preventive-maintenance program for workplace hazards?

@JayGenXer @Rogers Teksavvy has hreat customer service, but almost never need to call em. Maybe once in almost 2 decades. Had Teksavvy for maybe 12 or 14 years, then had to switch back to Bell for fibre ( before Bell was forced to share infrastructure), because Teksavvy was being crushed with slower speeds. I despise Bell. Their customer service is even worse then Rogers. I switched to Rogers cable high-speed because I just couldn't take Bell anymore. Rogers sucked as well. Finally, Teksavvy secured a high speed Fibre network a few years ago and I switched back.

@Rogers I would like to file an official complaint against 'Youssef - Rogers specialist ' Reason being : He did not resolve my issue, he did not provide me an explanation of my questions and he has ended the call without. This is unacceptable . Rogers has been unfair in most of his billings and they charge customers left and right - with 0 visibility on how to raise a dispute. And on top of it, their specialists behave in this unruly manner, when customer complain about this unfair billings. Is Rogers out to loot their customer money ?

Dealing with @ROGERS is definitely an exercise in frustration! For a company that relies on it's customers in order to survive, @ROGERS seems ok living on life support!
