    @RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps In Ottawa. We have been without wifi since Sunday morning at 8 am. We *did not* experience *any* power loss but wifi cut out 15 hrs after the storm. I have called Rogers each day to find out when ignite would be restored.🧵 1/8

    @Rogers What on earth is the deal with your wireless service over the last couple of weeks? Issues on Highway 416, issues on 401, issues within Ottawa (and before the storm too) and now issues in Napanee too! Porting out if issues persist!

    @Bell_Support What makes it even more puzzling and frustrating is my next door neighbour has @rogers and his internet has been up since Sunday. Those of us with @Bell internet & Bell Fibe on either side of him are still down. Help please!

    @RogersHelps any word on restoring the service to Barrhaven East because I won’t earn enough money to pay you guys if this isn’t resolved today. Your service is essential to my job. I have been off work for three days now and have lost my pay for the week.
