    @RogersHelps @Schuyler12 Not acceptable. Your CEO has been sending us emails since July about how this would never happen again. This is worse than July. I don't care if it's not your fault someone cut the fibre. You should be prepared for these things, as I know it's not the first time.

    @RogersHelps finally found a competent technician. Fixed everything. Pods take up to an hour to engage NOT 5 minutes as app suggests. Fix your app.

    @RogersHelps saw a package I wanted but can’t get why because I am an old customer!! Walking over to Telus as they have the same package! Guess #loyalty doesn’t matter anymore. Great service and great retention #not!

    @Rogers Why don't your internet modems have sim cards in them? You need some kind of fail-safe for when the cable internet goes down. The internet has become too important to allow outages and you charge us too much to allow outages to be a thing. Fix your ****.

    @RogersHelps @tillsonburgguy I also need to speak with you guys. My bill went up. Before it used to be 96. Now it's 113. I am not paying 113 lol. I'll just switch companies. And no, I never went over my UNLIMITED fast 150 mpbs internet

    @Rogers Your marketing is bordering on harassment. Getting multiple calls daily trying to sell me additional products in spite of me asking to note I am not interested. About ready to cancel the Rogers products I do have.

    @Rogers, what’s happening to the Rogers app? Latest update must have messed with it. It says I haven’t linked accounts on my profile and won’t let me sign in. I had to log in on the mobile website to check something. The app is not working! #fail #rogers #tech
