    @RogersHelps worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Kept me on hold for over two hours to just hang up on me and tell me your closed and to call again tomorrow? After over 10 years of loyal service this is ridiculous..

    @RogersHelps I spent 2.5 hours on hold with your Accounts Payable team, only for someone to finally answer and tell me the department was closed. I’ve been trying multiple ways to resolve an issue with my account and haven’t been able to get anywhere. Can someone please help me?

    @Rogers non-stop internet service outages for the last week. It's also impossible to get a customer support agent to answer the phone, and the online support chat queue just randomly disconnects you and doesn't save your place in line, making that also basically impossible to use. Probably going to switch providers when I move in a couple months, because this is terrible.

    @RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST How does one connect to this mythical Tech Support. 3 hours yesterday and 1.5 hours today. I was dropped both times by Rogers.
