Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps it’s been almost a full business day with no cell service or data. As both myself and my husband rely on our phones for work, this is a major inconvenience. When should I expect a refund?

As annoying as the @Rogers cell outage has been on one hand, I’ve had one of the most productive work days without being interrupted by calls and meetings. Not a bad way to spend #bicycleday2021!

@Rogers @ariannagavriel @Rogers will give you a $4.00 credit for the portion of the day that the service was down without any concern for the either the inconvenience it has caused or what the disruption in service has cost their users financially beyond the money they’ve spent on their service.
