    @RogersBiz you should be ashamed of yourselves, a $2.50 credit for a full day of service lost. Your customers lost money, we use your service for our business... so no business that day but only a $2.50 credit SMH do better

    @RogersHelps been on hold for over 2 hrs after having calls dropped and being bounced around from department to department. Canโ€™t say this is giving me the warm and fuzzy feeling that you are going to resolve the issue

    @Rogers Due to outage for the whole day I was not able to do my work I was all dependent on u.. now due to your fault our company is not reimbursing our salary for tomorrow and they r gonna put leave and deduct the salary now how we r gonna rebate our salary? Who is gonna pay??

    @RogersHelps so I have some of my services back but not even close to everything! I canโ€™t make calls but I can get my texts so thatโ€™s a start. What about my internet/tv? Send help pls! Iโ€™m about ready to change my service provider now. I canโ€™t miss more @CFL than I already have!

    @RogersHelps Build call centres in Canada & hire Canadians. Isn't it bad enough that you, along w 2 other companies monopolize telecommunication in ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ & charge us heavily due to any competition being squeezed/bought out? Not enough money for you? You also need to hire cheap foreign labour?

    My internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

    @JD_Aust4005 @SatiarShah @Rogers I was listening live to news1130 on my way to a work site yesterday and then they randomly changed to a "talk show" mentioning it was Free For All Friday. On a Tuesday. I had no idea until after my work day that they shut everything down right at that time. Travesty!

    @Rogers how am I supposed to report a downed / low-hanging wire that is preventing me from accessing my property if I am not a Rogerโ€™s customer? 2.5 hours on hold for your customer service team to refuse to speak with me because I am not a customer.
