Itโs still freezing every so often. Iโve tried unplugging the box multiple times today & itโs still happening. Issue is on your end, not mine.

SJ (@cafveteran) reported@Rogers It took over an hour, primarily on hold, to finally get only one issue resolved, i.e. the correct address. When I demanded to know what type of compensation Rogers was willing to offer me, the customer service person proceeded to argue with me, even after I demanded to speak with a manager. I will be considering different options for my cell service and I recommend that others do the same as well. I never thought that I could get worse customer service than Bell, but Rogers has exceeded that.
