Today (Wednesday) I got notice that it apparently has been fixed because techs couldn't find the cause. Not impressed.

At other times I get over 150 Mbps. The service is so inconsistent my phone has become unusable for work.

Don't threaten them with cutting off services if your arrangement is not fulfilled, especially if they've never missed a payment
