Canada has 80% of unhabitated land and poorer countries with less density are very able to offer unlimited mobile plans at $10. Monday I got notice that the issue I had reported was closed as resolved, 2 days after it was closed & not resolved. Today (Wednesday) I got notice that it apparently has been fixed because techs couldn't find the cause. Not impressed.
