    Hi @RogersHelps Jasan in support was fantastic in helping me provide feedback on the technician I just ordered out of my home. She was able to rebook another service call and to ensure he was not assigned to it. She needs a raise!

    Paying for 500mbps ds but I’m 5 meters away from the router and my download speed is 204kbps (yes KB). Gotta love @rogers. And don’t bother calling for help, they’ll just try to sell you something

    @RogersHelps I think your internet is subpar. You charge way to much for numerous disconnections throughout the day. You suckered me into another year contract and charged me more for it. It’s no wonder I changed phone providers. Never again

    @rogers why is your service down? I just stood outside in the snow for 20 minutes trying to access a car that needed cell service in order to unlock. No way to tell anyone where I was and no way to go where I needed to. Not safe.
