I followed all troubleshooting instructions in your support faq but no yield. May be still a signal issue from your end.

But Bell/Virgin have been pretty reliable for the last five years we've used them. For home internet however, I too had to revert to Twitter shaming, to get some action.

The new one is very hard to press the buttons on for people with joint or connective tissue issues. The old one was easy. We want the old type back. This sucks
