The new one is very hard to press the buttons on for people with joint or connective tissue issues. The old one was easy. We want the old type back. This sucks

Ordered a phone.. did a credit check. Called to change the phone model (havenโt gotten the new phone yet).. told to cancel my order and complete a new credit check 1/2.

The ones we get are choppy & cut out constantly. Not sure how you think this is resolved!! Hope you are doing more than crediting one day of service. Going to take more to keep your customers.

Itโs still choppy & the internet is also running a little slow when trying to watch the LiveTv app in iPads. All I see is you saying everything is resolved & working when itโs clearly not.

Some loyalty bonuses are ending & 2 people quoted 171, a 3rd more senior person quoted 176 as final price 1 hour later. Rogers - Clearly not trustworthy -Beware!

In 2023, I called a supposed Rogers number and reached a fraudster who either worked for Rogers or had hacked their system. @Rogers didnโt care. Said it wasnโt fraud.
