The ones we get are choppy & cut out constantly. Not sure how you think this is resolved!! Hope you are doing more than crediting one day of service. Going to take more to keep your customers.

There is interference on the line and with the quiet tone and thick accents the reps are not understandable. It has never been like this in the last 20 years. Make sure you fill out the survey.
