My cellular and home internet is restored BUT Ignite TV is freezing and lagging with error messages, as good as not watching. I followed all troubleshooting instructions in your support faq but no yield. May be still a signal issue from your end.

I’m looking to open a new account and after two hours in a bell store and 55 minutes on the phone with 5 different people I’m still not done. They keep transferring me to the wrong department. My senior mother was charged bogus roaming fees, has called several times, only to be told you have high call volumes and to call back and the agent via chat wasn't helpful at all. You're charging fraudulent fees and harassing seniors!
