@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

@RogersHelps Internet is down in M4X since this morning. Come to this tweet, then to a forum that has ZERO info or updates. Working from home. Wonderful. 🙄

@ShannonR709 @Rogers I switched to Rogers Ignite last month and it sucks. Continuously dropping service. When I get the chance I will be moving to Bell.

@Rogers @RogersHelps after 43 years as Customer, you lost me. There is no loyalty. How can you justify over $100 year increase for the same product and tell me it's the best deal you have. I'm done.

@Rogers I have been having frequent internet disconnects for weeks now and no one can help me. 2 technicians sent and modem replaced and I'm still having issues. Tech support keeps telling me to upgrade to a more expensive package when I just want my service fixed.

@RogersHelps @TELUSsupport @Bell_LetsTalk the big three want total control over our telecommunications but can’t stop fake CRA scam calls from coming thru to our phones. 9 times to one phone line in a day. Just stupid #cra #scam #getoffyourasses What are we paying for?

Nice that @Rogers and Bell are the only two cable/internet companies regulated by the CRTC and @Rogers internet/cable service is constantly spotty. Thanks. I love having to use my data every single day

If you work from home I highly recommend not relying on @RogersBiz whenever I really need my internet to work, for work, the same issue I’ve been suffering with for over a year tends to boil over. Y don’t they just fix it instead of wasting money sending ppl over to put a bandaid

Oh, @RogersHelps. You charge exorbitant fees. Your help pages are circular. Your service has been down 3 times in the last three weeks. Your customer service placates us with zero solutions. Time to go elsewhere.
