    @kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

    @RogersHelps pls fix the cable tv and internet outage in Ottawa asap. Postal code KIV. Have called it in but little confidence in Rogers, having had bad experiences with techs diagnosing a problem in the past.

    @RogersHelps Don’t care to look up outages .. just get your sh.. together. I’m working from home and you’re making it impossible to stay connected when you have outages. I’m so very close to saying goodbye to you and moving to Bell. You are truly a disaster at customer service. empty promises

    @RogersHelps I think you misunderstood. I’m trying to find a more affordable plan with a different company that doesn’t have as much cringe worthy issues that not only affect me but many others (like, oh I don’t know, that outage that enraged many Canadians!)
