@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

@Rogers Rogers can't even fix MyRogers which has been glitchy since the outage and doesn't allow for removal of channels of changing of flex channels, so, I have zero faith in anything this company does.

and honestly, I'm thinking about switching my contract to somewhere else. Years and years of people having problems with @Rogers @Rogershelp and their prices and yada yada. I had no problems. But holy **** what a year they've had, and they aren't doing any favours for themselves

@Rogers Connected forever! Why? Because you can't return the equipment without issues. The stores are like Fort Knox. You can't just bring the equipment in to cancel.. there's a massive process. VIRTUAL LINEUPS AT STORE. RIDICULOUS
