@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

@RogersHelps Waited times should not be 45-60 mins! If you are THAT busy, hire more support people. Ridiculous! And you record even when on hold. Thankfully the phone mic can be muted though I was tempted to learn violin or drums while waiting.

Hey @Rogers , I really don’t think it is okay to record me while I am on wait for “training purposes”. If I am not on a phone with a representative, how can any personal recordings help you? This is a huge deal. You should ask, not enforce.
