    @kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

    @Rogers on my 2nd day of over 1 hr on hold to talk to tech service. My texting isn’t working and I’ve missed two important business meetings over them now getting text confirmation. Wtf

    @RogersHelps Can’t get through on the telephone. I don’t have an hour or more to sit on hold. Rogers has the worst customer service in the business. In fact, there literally is no Customer Service.

    @ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers Both are terrible. Just tried to switch services and the amount of ***** both companies dropped is unbelievable. Wasted probably 10 hours of time between calls and failed installations.

    @RogersHelps I was never restricted to the canned comments. Because I didn't need to be. However, I don't think you've addressed the issue. I have to so that you know, not even a near miss...

    A @Rogers technician came to "fix" my cable internet today. So while he was here he cut all the "bell" phonelines. Now my front door buzzer doesn't work. I can't buzz in my nurses for cancer care anymore. I genuinely didn't think I could have rogers more than I did before. Wow.

    Hey @Rogers why am I talking to a dude in the Philippines when Canadians can't find jobs??? Yet, you sure like to gouge us with fees for subpar service and then rob from us with extra billings if one doesn't look at their statement.

    No internet from @Bell because my installation never happened, since Jun 11. Meanwhile @Rogers cut off my service 15 days before contract end. Two telecom giants, one customer caught in the middle. Is consumer choice in Canada becoming meaningless? #ConsumerRights #Telecom
