    @kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! Iโ€™ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90โ€™s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops donโ€™t use Rogers either.

    @RogersHelps Yes, and I finally got some help yesterday. After an hour and a half. That is 6.5hrs over 2mths waiting for help. This is NOT acceptable! I'm pretty sure the only reason my call got picked up is because I started swearing on hold.

    @RogersHelps The issue is getting through and landing with the right person. The only time you guys are interested in putting an outbound call to a customer is when they leave. I got three of them last week after I left, one of them promised that I would not be getting a bill for anything.
