I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

Addressed problems once but employee was dismissive. 1 week later, got a full refund, paid for a new phone but will not have the 14 days to change my mind.
