@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

had a good laugh when rogers told the crtc that only their employees with sim cards from competing companies were able to try to diagnose the outage. #ouch @Rogers

@atoonk @Rogers Nice summarization. My approach to routing policies is to try to make everything pass through at least 2 conditions. Either in the same import/export policy or double-checking as the BGP prefix is shared between routers. Help avoid one type-o on one route map cause total outage.

@RogersHelps Yes @RogersHelps you told me what I already found out, and mentioned in my first tweet, but you did not answer the question: why do you now limit what Rogers store staff is able to help customers with? Is it because they aren’t actually Rogers staff any more?

@CP24 So my recent visit to Sarnia - I got charged the $12.00 roam like hime within seconds of being within sight of the USA. But these fools couldn’t route 911, and emergency calls to other networks. Maybe they should have charged $12.00 a call. @Rogers Suck a Fail.

@RogersHelps Third installation appointment missed today. Clearly we are not a valued customer. Customer Care is blaming the previous outage because it has been difficult to get systems working. @cbcgopublic @CBCNews
