@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

@RogersHelps @mbnicolosi @universallyx Will this be to every customer affected because I’m sure thousands of Canadians would appreciate this for being so severely impacted.

@tahanmartins @Rogers @RogersHelps I think it’s the influx of network traffic with Shaw being down :(

@ernielittle @Rogers No. The issue for Canadian carriers was whether Verizon would receive a discount on the spectrum costs. And even so, VZ chose not to enter the market. Why? If prices were so much higher than costs, wouldn't you think the profit opportunity would have been too much to pass up?

@Rogers I still cannot act extended coverage on my phone. I live and work in an area that Rogers doesn't always cover and rely on going on other networks. Any idea when this issue will be solved??!?

@RogersHelps Extended network is still not working in Newfoundland. My daughter left St. John's to go to Grand Falls - Windsor today. She lost all services once she entered the extended network zone. Can someone please fix this issue soon?

Btw this was promoted by @Rogers and it is talking about how good we have it not even 24 hours after a country wide blackout lol

@Rogers I need access to my online bills dating back to 2018 for an immigration application. I opted out of paper bills from day one. Your customer service just told me I would need to pay 15$ per bill for a “reprint” (it was never printed)? How on earth do you justify that?

@RogersHelps While i appreciate you getting back to me, looking forward to my response does seem like a stretch given all you said is there is nothing you can do. That's too bad. I guess i will just keep blocking the numbers and hope they stop coming in.
