I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reportedDoes the right hand know what the left hand is doing @Rogers. Tech support transfers me to customer care and they tell me tech support has to deal with the issue of a credit for lost service. After being on hold for an hour and then they want me to call back!
