@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

@Sportsnet @RogersHelps @nhl why do I need to constantly sign in? Why does your SNNow app log me out? I was ok an hour ago, left, came back and had to login. I didn’t have to login to nhl in the past. This SNNow experience is worse.

@RogersHelps Now that The,Young and Restless came on at 4:30 there is no longer closed captioning and I didn't touch a thing. It's your problem. After all these years, I now hate watching TV thanks to Rogers.

Can’t enjoy the Oilers game on @Sportsnet 360 on @RogersHelps 4K because the feed is choppy and the sound cut out. When in doubt I would usually switch to the regular feed but today this game is only offered in 4k.

-
Cindy Rossi (@CindyRossi77) reported
@RogersHelps You switched something to cause this just like you did yesterday when the picture and sound were changing while I reported it. Global sound has been an issue in my area since late August. You gas lit me into believing it was my adapter and wrecked my account for months

@RogersHelps @Rogers and now after 2 hours I've been hung up on. I'm filing a complaint with the CRTC. This is ridiculous.

@RogersHelps Latest attempt: called Customer Service. Asked to speak to a manager. On hold for 30 mins. Some answers. Are you a manager. No. I'll put you through to one. This is how you treat your business customers?

@RogersHelps Your company had lost all trust & good will from past situations exactly like this... nothing happens when I spend hours working with your staff, so I'll just go with reporting the issue while @Rogers does nothing
