@CBCNews Rogers blamed the outage on a software update from Ericsson, one of its network equipment providers. So now @Rogers has an excuse to switch to Chinese-backed Huawei?! We hope not!

@Rogers @RogersHelps So do we all get a discount on our bills? I also sat on hold yesterday for an hour to be hung up one, due to my Apple Watch still not working after a year.

@Rogers Don't really know if that's going to work for all those who lost an entire day's worth of wages due to your outage. Not to mention the complete lack of communication.

Contact @Rogers 3 times today! Each over 1 hour wait time to move our internet to new location. Not only they couldn't move the service but they also disconnected our internet eventho they were told that we're still in old location until given date!! Hello @Bell .

@jdvorkin @yeti2yeti @Rogers A system upgrade problem is not incompetence. Nobody can know, despite extensive testing, how the whole system will respond. Many cases.

@Rogers @ConcernedCana10 Thank God Im on Freedom. But I tell ya, if that merger goes through, I'm going back to Virgin. That will be the last and only choice. Rogers sucks, they've always sucked. They don't give a **** about their customers. They never have. I will never be a Rogers customer again.

@Rogers @RogersHelps A clear message to all customers should have been provided about time it was taking to restore full service. Despite looking for alternatives i waited for recovery by trusting your fake messages and it cost me the whole day.Could have been handled better and differently Rogers.
