@RogersHelps Our ignite TV is still not working right. Voice disappears, picture freezes or screen goes black. This is their of everything being back up and working. Have unplugged and reset modem and tv boxes. Do not say problem is fixed when it is not

@RogersHelps Yesterday's outage I believe you meant to say your continuing outage because from what I've read here still many with out service!
