@RogersHelps @Rogers spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone with customer service. A technical issue with your website, nothing to do with me. 12 years a customer and this is the first time I’m thinking of leaving. Get offered a couple of GB’s for a month. Wow that’s terrible

Don't watch cable often, so I have no idea how long this issue has been going on, but @Rogers better get this **** worked out fast or I'm switching to @Bell before football season.
