@RogersHelps fyi…when you are angry about a product you are paying for and not getting good quality product…trying to up sell the customer on more isn’t the way to go. Try helping to fix the problem for the customer that isn’t going to cost them more. We aren’t just $ signs

.@Rogers When Bell subcontractors bury fibe on people's lawns/ inevitably chop Rogers cable, is there any accountability on their part? 3 kids were just booted off online classes/ I can't work as they indiscriminately chop the lawn. Shouldn't a Roger's truck follow /fix?

@mbouf @RogersHelps No doubt working from home has caused a mess for customer service agents, resulting in delays. But that doesn't excuse their predatory and ***** practices of burying important info. Any agent can help....it just depends on what their script and procedures allow them to do.

If @RogersHelps wants to keep me as a customer, they better have a better bundle deal for me than suddenly increasing my current Ignite bundle to $110 MORE PER MONTH and saying there are no promo offers right now. Live chat was absolutely useless.
