    @Rogers God help you if Roger’s takes over Shaw. Ignite Internet has been out for almost a day and cannot get any info from Rogers. No live people to talk to and their AVR system is overwhelmed

    @NadyaGutkina Still no luck! I placed another request (4th) with @RogersHelps and they refused. Hard to understand why they are so short-sighted.🤔 They would rather get a short term gain rather than a customer for life. @Rogers must have the worst customer service of any internet provider.

    Funny how my @TELUS account has no issues and my @Rogers account is spluttering. I am lucky enough to have two mobile services but what about those who aren't?
