@RogersHelps I am in BC and my phone is still down. Sashi. 604-690-5916.

  • bds28 Brandon (@bds28) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers The cookie-cutter apologies are nice but are you going to compensate all of us for yesterday? And not just 1/30th of a month's service, but actually compensate us for a lost business/personal/etc day which has far deeper impact than the $4 credit or whatever you're considering?

  • Kristlemo Kristle (@Kristlemo) reported

@RogersHelps Hi! So thanks for fixing the phone issue yesterday, but my internet has been down since about 10:30 this morning. Help?

  • elaine_bliss Elaine Bliss (@elaine_bliss) reported

@AboutRogers Still no service at my home in rural NB! Normally have full bars, currently have zero. @RogersHelps @Rogers

  • bds28 Brandon (@bds28) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers You should compensate the entire month's wireless charges for all of your customers. The speed with which Rogers dealt with this yesterday as well as their lack of communication and blaming other companies was incredibly poor. @RogersHelps

  • bassfarah Bassem Abi-Farah (@bassfarah) reported

@thomas_tong1 @AboutRogers @Rogers The supplier and the operator bear responsibility of this outage. Auditing their processes and systems engineering would uncover the real root cause. Not having a proper HA or testing/QA or process could be the reasons that would be discovered by my auditing.

  • bl0ndethursday Thursday (@bl0ndethursday) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Still down for me! I need to do my work!

  • basherjam Brian (@basherjam) reported

@RogersHelps offered me $3 to compensate for all the problems caused by their software outage yesterday. Hello @TELUS !

  • DonJulioMeet ~~~ (@DonJulioMeet) reported

@RogersHelps ignore my comments from yesterday. It was a pleasure having no service

  • Heather47800927 Heather Nichols (@Heather47800927) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Everyone needs to seriously get over themselves. **** happens people! Systems go down. Systems crash. Get the hell over it.
