@RogersHelps Yah it only took 2 hours. Meanwhile your employees are pretending to be the CEO of Rogers. Great customer service. Think it's time you review all the call logs and start firing ppl. Not just giving a finger shake.

not really happy with @Rogers for business. It has been over 3 weeks that i have been trying to get a new phone. now the 1 I was sent was broke. I need to get a new one & never used this one. Service & equipment suck.

@RogersHelps Home internet is Rogers infrastructure third party provider. But tv and mobile are both direct from Rogers. How will you push that problem off on someone else?
