    @RogersHelps I cant..your chat will not deal with it ..your customer service is min 1 hour wait..so no..I will go my way and contact Rogers executives through Linkedin, as I pay for premium.., and contact everybody listed at Rogers coast to coast as I did last time when you did nothing and 2 days later I had the box..that way I done get stupid answers like this one

    @Canucks @Rogers Core memories after a last place season is a stretch. Fans showed up and got a terrible product all year, this doesn’t make up for that.

    Been on hold @rogers for almost an hour now and still waiting! I don't know how they can ppssibly eliminate 25,000 positions. The service os already horrible as it is.

    @Rogers How does that matter if it’s better at night ? Both me & my wife facing issues during our calls all day, While I was sharing my pain today , Internet went offline and both of us dropped from important meetings abruptly this is Highly embarrasing and disappointing

    @RogersHelps All you do is push people to an online chat bot why don't you actually call me with a human being so we can figure it out sending me to chat bots with zero customer service proves my point in court

    @RogersHelps No - despite talking to IT four times. Also, I have been told I must return old equipment and would be sent a return label 3 times but never received the return label despite having the correct email address - and yes, I have checked spam and junk

    @RogersHelps I have no cellphone service hence I am unable to call customer service to understand what is happening. I tried to use Rogers Business chat and that is unavailable as well. I am currently completely stranded. Please help
