    @M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

    @RogersHelps Don't be patronizing to me, no it wasn't the end of the day nor was the issue with the chat box exclusive to me. We all know Rogers fired 12000 people and now whatever service is being offered is crap.

    @Canucks @Rogers If you guys hire Dorion I'm done with this team forever. I've supported this team all my life, even during the bad times like 2011 and 2016, but I still supported the team. If you hire Dorion I'm done. I wont buy tickets, I won't buy merch, I will stop being a fan period

    @RogersHelps Where are the folks? Nobody is available on chat, Holding phone lines for hours but still no one to connect with. What is happening? I need someone to DM me at the earliest to resolve my issue.

    As usual, one telecom buys a smaller one and things get worse for the customers. @Rogers sucks.
