    @RogersHelps Ya so I have service now BUT if I try to call another rogers customer it rings then disconnects as soon as they answer

    @RogersHelps Totally unacceptable for a major service provider sustaining an outstanding for more than 8 hours without redundancy and business continuity. Hardware software issues notwithstanding.

    @smboos @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m just speaking as someone who works for a telecom company. If they will give more that’s great. Usually if someone calls in because they’ve lost a days service we credit them for that day. If you ask to speak to the loyalty dept they will credit more.

    @smboos @RogersHelps @Rogers Sometimes to keep the peace I will credit someone a day’s service and then give them a monthly credit of $10-$15 depending on how they treat me on the phone. But as far as company policy goes, if you’ve lost a day you’ll get credited a day.

    @mrjonmacdougall @Rudolph85203035 @Rogers Loyalty means absolutely nothing to Rogers. Been with them for 23yrs. No special rates, no special services or support, never even got a cheap crappy t-shirt on my 20th anniversary.

    @RogersHelps Still no internet in Stouffville. “Vast majority” seems to be a lie as many are still without service.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Any chance for an update? My home phone works but net still down, support lines too busy to get thru and it’s been 7 hours since the last tweet. Could at least communicate with your customers…
