@BobNeufer @RogersHelps Yes, cable is spotty again today. Frequent pixelation, sound drops... as in, at least 6x a minute. North York. It was bad for 3 days, fine yesterday, and BAD again today. Annoying!!!!

@RogersHelps If you’re gonna make it impossible for your clients to make changes to their service online, you need to staff your call centres better. Three hours on the phone to change my plan is unbelievable.

@RogersHelps Ignite been on the fritz for 48+ hrs - timing in & out; TV black screen 4 or 5 times an hour... (yes I am using twitter to document problems). Reboots tried. All the equipment is fine (we had a technician confirm two months back). Ignite is faulted and @rogershelp needs to fix?

My @Rogers bill does not include a credit for the July 8th outage. Look guys, you’re going to give your own customer service department a lot of grief if you don’t sort this out proactively.

@RogersHelps You people are draining my bank account every month and the internet doesn't work, I've contacted your people upwards of 50 times over the past 5 years yet every time I call all I get on the phone is "yeah idk looks fine on our end"

@RogersHelps My mom had chat w @rogers Where after poor service/talking renewal offered 6months free Disney+ (Already has)so no freebie & for bad service/no service for close to 10days. Offered only 5days credit. So she gets hustled. She been w @RogersHelps for 40yrs. great customer Service
