    @RogersHelps I just got a call and an over one minute long voice mail message (with no sound) from a number that when googled in a Rogers support number. 99% someone is spoofing using Rogers’s numbers but wanted to let you know.

    @RogersHelps I've been on hold for 50 minutes, 90 minutes and 55 minutes (so far) without being able to get through. I'd given up and hung up my first 2 attempts. What gives? I guess I can't officially cancel if I can't speak to anyone.
