@RogersHelps After almost 3 days of trying to talk to someone to cancel my parents home services due to them moving into a retirement home, I finally get someone and they tell me it’ll be $450 + tax to cancel. Great way to treat longtime customers.

@Darth_Pingu @Rogers Labour (customer service staff included) is not cheap in Canada. They also require benefits, pensions, and so on and so on. A lot of costs to have employees in Canada. A business needs to make money beyond what their costs are.

@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Try the website, they really don't want you to call for that ****. I know it was two or three clicks with Videotron to get one.

@TruthFringe @Rogers Rogers is doing the same as everyone does. The guy at your door is pushed and trained to get you to agree in anyway he can. Rodgers it self is the problem

@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Sounds like the customer service VP got their start with Canadian Medicare.

@RogersHelps Your customer service is the worst of the worst. I was at a Roger's store yesterday and they helped me send an email to the complaints department. Said they would contact me in 24hrs. I was at the store yesterday morning and still no callback 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@RogersHelps We sure have 🙃🙃🙃 but why wouldn’t you also look at your customer list before going door to door and see I already have EVERY single service with you???? Don’t waste my time.

@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is worse. My visa expired and tried to update. On hold for over 3h. I called to “add” to my package and that’s how I got through. They told me of some offers and I would think about them. Ten mins later, I get emailed details of my new contract! I never confirmed!

The most useless customer service is from @rogers @RogersHelps. Been waiting to connect with a support team for two hours
