@GTAheritage @RogersHelps Digs at the integrity of Rogers aren't necessary! There's serious issues at every level, but they're good people. My brother was mad @rogershelps told him on the phone there was "maintenance in the area" and no other details or notice but again I told him they're good people.

So @Rogers refused to send out a tech to fix a problem unless we "upgraded" our bundled package. We were told new package would cost the same (it's more $$) and that it would be "better" (it's worse) Can't log into our account and lost channels like @PBS. @Rogers, you stink.
