Luker (@Ryan3Luke) reported@RogersHelps this is ridiculous that calling about no service and being told wait 3 days. It showed a repair was made and there is no outage. I’m telling you there is. #WhatdiscountDoIGet
-
Mahdi (@msh_1486) reported@RogersHelps The problem is I can't get a hold of someone. Do you even have a support team?
-
John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers I’ve been on hold with support for 45 minutes. How is this acceptable? Why should I continue to pay my bill? I knew that switching from Bell was a mistake. 0 stars out of 5

Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reportedAs is usually the case with @Rogers @RogersHelps, I was on the phone trying to get through to technical support for close to an hour and, while on hold, used their Online Chat and arranged in just a couple of minutes to get a service appointment all while still on hold. Their telephone help line is useless. Don’t even bother. Use their online chat.

Colleen (she/her) (@decidedlycoll) reported@RogersHelps Greetings from Winnipeg. I just wanted to check and see if there is degradation of mobile service here, due to the wicked storm we had. I’m getting weak LTE signal strength, when I would normally be getting strong 5G. Settings on my iPhone game not changed.

H_Maurya (@MauryaHarkesh) reported@RogersHelps Rogers do not have regular service in this area I think as I am receiving only Rogers-EXT means Rogers extended coverage.
-
djlennywhelan (@djlennywhelan) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers They’re ******* atrocious. Sat on hold for an hour yesterday to address an internet issue, no one ever picked up. It’s bullshit….
-
Janice H. (@moregrandma) reported@Rogers is just as bad. Also, they seem to think that everyone can read when they email 'contracts'. No verbal explanation given.
-
Grittygirl88 (@grittygirl88) reported@CCTS_CPRST @Rogers Their customer care lines are continuously busy. Nobody is responding on phone call or on chat. This is pure denial of service. Now as the communication network is up their customer care is facing as outage.

Andrew Campbell (@pokerleaffan) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Recently had a house fire. Wanted to tranfer internet and cable from the one that burnt to a rental property. Literally 2hrs on the phone. Like i didn't have enough **** to deal with.
