@DennisMoulton1 @RogersHelps Seems they know about an issue too when I read other tweets. THAT pisses me off even more when they know something is wrong, and don't inform people. They wait to see if WE figure it out first. Infuriating!!

DM them and they say they have a backlog.. I pay more for the same service that gets worse

@RogersHelps Sent. Since the earlier tweet was sent there have been more phone calls and even less service. What kind of company takes hours to try to close a work order? A tech said "it's too old to close"? Having worked Tech Support I don't see how that's something that can happen.

It’s funny how the @rogers #ignite modem I had problems with network and DHCP, overall connectivity but my own router things seem ok and after 6 months of @rogershelps I have given up on their gateway and just use it as a modem because it’s literally #crap
