    Thank a lot to @RogersBiz for making customers wait hours on the phone to get a hold of a representative then suddenly hang up. I would also like to thank the advertisement representative @RogersBiz who called and lied to me about the bill payments which now I can’t cancel….

    @FP_Champagne guess you can afford high price gouging in Canada that you don't give a damn about us who are already being ripped off by @Rogers now them taking over Shaw we will get an even bigger screw over.

    @RogersHelps Thanks for the reply. My neighbours and I have spoken to them. Despite none of us having working internet, they say everything is fine and send out tech agents. The tech agents say they cannot fix as the issue is the tower being oversold… corporate needs to fix this. #rogers

    @Rogers you guys are the worst company to ever exist. Terrible customer service “nothing you can do” for a loyal customer for 10 years to lower bill. Just keep gouging and scamming customers. Terrible. Will be telling everybody Rogers SUCKS

    @WSIB_Paralegal @RogersHelps I am canceling my Rogers cable at the end of this month as I’ve had so many issues this month. Every time I call I get the classic, “restart the box”. Very frustrating

    @RogersHelps my neighbour and I have been having ongoing wireless home internet issues. Call centre says everything should be working, however techs who come to our houses state the issue is @Rogers oversold the product on the tower… now what?

    @RogersHelps Just reached the 5 hour mark of trying to reach Rogers support by phone. The hold music loop is akin to torture at this point. 😑

    Trying to cancel Rogers services for 3+ days and all customer representatives are saying different things! @RogersHelps can you help look into this! Can’t believe cancelling services can be so cumbersome but these same representatives would call again and again with new offers!
