@RogersHelps COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE -entire day without phone service! Working from home and luckily with wireless internet. What about 911, real emergencies? Get it together Rogers. Expecting a one-day credit for this outage. Surprisingly your live chat didn't understand that question.

@RogersHelps So.... where are the updates?! Why can't you tell us what happened? Don't like being harassed by your customers trying to get answers from ya, do you? But you'll harass us if you need $$ from us.... so.... tell us what's happening already. Almost 18 hours without cell service.

@Rogers : Rogers / Fido cellular network is down, and We can’t call or receive calls. This really bad and with this type of services in telecom. We are paying very high to get cellular services in Canada. This is not acceptable at all.

Hey @rogers there are currently 10.9 million Canadians without wireless voice or data because you failed to include redundancy in your network. This is the second time it's happened. It's affecting all you customers and is a MASSIVE nationwide outage. WTF? FIX IT!

@watchboysvlog @RogersHelps Bro I'm so down. I want to cancel my line with them but I'm under contract. Such a garage company. Can't even give a time frame or tell us what's wrong with the service.
