@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

@hockeyesque @itsevanc @Rogers Why not TekSavvy over Bell? I’ve always found cable is more reliable and higher bandwidth than Bell’s service. TekSavvy also offer TV if that’s a priority.

@RogersHelps That's not what your customer service instructed. They were quite clear, I will no longer be allowed to stream my cable service online, unless I abandoned my current tv package and changed to ignite, an annually negotiated package. That's not fair

@RogersHelps If it's not fixed by the end of the week I'm cancelling. You are charging for a service that is unusable.

@RogersHelps I have the latest version. It also doesn't work correctly on any of my devices. Should be compensation for your unusable app. Really thinking about cancelling if this keeps up. The old version wasn't the best but at least it worked most of the time.

@RogersHelps It's been going on for days now ... ever since your update to the service ... thankfully we have @TSN_Sports which seems to have figured how to stream properly...

@RogersHelps Hello my AnyPlaceTV stopped working, and I know the service is discontinued Oct. 10th. But this is a big loss for a paying TV subscriber. If I must use the IgniteTV, does that cost extra now? I dont have Ignite Internet so how to I watch cable shows remotely now?
