    @kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

    @RogersHelps What on earth is happening with internet service in my area of Toronto(Bayview&Eglinton)?!? I have NO TV service since I pay big $$ for Ignite. And I can't watch any service on my computer/tablet since the service is slower than dial-up. Fix it please!!!

    Nice customer service @Rogers, wife was on hold over 2 hours, finally had to hang up. Just garbage treatment for customers that have been with you for over 10 years.

    Well @Rogers it's been a slice, after nearly 2 decades as a customer it's nice to know that @TELUS apparently values my business more...I'll be cancelling and switching my mobility over asap.

    @RogersHelps I'm having issues with upload in my area. And with a routing issue as well. I'm at the point where I'm just going to quit my job and lose my income source because you won't deliver me a proper internet experience.

    @RogersHelps This is absolute trash customer service. I DM'd i mentioned, no response, i go on facebook no response, so i your anna livechat... you jack the rates on me during covid and throttle me when i try to take a conference call for work. A+

    @RogersHelps Rogers cancelled the service call today and now pretends they will send someone tomorrow. 4 days with no cable. You couldn't care less what I'm going through dealing with such horrendous treatment. You treat me like a piece of garbage.

    Did you know that @RogersHelps owns fifty five radio stations across the country? Don't feel bad if you didn't know. I don't think they do either. Their hold music library consists of three songs.
