    It's now been over an hour on music hold with @Rogers @RogersHelps. Aren't oligopolies great. No need for customer service. No wonder so many people are cutting the chord and leaving cable TV. Something for me to consider and they think my time is worth ZERO.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hello Rogers, Two days ago your installation staff/contractor came to my neighbour’s house and installed a cable from your junction box and ran it over my tree on my front yard! That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Please fix it immediately!!

    @Rogers why does your network time on my cell phone keep switching in Calgary to the incorrect time. Every 10 minutes or so all morning it is oscillating between Mountain time an pacific time. Do better.

    @RogersHelps Please The System Goes Down 24 Times A Day Weak Signal I Get Better Service From My 5 G Phone I Moved It To All Different Locations Maybe Your Unit sis Defective I Keep Getting Billed But Horrible Service

    @RogersHelps I got told to split my internet connections from 2.4 to 5g and that didn't help, It has to be a problem on your end especially with multiple people dealing with it. Especially on down detector there's plenty of reports of internet issues
