Dear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

  • hotshot8774

@mcknight_david @MonctonWildcast @nick_ph7 @alangdon17 @Bell @Rogers That’s very true, and something you don’t think about until u move from the region But streams are a way to watch for sure, but most games that are “regional” are starting at 11pm soooo it’s not the worst haha

@RogersHelps When I go into downtown Moncton with my new iPhone 12 it switches to 5G but I can’t seem to load any data when I’m on that network. Do I need a new SIM card or something?

@RogersHelps It’s been FOREVER since I’ve had ANY sort of cell reception. I believe we at least deserve to know how severe this issue is and get some kind of timeframe around this?

  • BeantownCanuck
    Botchtown Canuck (@BeantownCanuck) reported

Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers it’s been half a day with your network not working and zero explanation for why or when it will be back online. Your customers deserve clear answers. Is there something you’re trying to hide? Because this lack of communication sure feels like it...

  • memorytreepro
    Peter Shannon (@memorytreepro) reported

@RogersHelps very frustrated to not have cell service for the entire day so far. I hope we all get a big discount on our massive bills!

@RogersHelps Again?! You rip off every single Canadian customer and then TWICE IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS you have issues with your coverage. You suck. I can't wait to go back to Australia and use @Optus

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo Hey Rogers, either get this issue resolved or get me any other provider for calling.

  • TessaSproule
    Tessa Sproule (@TessaSproule) reported

@RogersHelps It’s not helpful that a communications company uses language like “some” and “intermittent” to describe a country-wide, mass outage.

  • robertbracnik
    robertbracnik@gmail.com (@robertbracnik) reported

@Rogers Cannot work today due to your outage. Will you be paying me for my lost income Rogers ????

@EdmontonOilers @Rogers Oilers would be a huge disaster and laughable team without mcdavid leon bc they are carryin ******** out of his team since the 16-17 season and they are still in the 3 decades of darkness that started in the 06-07 season and it's still going

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo We have been without service for hours. Not an “intermittent” outage. Any idea of when this will be rectified.
