@RogersHelps @Rogers So let me understand, you work it that we cant sync a universal remote to your cable box, and ONLY your remote will work. You dont offer remotes at your stores but must be sent to us BY MAIL. @RogersHelps The email on file doesn’t work and I requested to be sent to my new email and no one has bothered to do something so simple as send a label to my new email. This is a lesson to Roger’s for cutting its Canadian customer service and contracting out to 3rd world countries.

@MelissaLMRogers At some point @Rogers lost its way. They stopped caring for customers. I was a customer for years and they kept charging extremely high prices (more than double the market price). Had no choice but to leave.
