Hey @rogers hours to set up and reschedule an appointment with dropped call, redundant questions and misinformation whereas with @Bell called and had an appointment in 5 minutes WITH CONFIRMATION! Next time I am flying with someone else. Oops…wrong issue!

@Rogers what a disgrace your company is. Have been waiting a week to get a phone installed at my moms retirement home. Just the worst experience.

@RogersHelps @sbenisto Multiple users have been seeing these same issues across many platforms for months, just check your twitter mentions / App Store reviews. The fact that your QA and Dev teams haven’t yet figured out that this is a core product issue, let alone fix it, is actually kinda hilarious

Having a hard time figuring out why I have to pay $400 for a service that I do not have and boxes I do not have from @RogersHelps error. Terrible service as usual.

Not a @rogers customer anymore and they're still stealing my money. 2 diff reps told me 2 diff things and neither can fix the overcharge I received after I'd already paid my final bill because apparently, I didn't cancel my account. So why did I get charged the payout then?

@chatrmobile I did. It simply relayed a message that is on the website- no actual help offered, nor is there a section that covers "hey, you took my money and aren't providing the service paid for". Like last month, when when it was payday, the same lack of response. Hey @Rogers what's up?

@TheBradFad @Rogers I was always annoyed by Bell trying to quietly push prices up, not getting Rogers and Telus to follow, then having to drop it down again.
