    @RogersHelps The Rogers Xfinity boxes are JUNK! Even the service tech said they aren't reliable. There was a service disruption yesterday. No shows recorded. While trying to watch a program, a network error appeared. Sound kept cutting out. Rebooted but this is terrible service.

    @RogersHelps I jus know if tried again, this time I pushed the number to cancel my service!!! Low and behold, my call was answered immediately!!! I was able to talk to a very nice CSR, who was able to take care of my moving services request. It seems the moving option is not a high priority

    @Rogers On June 22, I called Rogers to schedule the cancellation of my Xfinity Internet service effective July 2. On June 23, I received the return shipping label for the gateway. I shipped the gateway back on July 2, and Rogers confirmed they received it on July 13.

    @REWoman @Rogers Rogers is the worst. As much as I complain about the cost of Bell, it's never gone down. Not once.

    @REWoman That’s just wrong!! We now have to take a day off work to call Roger’s due to their lack of customer service. Completely unexceptionable! Do better @Rogers
