  @RogersHelps I'm now on hold on chat for 2 hrs to get a SIM card activated. It's a biz account. I don't have the old sim and the self service won't work without the old sim. This after 3 to 4 calls just to get a phone shipped to our new hire.

  @RogersHelps Yesterday marks TWO weeks of Intermittent service. A phantom service person was to show up yesterday. Asking said, phantom. Service hit and miss today. ROGERS HAS RUINED WORLD CUP FOR US. IT IS UNFORGIVABLE. NOW ON HOLD 45 MINUTES.

The execs that benefited 💰 & bonus, PROVE how backward the model is; Shareholder wealth being the priority NOT service delivery. @BCAA is the opposite and THE service delivery model that prioritizes service over profitability.
