11:17 pm and @Rogers makes me go through these menu options and after the fourth menu says “… we’re closed”! I have never seen worse customer service. #horriblecustomerservice #bedservice #customerexperience

  • deluracct *there (@deluracct) reported

@snowmanonfire @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Well usually the limitations period does ‘em in, but I guess some are just extra stupid. Out about $150 in postage, too?

  • redirectdevnu11 Matthew Bisson (@redirectdevnu11) reported

@RogersHelps If the Outage occurred on July 12th, why are we still experiencing random disconnects throughout the day and packet loss? It's kind of ridiculous to be back in the days where dialup was more stable than broadband... Guess no gaming tonight...

  • dave1agar Dave Agar (@dave1agar) reported

I just got my @Rogers bill. No adjustment for the pain-in-the-*** outage. What gives @RogersHelps? #rogersoutage

  • Songbird_7_ ⚡️GIRLS BITE BACK ⚡️ (@Songbird_7_) reported

@1StarAtaTyme @divergentTea @RogersHelps At this point, if whoever I speak to tomorrow in Retentions refuses to help, we’re settling up and pulling the trigger at the end of the month. My father is livid, and doesn’t fully understand how not paying in full, even if it’s totally unfair, could hurt them.

  • ramencasserole the dishonorable annie wilkes (@ramencasserole) reported

@Rogers please explain why SW Ontario is experiencing yet another outage.

  • ChemistSedat Sedat Waterloo 🇺🇦 (@ChemistSedat) reported

Congratulations @Rogers , for ruining my another day. Although I enabled roaming, it didn’t work. The network was not available and I couldn’t reach my documents at the border to show it to the officials. Finally, my day was wasted.

  • Mr_G_Ernesto Gabriel Ernesto¹³ (@Mr_G_Ernesto) reported

@RogersHelps Hello friends, after last week's crash, some pages still do not open on my network. Could you help me with a solution?

  • jill_jdi JDI never vote PC🇺🇦🏀🦖 (@jill_jdi) reported

@msjs2021 @RogersHelps We have 4 cell phones with public mobile. With various monthly incentives, we are paying around $18-20/month. 1 gig of data, unlimited Canada wide calling, international text. Bring your own phone. They use Telus network. When data is done, it’s done. No overages.

  • tweetstormchris CT (@tweetstormchris) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers It’s amazing how inept Rogers actually is. They can’t even communicate within their own departments. It’s no wonder the service has been such a let down for Canada.
