Kudos to the technicians from @Rogers and the associated impacted network service providers for their efforts troubleshooting and restoring service since Friday. Not an enviable position to be in, and certainly full of pressure to get things back to normal as fast as possible.

@RogersHelps last several days, Ignite recordings of SN 4K have had awful video stuttering (audio is normal). It's only recordings of SN 4K that have problem - live viewing, recordings of SN1 4K, all other 4K channels are fine. Known problem? Fix soon?

@RogersHelps is it possible to have stable service for $100 a month you charge me for? this is absolutely garbage service I never know if it will work or not. Get your stuff together @CRTCeng ask your paymasters to provide services to consumers for a price we pay 4.

@Rogers The issue persists. I've had your tec's in my house. Tec's who don't read notes about coming to my house. Who goto the wrong door. They've checked every inch of the equipment in the house. One tec could NOT get the tv working. I fixed it 3 days later.

@Rogers I don't feel like you are. 2 modem replacements, No tv for 3 days both times, replaced the line from my house to the pole and the signal got worse. #Fail Issues for months.
