Not an enviable position to be in, and certainly full of pressure to get things back to normal as fast as possible.

I don’t live in Canada but I still get charged $75 for returned fee on my supposedly automatic payment. I can’t even contact customer service! I just waited 2 hours in line! International!

It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!
