@gkrad9 @CTVToronto @Rogers @Apple @fordnation That's funny because my kid in grade 10 has an iPad which all of his school board has standard issue, with all learning activities optimized for that format. Maybe facts matter even when you hat #DOFO

@RogersHelps 4 hours for a response to the country is not acceptable. I understand problems happen, even with top stable systems, but open upfront communication is a priority.

@JustinTrudeau youre useless. At least stop actively trying to make this country worse. Youre literally giving monopoly power to @Rogers who cant even keep an internet service running. 🙄 🖕

@Rogers @RogersHelps I wanted to be mad at first, but as a Rogers customer/rep/fulltimer in telecommunications I wanna acknowledge the people working overtime to fix this issue. You're doing the work I wouldn't be willing to. I truly hope you're compensated, I have bars in BC now

I’m curious to see how @Rogers being down for so long is going to play out, like how are they going to smooth things over for people that were stranded and unable to contact emergency services or buisnesses that lost revenue due to debit being down.

@RogersHelps My services are not yet restored. Despite charging premium rate for the internet service you guys have a Stone Age tech to serve 9Mn retail consumers and govt services , not to mention disruption of basic services like debit credit card. Pathetic!!

@Geekygirleh @RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers wireless and rogers internet went down. Their entire system was down. So wifi doesn’t work unless it’s a different provider…

@RogersHelps Why is it up to the customer to request compensation. Rogers should do it automatically
