Kudos to the technicians from @Rogers and the associated impacted network service providers for their efforts troubleshooting and restoring service since Friday. Not an enviable position to be in, and certainly full of pressure to get things back to normal as fast as possible.

@gkrad9 @CTVToronto @Rogers @Apple @fordnation That's funny because my kid in grade 10 has an iPad which all of his school board has standard issue, with all learning activities optimized for that format. Maybe facts matter even when you hat #DOFO

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I keep getting calls from Roger’s, Telus and bell and most times you can barely hear them from all the background noise. You can tell they are not in Canada so usually I just act like I can’t hear them and hang up. Not like I want to sign up to new service like that.

  • JustMeJamie64
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported

@Cdhd123 @Rogers She was finally able to assist me, but apparently not without her managers approval. Anyway, the issue is resolved to my satisfaction.
