@Rogers You cancelled someone's 25-year-old home phone service, including 911 access without notice, in contravention of the 14-day notice requirement. @CCTS_CPRST

@Rogers once more we changes our service but you dont update the billing-well you add the new service but dont delete the older services till a month later-so now x2 billing and we the customer have to analyze bills to see what happened! Wonder how many others just pay! So wrong!

@RogersHelps Now these ******** are sending me a random $900 bill and threatening that my service was cut off and it's in a collection company. They were hooking up random cellphones on my account before. What is wrong with these people?!????? Rogers is turning into an actual scam. #Rogers

@SherOnHealth @Rogers @CCTS_CPRST When I was first starting out Rogers refused to connect my rental until I settled the bill of the previous tenant. Condo wouldn’t allow satellite so no Bell then. Got me for $200 one time; I was young. Never will I ever with them. I spend that monthly now elsewhere. #Brandhatred.

Been with @Rogers for 19 years, It's good to know that their customer service does not care about loyalty and will string you around on hold for 20+ minutes to tell you they'll transfer you to another department, to get hung up on by the automated message telling you to call back

Is it me or the wait time to speak to someone at @Rogers is ridiculous. How do we start holding them accountable for poor service?

How many @Rogers customer service agents does it take to screw (in a) customer? Four and counting at the telecom giant today, each one saying another department was responsible for a screw-up by the company. Thanks to @CCTS_CPRST for its efforts to help.
