    @j0_mAmA @RogersHelps Wow. Maybe they are trained in pass-the-buck problem non-solving? Long story short, someone incorrectly killed my MIL's service (why would 77 y.o. who lives alone need reliable phone access?). Told we had to go to store to buy something to fix, they could do nothing. Lie.

    @OBNmontreal @Rogers Ticketmaster is not working and no one in the ticket office is picking up the phone. This is so frustrating.

    @RogersHelps internet was down 6.5 hours; was restored for 2 hours, and now down again. What the hell Rogers? I already unplugged the modem and that did nothing. Rogers and Old Weston Road area. Please fix before I call Bell tomorrow morning to make the switch.

    @OBNmontreal @Rogers Is it possible to get any support from this tournament? Ticketmaster is not working and no one in the ticket office is picking up the phone. This is so frustrating.

    @Rogers Internet issues 3 consecutive months - y’all replace pods. I send back old pods and now you charge my account? Customer service rude AF - what’s going on? #poorcustomerservice

    @Rogers our internet has been going out constantly for the last few days and when I called this morning I was told to call back after 11 because their system was down. At this point I feel I am paying high end prices for a low end product. Time to start shopping around.

    @Rogers you run a promo with Samsung....I NEVER got the redemption code.....as I checked my email CONSTANTLY and betwn Samsung & Roger's I was told SOL....horrible customer service both! #CustomerService @Samsung

    @RogersHelps Lipimoni from Vancouver is not very good sorry to say. Some system issues on her end……super painful. Trying to add @TvCrave and @rogers website is not able so Rogers Live Chat. Something should take 5 minutes TOOK waaaayyyy too long. She’s gone again…..
