@RogersHelps Now taking bets on if @Rogers actually follows through with a new appointment time or if this mystery not-actually-same-day escalation service is just another “shut up strategy”. You too can have this incredible service for the $39 setup fee.

@RogersHelps internet is down at N2T 1V1 and has been since before 7:30. Any chance you have an estimate when it will be back?

When @rogers won’t get back to your internet provider @startca to provide a tech to fix their line... so you just make besties with all the start customer service folks from your frequent calls.

I have to say, @Rogers your marketing and customer service are absolutely atrocious. I feel like I’m being accused of lying for trying to take advantage of a promotion that was offered to me in an email directly from your company. Absolutely unacceptable.

So @RogersHelps you’ve disconnected your direct line for customer retention, and there’s a 59 minute wait via your standard number. @Bell_Support you got any hot deals you wanna dm me?

@Rogers 2 hours on the phone to try (and fail) to set up new tv service for my family member in long term care. Sent to 3 different employees since no one knew how to do it and I finally hung up. Do you not want my business?

@RogersHelps Please DM me the direct phone number for your customer retention number or a way to bypass the 59 minute wait on your standard line

Apparently an issue being sent to the “same day escalation team” means you don’t get a call on the same day. Seems suspect, but so does a lot of things about how @Rogers operates I guess..
