@RogersHelps Why can't your customer service staff provide that information. I specifically asked their manager for an alternative contact.

@Rogers On June 22, I called Rogers to schedule the cancellation of my Xfinity Internet service effective July 2. On June 23, I received the return shipping label for the gateway. I shipped the gateway back on July 2, and Rogers confirmed they received it on July 13.

@RogersHelps do you people have 1 person working in tech support? On hold for over 90 mins yesterday before I had to hang up and now 41 mins and holding. This is ridiculous.

@Rogers your customer service is broken. I have spent hours trying to get hold of someone on a call to set up an internet move request but nothing — every call disconnected. Filled your callback form after a chat. Nothing. Do customers have to tweet at you to get help?
