For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

Also, my bill has gone up twice in the last year, with the lack of consistent service and no customer service help I demand a reduction in my bill

I was told Roger's only sells the products and the 1 year warranty is to be honored by Samsung. So, i went to Samsung and said they will not fix or replace hardware.
