@rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

No, but why is my internet speed only at 300 Mbps when my package is supposed to be 1gb? My TV (being used at the same time as my computer) is using up the other 700mps, ESPECIALLY when the screen is frozen. @Rogers SUCKS

@telusmobility you've made a long time loyal customer very angry. First you jack up your US/INTL Roaming Charges w/out notice and then despite me calling in and your agent agreeing to remove them, they still appear on my bill. Are you trying to be like @Bell & @Rogers ?

@dwancherry @Bell_Aliant @RogersHelps Cell, internet, cable and satellite providers are great for luring new customers. Existing customers however are left by the wayside. Loyal customers are dismissed as collateral damage.
