    @rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

    @RogersHelps Still no coverage ... when can we expect service to be restored?

  • jeffster1970 Jeff W (@jeffster1970) reported

    @jaysfaninwhite @RogersHelps Just my 10¢ worth of opinion: get yourself a good wireless router/AP. Doesn't matter if it's Bell or Rogers or whoever, they give crappy equipment that has poor whole home coverage. I use Google and I get the advertised speeds throughout most of my home.

  • ScotfreeMe Rose (@ScotfreeMe) reported

    @TweetiepieHawly @RogersHelps Just wait. They bought Shaw. Things are about to get worse for the end user. Such monopolies should never be allowed, when it comes to particular services. Canadians have little choice, when it comes to certain business. Our airlines for instance. Consumers=$ to these, that's it.

  • stilez Stilez (@stilez) reported

    @smiler2729 @RogersHelps It'll only be $2 or so. Take your monthly plan (say $60/mth) ÷ 30days =$2/day. So because it was down 24hrs, you'll only get a $2 rebate. Better to ask for free data or something else

  • Prairies Lianne (@Prairies) reported

    @Scoutycat2 @CTVGCampbell Check out @RogersHelps . I still don’t have service

  • Frank_N_Beauty Frank Verbeauty (@Frank_N_Beauty) reported

    @Rogers Maybe it won't cut out mid fight like it does every time you clowns have a PPV. Look at our Tweet history together (where I provided photo evidence) if you're questioning the sincerity of this.. #rogersisass

  • iJacap99 Jack H (@iJacap99) reported

    @RogersHelps We want compensation for this!! I’ve had no service on my phone for over 29 hours!! Ridiculous!! I have important calls to make!! This is not acceptable for 110 dollars a month!

  • Hache_Sebastien Sebas1509 (@Hache_Sebastien) reported

    @roadtoserfdumb @RogersHelps There was an update on their website. Rogers’ network partner is Ericsson, and Ericsson pushed an unstable update on a very important part of the network interface. The intermittent service losses were caused by the other parts of the interface being overloaded by the xtra demand

  • 0x4f47 Oleksiy Гайда (@0x4f47) reported

    Even if you are fully vaccinated, the CDC recommends against using SMS for 2FA authentication, especially if you're a @RogersHelps customer. Side effects may include being unable to login, anywhere, for a period of up to 12 hours.

  • natalierlandry Natalie (@natalierlandry) reported

    @WearyKirin @RogersHelps It wasn’t just internet that people lost, it was phone services as well. With many people not having a landline, wireless is the only form of contact they have. If an emergency were to happen and no one could get a hold of someone, it’s catastrophic.
