Do you consider a customer trying to talk to technical support waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes acceptable especially when it has to do with the poor performance of your network? Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps the batteries in my remote were down to 56% so I put new batteries in but it still says 56%. I used brand new batteries. I’ve had this happen before with remotes. I even restarted my TV box. Why doesn’t it show the batteries at 100%?
