    @rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

    @RogersHelps hi. Can you confirm Kawartha lakes has an internet service outage? Been down in Kirkfield area for last 2+ hours.

    @RogersHelps Are you accepting invoices for sales lost because of the outage? Why didn't redundant network system kick in? Do you have one? A parallel system to take over if the main goes down? Seems pretty basic security for a huge monopoly that overcharges its customers on a daily basis.

    @RogersHelps man our tvs are still not functioning properly even after a full reset of all ignite boxes. Is there seriously still issues? Tv keeps freezing, going black, or stuttering sound!

    @RogersHelps Wondering when the horrendous latency issue will be fixed. Can’t even play games let alone load some of them..

    @ydeigin @Rogers If all BGP records were destroyed, the towers would not be able to be found on the network at all, and it’s possible they are configured to not broadcast when they aren’t connected to the network.
